Yes its divided into stream1 and stream2.i was included in stream2 starting immediately the first set is out of camp,thats like on the 10th of August.

hello nairalanders, i feel this is an issue that bothers many of us so i decided 2 post it so we can help each other. I watched myself go from a size 10 to size 12 and i tell u its easier to add than reduce. so pls lets help each other with some very relevant and useful tips on lossing weight.
ill start with the little i know that has helped me
1 Avoid late nite foods. it works for me
2 take somthing light in the morning and eat mayb around 12 or there about.
3 exercise everyday.
4. take more of fruits
5 dont eat because there food eat because u have to. Learn to say no 2 junks and in between meals.
