Dear VO,
I really appreciated Ur effort, thanks very much. I was unable to submit my passport photograph with my DS-160, I scan 2x2 and failed to upload. A friend told me that there would be another caption on interview day and I shouldn't bother myself. I just want to ask if I should rely on his info or go there with another copy of my passport photograph?

Thanks once again.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigeria Immigration Service Recruiting For 2013/2014 - How True? by feranmines: 9:53pm On Sep 25, 2013
How To Successfully Apply for
Nigeria Immigration Service
Recruitment 2013
The online application for Nigeria Immigration
Service Recruitment 2013 is still-on and we
discover that a many people are having
difficulties applying for these Nigeria
Immigration Service positions advertised via
the Federal Ministry of Interior.
All candidates with Validation Number not
found or incorrect issue, please be persevering
as I just got from a reliable source that its
being worked on step-by-step. It's a problem
with the fee entrance which is being resolved
and hopefully before this present week sprints
out you all can print out the validation number.
Note that the submission closes on the 20th of
October 2013, so don't fright because you still
have time.
It was furthermore documented that some
persons erroneously pay funds into their
eWallet account and considered that they've
paid for the submission because the eWallet
recharge receipt has Validation Number too ...it
is not the correct validation number. If you
have laden capital into your eWallet, go back to
the recruitment site and click on the Edit
Application tab, enter your Application ID
(format IMMxxxxxxxxxxx) into the field and click
on Search. If form comes up, make sure your
details are correct. Click on Save and Proceed
to go to the next page where you select the
eWallet option and proceed with your payment
fully.
Below are the steps for everyone to follow:
Step 1: Log on to the CDFIPB eRecruitment Site
http://recruitment.cdfipb.gov.ng/registration/
select
Step 2: Select Service Arm being applied to
Step 3: Fill out the forms displayed and click on
Save and Proceed to submit your application
Step 4: On successful submission of application,
you will be redirected to the Pay4me Payment
page where you are required to select any
payment option of your choice.
Payment Options
Bank Option: Select this option if you wish to
pay at any of the designated bank. Print out
the acknowledgment and take along with as it
contains details of the payment to be made.
eWallet Option: Select this option if you have
an existing eWallet Account (login credentials)
on Pay4me with adequate funds to cover the
payment required.
Note that you will also need your 4 digits PIN
number to complete the payment process.
Card Option (Interswitch – Master Card
Naira and Verve/ VISA Card): Select this option
if you intend paying with any of the card types
mentioned above.
On being prompted to login, click on Yahoo,
Google or Facebook Icon and follow the
instructions.
After Payment
After payment with any of the payment options
selected, a successful Payment Receipt will be
issued out to you containing the Validation
Number.
Log on back to the CDFIPB eRecruitment Site
and click on the Acknowledgment Slip tab
http://recruitment.cdfipb.gov.ng/
registration/acknowledgment and enter
Application ID and Validation Number
respectively.
If you are faced with any difficulties, please
contact the following with issue details
Pay4me: support@pay4me.com (Payment
Issues)
Drexel Technologies:
cdfipb.support@drexeltechglobal.com
(Application or Validation issues)
Note: the eWallet and card options has been
disabled temporarily but will be up by 18th
September 2013. But as today (23rd Sept.
2013), It seems the CDFIPB site is still having
payment processing issues, because this
information is still displayed on the site:
Dear valued applicants, please note that our
payment processor is experiencing technical
difficulties and as such you may encounter
payment problems. Please bear with us while
we work with them to fix the problem quickly.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may
have caused you.
Wish all the candidates applying Best of luck.

VisaOfficer:

I don't see why you would need to bring your marriage certificate to a non-immigrant visa interview at all. If for any reason the visa officer asks about your marriage, you can explain the situation to him/her at that time. Good luck!

Thanks

VisaOfficer:

We don't rely on documents, but in this case it would be a good idea to bring your personal statement of account, as it's directly relevant to your travel plans. Yes, the account should be current. The discrepancy in length of stay shouldn't present a big problem if the rest of your case makes sense. I can't give you an estimate of your chances -- there are way too many factors involved. Good luck!

Thanks very much, I really appreciate Ur effort, God bless U.
Sir, you know we operate 2 type of account, current and savings account but my salary account is savings account, so, am asking if dis saving account is presentable?

Thanks

Hello Visa Officer,
My company is sponsoring me for a seminal holding in USA next year, B1/B2, I ve scheduled d interview date and also filled d DS-160 form. I just want to ask If d VO will still need me to present my personal statement of account, if yes, (A) what should be my account balance? (B) Is it a must to be a current account? (C) I stated in my DS-160 that am staying a week but 3 nights reservation was booked for me by my boss, hope no problem with this?
(D) Am married with kids but I ve never travel before, what are my chances?

Thanks
