Foreign Affairs / Re: Israeli Ministers Authorise Netanyahu Retaliation Against Hezbollah by ElevationD: 2:19pm On Jul 29 |
Aemmyjah: They know that for each Israeli life lost, their enemies pay with over 100 of theirs. They did not expect such a level of destruction. They knew that it was a big error. The rockets exploded at the wrong spots. They war is very sad, very painful and very needless. Hezbollah, Iran and the axis group, rather find ways of ending the battle between Israel and Hamas, participated in it. Their sole objective is to completely destroy the state of Israel. Unfortunately that objective cannot be achieved, but rather the axis of resistance group will suffer too much damages, much more that the Israelis. With a reasonable stockpile of nuclear arms, Isreal can wipe out some of those enemies, if they feel that their existence is under threat. While the world awaits the revenge of Israel in Lebanon, the world prays that no be front is opened there, even though we all know that the revenge will be very brutal. Presently Hezbollah has started the evacuation of citizens from perceived more dangerous areas, but as we know, the Israelis will bomb, irrespective of location. THE ISRAELIS SAID THE BELOW: âIsrael will exercise its right and duty to act in self-defence and will respond to the massacre ... The world must now place full responsibility on Iran and its terrorist proxies: Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis." "The only way that the world can prevent a full-scale war which would be devastating also to Lebanon is by forcing Hezbollah to implement Security Council Resolution 1701." This resolution calls on Hezbollah to withdraw beyond the Litani River, some 30 kilometres from the border between Israel and Lebanon. "Now is the very last minute to do so diplomatically," Marmorstein warnedâ. 5 Likes |
Politics / Re: Come Out Openly To Lead The Protest - Bayo Onanuga Tells Peter Obi by ElevationD: 2:05pm On Jul 29 |
A very unreasonable remark by an elderly man. How would he ask Obi to lead the protests? Onanuga and his group know fully well what the country would be like if Obi leads a protest at this particular time. He knows that the country would be set ablaze with such an unreasonable move. While elder statesmen, religious and political leaders ask the citizens to please forget protests, the elderly and disrespectful Bayo Onanuga chooses not to let sleeping dogs lie. With no shame at all or any modicum of self dignity, he should be reminded about the need to bow that his ugly face in shame. |

The defamation charge pains Bayo Onanuga more. I have never seen people in power playing the opposition to themselves at the same time like APC and their supporters. Thankfully Bayo Onanuga daily drives more traffic of support to Peter Obi, with his statements. 5 Likes 1 Share |

â He wrote: âImmediately after the news of the sudden death of our kindred brother and biggest political export from Anambra state to the world, in the similitude of Ikemba Nnewi, Senator Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah (Ebubechukwuzo Nnewi); my 78-year-old father, Sir Osita Nzewi (Ugwunnia Nnewi) placed a call on meâ. That was a sad loss. However the late Ifeanyi Ubah was never the biggest political export from Anambra state to the world. He was never ever near the biggest. Eulogizing the man is alright, but giving the wrong impression is wrong, even in the contemporary times. What happened to the likes of Nnamdi Azikiwe, Alex Ekwueme, Odumegwu Ojukwu, Chuba Okadigbo, etc? In the contemporary times, what about Peter Obi, Andy Ubah, Dora Akunyili, etc? Those are far bigger names, known by Presidents and world leaders for their achievements and contacts. Letâs pray that the family of the deceased senator is comforted. 2 Likes |

And rather than place the image of the NPF Akwa Ibom on the packs, he placed his own name and image. It cannot be said to come from the Police, but rather the personal effort of the CP himself. From his little salary, he made an effort. If others add to it, hunger would be gradually decimated. Thank you CP. |

mmadu4: Yes you did, but you are keeping another in your account and actually acting on the money already. You are putting your mother at risk as long as you retain the money. It is not your money. Stop deceiving yourself. What if the sum transferred to your account is from crime? Be careful bro, jail beckons you with the money in your account. 3 Likes |
Crime / Re: POS fraud On The Raise Now Please Read by ElevationD: 8:58pm On Jul 28 |
Report the illegal transfer at the nearest police station. Report the illegal transfer to your bank. You are playing with fire. The money is not yours and could be the proceeds of a very serious crime like kidnapping and robbery. Do not land your mom into trouble. She may be accused as an accomplice to a crime, just as you can be accused of fraud for picking up money not originally meant for you. 1 Like |

- She lost her 2 children - She automatically said no more to gambling - She will spend years in jail - All her life she will be regretting what she did to herself and her beautiful children - She will serve jail in pain over the loss - She learnt her lesson the hard way It is a very sad story indeed. She probably thought the children would disturb her and the car which should have provided safety, destroyed them. What a pity. |

Food / Re: Hardship: Kaduna Residents Abandon Yam As 100 Tubers Sell For N1m by ElevationD: 5:13am On Jul 28 |
pseudaria: I agree with you that the cost of transportation, materials and insecurity in farms has added to the costs of produce. But the guy told you the fact about the matter. As we speak, most farmers who have succeeded with their yams this season have set price targets that are unimaginable. You may take your time to ask. Farmers bluff with their products as huge buyers from big cities come with huge sums of money and are willing to purchase at the prices quoted, particularly the middle men. For those around the river Niger axis, they suffer a lot from flooding. Those who cannot harvest before the floods come, lose to flooding. Those whose communities are within the poor roads areas, lose with no access to the markets. Others lose to bandits, terrorists, herdsmen and thieves in their communities. There is no much difference if you purchase products right on the farms. Governments have the responsibility to provide good roads and security to enable farmers feel secure and bring their products to the markets. 1 Like |

Hezzyluv: As at 2016, I used to buy the same 100 tubers for between 100 and 200 with joy in Minna. I used to buy half a bag of beans and sometimes Pakute rice with happiness. Look at what it has become today. Without food, how does APC expect the suffering people to shut their mouths? APC pushed PDP out of power with all manners of stories. Never forward that Fayemi finally said that blocking GEJ from implementing subsidy removal was all politics. They played politics with it and now ask the same citizens to be patient with them. Thatâs so painful. |

Awka is not as big as Onitsha and it should not take much to ensure that the city is kept clean. Hopefully the mayor and his team can have some innovative ideas to keep Awka clean always in one with Soludoâs vision. Once again, thanks to Soludo for the Ekwulobia bridge and dualization of the Agulu, Nanka, Ekwulobia up to Uga. Hopefully the road should be ready for use this Christmas. 1 Like 1 Share |

Absolutely wrong of him. He made a very wrong move. Now be owes the man a refund of the initial deposit and possibly including any damage done to any other part of the house in the process of his anger. The customer was very insensitive, which is common with too many people. You hire someone to do a job and refuse you pay him his charges in full for one flimsy excuse or the other. Again, you want to enjoy the benefits of the services done and still bluff your way out. Thatâs one reason why many people are harmed. As for the workman, he should have reported the matter to the police and if rejected, he would have proceeded to the citizens human rights people in the local governments in Lagos, with evidence of all that transpired. The matter would be sorted out. 24 Likes 1 Share |

Very painful when you hear women using all they have to intimidate their husbands. A close look would discover that the man married her, arranged her life, established her and gave her control over his properties. The woman could have joined one of those irresponsible groups where women are taught to oppress their husbands. Her friends would show her examples and empower her to wreck her home. They end up with no husbands and completely empty in their old ages. Hopefully the IGP team can do the needful and sort the matter out completely. 1 Like |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Barack And Michelle Obama Endorse Kamala Harris For President by ElevationD: 11:57am On Jul 26 |
Righteousness2: Bros, first remove the log in your eye before removing the moth in someone elseâs. Charity begins at home. First talk about the evils in your country: - daily killing of innocent citizens - extreme poverty - extreme hardship - extreme misery - human rights violations - electoral malpractices - electing wrong leaders - unbridled looting of public resources - no electricity Etc. The Americans did not arrive at the status by sermonizing only. They sermonized and matched their sermons with actions. They physically developed their nation and became who they are today. Whoever wins between the contestants, guarantees a better nation. Such person would leave a better America than he/she met it. Make your own nation great and ensure that just like China, Russia and USA, the world world can depend on your nation for greatness. Preach integrity; preach economic prosperity; preach unity as all Americans are united. This your âMystery Babylonâ is not for the nation America. You can see Iran trying to become a solid regional power in the Middle East, same as China in the world and Russia. How are they not addressed as âMystery Babylonâ? Preaching the word of God is our duty. However we must have great understanding of what we talk about. 3 Likes 1 Share |
Crime / Re: "No Oro Ceremony Will Stop Nigerians From Protesting" Nigerians React To Announc by ElevationD: 9:33am On Jul 26 |
Is government not dancing to the tune of protesters in the end? Without the sit at home for 15 days, the same purpose of protests is achieved. Government activities will stop for 15 days and government must pay workers salaries for the lost days. Is it that government does not have ideas what to do to mitigate the situation? - Reduce electricity cost - Reduce Petrol cost - Provide more security -Provide more grains for food production These and more are some things that government can quickly put in place to reduce the pressure on the citizens. Surprisingly a government that came on the back of the knowledge of what to do, has apparent run out of ideas, with power in their hands. 1 Like |
