there is an ongoing protest in BEDC office at Anwai Rd Asaba. The protesters are out to accurate on the outrageous bills served by BEDC officers. So many of them claimed they hardly had power supply in their respective Streets. Naija Wanamaker, no light, no fuel, nothing.
