Arthaus: Try the following options 1. Power ON the system and wait for 50 secs for it to get to Windows logon screen, use Fn + F key depending on the function key for external display 2. If the above option doesn’t work, shutdown the system then open the back cover and disconnect the display connector from the motherboard. Reconnect the HDMI to the Tv and power ON the laptop. Option 2 will definitely work because that’s the only way you can access BIOS on external display without Fn key. Once you are able to access the laptop on your Tv go to device manager - display and roll back the graphics driver. It is possible your screen needs replacement too. If the problem persists after 2nd option, take it to a technician to put another screen or revert back for further technical assistance. |

2el: Good morning, Sorry about the issue you are facing. I will be glad to assist you. Gently disconnect the keyboard flex from the motherboard to see if it will boot properly If it does, gently tap all the keys on the keyboard one after the other to check if anyone is stuck with debris. After trying the above options and the issue continues you will need to remove the SSD and replace with a good one then reload the OS. So many laptops come with inferior SSD which develop issues after months of usage. Kindly revert back for further assistance. Thanks. |

Pk01: Troubleshooting it requires the following: 1. There’s need to check the laptop cooling system to be sure the fan is working well and its heat sink free from debris. 2. Most of the new HDD are inferior and will result to low speed performance. If your laptop supports M.2 SSD you can replace with the original or rather get a sata SSD. 3. Kindly downgrade the laptop to Windows 10 if it is currently running Windows 11 (This option is applicable to Intel Pentium or Core i3 processors with HDD) 4. Upgrade your RAM from 4GB to 8GB In summary Points 1 & 2 should be considered and discussed with your IT Engr for fix. It is possible the new HDD is refurbished and defective. I can provide further technical support if you reside in Abuja - WhatsApp 08085310379 |

BOFREJO: To fix this error, use the following steps: Press Enter to clear the message and allow the system to boot to the Windows Desktop. Shut down the computer, and then inspect and clean the exterior vents to remove dust buildup by blowing air through the vent openings. Dust can accumulate inside the vent openings and around internal cooling components, preventing the removal of heat. After you remove the dust, turn on the computer. If the error message persists, continue with these steps. Perform a hard reset. Performing a hard reset can reset recorded thermal values in memory and enable you to use the computer again, even if only for a short time to access and save any important files before service. In some cases, updating the BIOS might help prevent this error from occurring. Have the computer serviced to clean internal components and replace the system fan if necessary. Make sure to address the following items when servicing: Thoroughly remove dust from all internal cooling components. Make sure wires from the system and CPU fans are connected securely to the motherboard. Confirm the system fan blades spin correctly, and the fan is not producing loud noises. If not working correctly, replace the system fan. Remove old thermal compound from integrated circuits and heat sinks and replace with new thermal compound. |

sonofthunder: Connect the laptop while it’s ON to your TV using a HDMI cable to know if it will come up. If it does will need to replace the screen. If it doesn’t come up try the following: - Unplug the laptop charger from source - Press and hold down the power button until the power light goes off - Remove the laptop battery - Press and hold the power button for 15 secs or more - Plug back the laptop charger to connect it to source without putting the battery - Power the laptop and wait to see if the screen comes up If it does, allow it to boot and then shutdown properly before putting back the battery. |

Chiefupper: Does it boot properly after the formatting? Then how long do you use the PC before it crashes? The above answers will aid further assistance. Reinstall the OS, then make sure you delete all volumes including Windows reserved volume of 500MB. Create New Volume and format it before installing Windows. After the installation, check the drivers that installed and use compatible drivers downloaded from manufacturers website to install. Do not use DriverPack or softwares that install unverifiable drivers. Also turn off Windows update from regedit because it’s likely you are using KMS tool that cause system crash after WindowsAutoUpdate. If the above issue does not work, kindly revert back for further assistance. |
