Did anyone recently switch from Tier 4 to Tier 2 (not HCW) using the standard application timeline within the UK, please how long did it take to get the decision mail from when application was made online?

Gov.uk site says 8weeks but ours is now almost 11weeks and nothing yet from Home Office.

Is there a way to track it or what can be done?

Description:
Directs and organizes all general accounting activities and accounting staff. Prepares accounting and financial reports and ensures accurate accounting systems and record keeping.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Good leadership skills are beneficial. Familiarity with accounting and spreadsheet applications is also required. Zero tolerance for theft and fraud a must.

Description:
Directs the accounting and control functions, reporting the results of operations and provides chronological systems.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develops and implements accounting policies, coordination of systems and procedures, and the preparation of operating data and special reports as required including interim and year-end financial statements.
2. EDUCATIONAL OR SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

A Minimum of 10 years Accounting experience at a Senior Management level working in the internal control department of a bank or an oil and gas company Degree Holder in Accountancy or Economics, A professional member of ACCA, ACA will be an added advantage. An excellent understanding of contemporary operational/financial & admin control standards a plus.

The worst boss ever will have to be my present boss, he was client of mine where I was working before and begged me for close to a year to join his organisation, I final joined them 3months ago only for him to move me and my change the role I came in as to something very degrading and then informed me that my salary will be slashed to half of the originally agreed salary.
