Am a silent observer on dis thread n I just couldn't hold back myself 4rm commenting on dis 1 cos am also in2 game development, but will b studying for an MS in material science dis fall (so I feel ur pain).

Am so sorry for ur delay, but guy! Did u mention ur job function at kc gaming 2 d VO?? Cos if not 4 d fact dat u mentioned, virtual casino video games as d department where u work in bet9ja, I would have tot u work with them as an agent.

Don't b discouraged but PRAY n prepare ur response in a more convincing way to d VO, d next time u go 4 anoda interview. For example, where do you work? (I think this response is beta) I work at kc gaming as a server administrator 4 dere virtual casino...... (just make it sound in line with wat u want to study in d US).

Also, be "creative" with wat u fill in ur ds 160 form when describing ur duties in kc gaming ltd(i think it's beta u omit d bet9ja so dat d VO won't have "d not - serious type" impression abt u).

Wish u d best of luck in ur next interview.

Gullible Nigerian,
Nina Ringo, a member of the conference committee, said in an email statement: "I consider his results to be very important and confirm his discovery."
Confirmation of discovery and importance doesn't mean he has solved a theoretic problem. Anybody can present a jargon and claim they have solved the problem just to cash in the $1,000,000.00. Verification takes years and until then read below;
"Naomi Kraker, from the CMI told CNN: "To our mind, [the Riemann's Hypothesis] remains unsolved."
How much more gullible can you be?
This was a claim by a Nigerian to win the cash sum, reading is one thing and understanding is another.

I am a scientist and I know the steps it takes for a proof to be considered acceptable by the scientific community. He has done the first step, which is tendering his proof before a committee of recognized mathematicians, after which his paper will be sent to other mathematical institute for cross checking, to see if there is any error in his proof.
For now he has given his own proof of the theorem, it is now left for the mathematics community to accept it if correct or reject it if otherwise.
The CMI correspondent said the problem remains unsolved because his proof at the moment is being cross checked and this might take several years to complete(the crosschecking). Also, the problem solving thing does not mean any dick and harry can just tender any rubbish and claim $1,000,000; your proof has to be certified correct before you are paid the money.

"Nina Ringo, a member of the conference committee, said in an email statement: I consider his work to be important and confirm his discovery", did you even read from the content of the link you pasted here! I don't know what is wrong with we Nigerians sometimes. A Nigerian like you and I made this salient discovery and instead of being supportive and happy that the world is starting know how talented the people of this country are in the field of mathematics, you are belittling his achievement by saying he didn't prove anything. We(Nigerians) have to change our orientation and see the excellence in ourselves if we don't, who will? The Bristish, Americans or the Russians, smh.....

Phonon: E is actually the energy of a photon (a packet of light). It is neither electromagnetic energy nor kinetic energy.

@phonon
photon is a packet of energy not light and light is made up of photons.
Light is electromagnetic in nature there4 it possesses an electromagnetic energy(which a lay man will call light energy).
This implies that the energy of a photon is electromagnetic.
