It's really scandalous and painful on how our so called domestic airlines break the law with impunity and yet the regulatory agencies feign ignorance of this unprofessional attitude. I bought flight tickets for myself and my in-laws son for him to visit us in Birnin kebbi in December 2022 for a combined fee of 190,000 Naira. Airazman sent a cancellation notification less than 8 hours to this flight and I was made to buy another ticket same day at an exorbitant amount. Since Dec 2022 till date, Azman has not refunded my money despite my various request. I wrote NCAA the consumer protection agency in charge of customer complaints and yet nothing has been done till date. Please what can I do next.

Dear All (Including Lagos State Govt)
Greetings to everyone. I am constrained to write this piece as a result of Lagos State Government attitude of paying lip service to HOUSING FOR ALL SLOGAN. It is disheartening that Government that should be in the fore front of encouraging individuals to own land/build their own house/private business outlet without putting pressure on government for housing needs are the ones actually discouraging private ownership of land/house/business outlet. I am raising these issues as a result of so many people that i know personally that acquired land in Ikorodu and other places in Lagos with their life savings and loans and have complained bitterly about the difficulties in getting approved documents/registration of their properties in Lagos State Land ministry and Lagos state town planning ministry/commission. The major complains are that their properties fall under Lagos State government acquisition land. Despite property/land owners willingness to pay without bribe for all that is required to get this document approved, many of us have gotten frustrated to the extent that intended business outlet project embarked upon have been abandoned as a result of non approval. Personally i and 2 of my friends have abandoned a business project that if completed would have employed not less than 20 employees at a start, but with this unfriendly policy we cannot go further to commit huge amount to this project which at the end may be marked for demolition. My take is that Lagos State Government should encourage the aforesaid individuals/entrepreneurs just as it was done by Ogun state Government recently by way of regularization of properties owned by individuals. It is also a way of generating revenue for the Government. Please, the Government should wake up to his responsibilities by providing enabling environment for private growth/development and not paying lip service for the aforesaid.please share your experience if you have been facing same challenges and lets voice our concern to Lagos State Government to resolve these issues once and for all.....thanks....Felix Okon

please my kids asked me a question that i myself have been also inquisitive about.
I have been flying in Airplanes for modestly over 10 years now, and in all my flight travels i have never seen another commercial Airplane flying in the opposite direction by the sides of our airplane as at date. Does it mean only one Airplane can fly through a designated airspace at a time or what?
please i seek pilots/expert aviation personnel in the house answer to this.

Let me open my write up in thanking The Almighty God for granting our president quick recovery from his recent health challenges. I will also seek for everyone forgiveness as i do not actually know the correct diagnosis of the president ailment....The press have brandied variously, colon cancer, prostrate cancer, ear infection, chronic anemic condition and the likes, but for me, i am glad to see my president hale and hearty. My piece actually came about as a result of apprehension the Information Minister(LAI MOHAMMED) and Senior Special Assistant on Media (FEMI ADESHINA) caused not only me but majority of Nigerians recently as a result of rumour being peddled about concerning the president health. I seek to know why Papa Lai & Bros Adeshina will give us false information regarding the president, they variously quoted that the president health is sound and he is just resting in London, i mean it is mine and every Nigerians right for the minister to give us a true picture of the state of our president health not only for moral reason but also in line with freedom of information law which the two aforesaid Government functionaries have consistently breached. For the aforesaid reasons and others............I HEREBY SEEK AN URGENT PROSECUTION OF PAPA LAI & BROS ADESHINA without prejudice.

Please i will appreciate if experts can give me information on how to confirm if a car is genuinely owned by a purported seller to a buyer like me in order not to fall into the trap of buying a stolen car from another State in Nigeria that someone may innocently not be aware of. I am raising this issue cos i have been trying to log into Nigerian police website to find out if information about data bank of stolen cars with detail registration/chasis numbers are in their website without any success.
Please help out as i am presently trying to buy a fairly Nigerian used car in my state of domicile (Northern Nigeria).

Its a shame that politicians from all divide are difficult to be entrusted with our hard earned tax payers money. I also want to call on critics of PDP that APC politicians are as corrupt as PDP. So I ll expect fair condemnation and EFCC follow up on this red flag. I ll also like to use this medium to call on the APC govt to ensure that the electoral process is free, fair and transparent which Gej govt was commended for so that every politician will know his rating in future election

Abia State borrowing for development of infrastructures which will be of value to Abians would be highly app8ted. But my concern from the statement of Abia State Govt rep was the issue of hiring a consultant contractor to carry out a mere reconciliation of amount owed by Abia State...my take now is what are the duties of chartered Accountant/Auditors in d employ of Abia State ministry of Finance or other responsible Agencies that they cannot be entrusted with mere reconciliation

Its really a pity that most of us tends to take marriage as a textbook affair where someone would just give u tips on what to do to make ur marriage a success, it goes beyond that, every marriage has his own peculiarities which the couple must understand to make success out of it. The most challenging weaknesses i have noticed in most marriages is people forgetting that they must face challenges before sweetness start showing up, although some experience sweetness from the beginning, my brother/sister i advise u face the challenging part of it in the beginning so that when the sweet times start rolling in it will not get into ur head and u will be able to also put others through in the time of their challenges, felix okon
