If i had that kind of money i would definitely go into real estate.
But that depends on how fast you want turn over.
For instance if you build a hostel with 8 self contain flats for 5m and you make 1m each year you'll only start seeing your profit after 5 years but from then on its profit all the way,minimal risks attached.
Its a real good investment i think.

during the argument,he was like he thinks its only important to annouce me to people who are important,
he said he wasnt doin anything wrong ,that if he was he wouldnt talk on the phone with them in my presence,i accussed him of flirting with her on the phone. the truth of the matter is that this his married friend likes him much more than he likes her,that is really obvious,and its not like he calls her or anything she is always the one calling him and spending lots of time as much as 30 mins on the phone.he said she will definately call again and asked whether it meant he should tell his friend to stop calling,bt i just told him that whenever she calls and they get all gisty and all ,that he will expect the same cold feeling i gave him the last time it happened.

of course i dont expect him to annouce me like that,bt sometimes this his friend might ask him what he was doing yesterday that he couldnt go over to her place,he doesnt go there alot and i know cos my guy and i go out alot together,he's self emplyed and i just finished national youth service for my country,
and in response to her question he could say somethin like he was sleeping or he went out,but he never mentions me,

i'm in a relationship and its a good one,the guy i'm involved with is trustworthy an all that,and believe me i'm sure abt it,most girls are actually sure abt the trustworthyness of their guy bt just refuse to listen to the signs when he isnt good until he breaks their heart,anyway he stills communicates with his ex,they could'nt get married cos of their religious differences bt they're still friends,not so close anymore thou.he also has this other friend who knew his ex,they were both in the same religion(ie his ex and this his other friend).as it seems this friend of his that knew his ex,likes him alot but she is married so i think nothin could happen btwn them cos of that, she sometimes calls him and sends him text that are,to me,suggesting flirting.like how she thinks abt him most of the time and how she misses him and when will he come and see her and her family.(ie her husand and children)
what really gets to me is the fact that whenever she or his ex calls it's like he doesnt want them to know about me .His familly all know me,(ie his mum, brothers and sisters) but i dont know why he hides me from them.Recently we had an argument at it,but maybe i'm just over reactin cos i'm jealous or culd i be right? pls help

intelligent girls are not hard to come by,it's just that most girls dont listen to their intelligence if u know what i mean.
most girls in nigeria, sorry to say, are kinda, i really dont know what words to use,but the intelligent ones are not many and you can never find them in common places cos they dont go there.they're kinda too smart to associate themselves with people who will work them up unneccessarily,if you get my drift.
i might not be all that intelligent but i stay far away from people who are less than me cos there is nothing to gain from idle talk.

well,the problem is not what food will reduce ur tummy but how disciplined r u?
you can eat what is right like friuts vegetables and all that but you need to have regular work outs,i mean sit ups with ur legs straight while you do it.about 50 thrice a week should do it,to tighten the muscles of ur tummy,then when ur full ur tummy muscles will give the signal. you should also eat little quantities of food several times(that is when ur hungry)than large meals 3 times a day.good luck.

what about ireland,never been there can anyone say anything about living and working in ireland.

everyone gets old its a must but you dont have to get weak when ur old if you dont want to,
do you know what makes you old and weak,its the free radicals in ur body that have been let loose by ur own body system due to ur everyday activities.
God has made ur body strong enough to fight these radicals by putting in us what i call soldiers,who have weapons for fightin our course,but these soldiers need regular supply of nutrients for them to work well,and the food we eat isnt givin us what we require cos of all the processin and all that.
each nutrient has its function and we need to take them everyday,its not like they are stored in ur body they are used up immedietly.
these free radicals will keep on destoying our insides whenever we dont supply nutrients to our soldiers and the result in the long run is getting weak and old.but why not live to you die and i mean live life to it's fullest.

yes it's true that pastors use church to get money out of people,but it's not all of them,so you should try and discern the good ones from the bad one.it's written that they will be false prophets in sheep clothing so you shouldn't be surprised,their punishment awaits them it's not for you too jugde just do your part and serve God.If u desire to give ur tithes to the motherless baby home and all that then follow ur heart and do it,your reward will await u.
