gbosaa:

I like Ngige but i think he is a questionable character. The events that brought him to power and the drama he found himself in compelled him to endear himself to the hearts of Anambra people. He had one chance to do it and i think he utilised it but i doubt if he wld,ve done same if not not for the Okija scandal and the Kidnap saga. Those two events could have soiled and crushed his political career, but he did the wise and brave thing by not bowing to Evil Chris Uba.I think he wld,ve been a different gov.if not for those events.
It,ll be interesting to see what Soludo will offer,he seems like someone with a good vision, whether he posseses the tenacity and discipline of someone like Fashola is a different thing.
Please, check Ngige's antecedents even before he entered politics. He is 'under-utilised' as a Senator. I ask, who among us can look his/her boss straight in the face and tell him/her 'Boss, your ways are wrong and corrupt'?

Politics / Re: Anambra Hands Over Health Centres To Communities by GoodNigerian: 11:46am On Dec 24, 2012
Billyonaire: My brother, how do we expect communities that are not vested in medical and management sciences to know how to run life-saving centers ? Is there any country in this planet that communities run healthcare centers apart from in Obi's Anambra State ? Privatization works globally in Electricity, Telecomms, sometimes Petroleum sectors, but Health and Educational Sector's work better with Nationalization, only the government has the limitless line of credit to provide the citizens with basic healthcare and education. Obi isnt as intelligent as I thought, no wonder God blessed him with a woman's voice. (apologies to intelligent women)
Sen. Ngige(Onwa), where are you?
Religion / Re: Have You Ever Witnessed The Gift Of Interpretation Of Tongues by GoodNigerian: 1:38pm On Dec 21, 2012
Willy7: As a christian and active worshiper,i've witnessed and most times experienced the diverse gifts of the Holy Spirit as listed in 1 cor.12:7-12,but i'm yet to even see one person manifesting the gift of interpretation of tongues recorded in the verse 10 of the said chapter.I'm having the thought that after the pentecost, such gift never existed again.Today we hear so many kinds of tongues been spoken, but nobody interprets or can tell what its been spoken, not even the speaker. And this leaves me with the question,Have you ever seen or witnessed this gift in operation before? Please no insults,i need matured inputs. Thanks
Yes. I have witnessed it. It is still real. Atleast, the last time was in 2002. This is a spiritual matter hence I cannot lie about it. To many people's bewilderment, am a Catholic.

martyns303: Heard in europe some scientist gave a false prediction of an earth quake and were sentenced to yrs in prison. This pastor looking for cheap attention, if his prediction doesn't come thru, hmmmm! Capitalizing on the over religious minds of Nigerians.
I don't know the Primate but I have been following his predictions(Warning for the nation)for years now. About 3 or 4 years ago, I printed his predictions for the coming year. Lo and behold, I saw myself ticking almost every thing in the document(including the death of Michael Jackson, fire outbreak in California,etc.).About 90% of his predictions came to pass that year. I WONDER...

gunuvi: Sorry o Mr Ngige, abi na Senmator Ngige, na who you dey fool?? Na today? By next year we will see what all the money presently allocated to your committee and the power ministry achieve for us. All of you are thieves and no difference. Wetin you sef achieve for Anambra. Shio.
Bros, Ngige achieved in few months while in fierce battle with his God-Father, what even Obi has not been able to achieve in his 6 years + now. Am proud of his antecedents even before he entered politics. He is one politician who can rebuke any present or past leader in Nigeria without any fear.

I can mention some instances. May be its a coincidence or something like that.

Family / Re: Would You Support Your Son If He Decides To Become A Priest. by GoodNigerian: 11:44am On Nov 19, 2012
Priesthood is not to be confused with profession. It is a calling. God calls man, not the other way round. So, when God calls, one is bound to answer. However, he has to be guided to ascertain whose voice he hears. When you confirm it's God. Filee!!! Don't tempt God. Which is better? to see your only son become a rogue later in life, even dead as a result of his disobedience to his maker, or to have him as a Catholic priest? Talking from experience anyway. Or would you go and ask God why He decides to choose your only son to become a Catholic priest/

Politics / Re: What Did You Learn From The Presidential Media Chat? by GoodNigerian: 11:25am On Nov 19, 2012
The presidential chat was informative. The president is doing his bit to reconstruct a nation that has been at the very peak of economic and political malaise. Let us keep praying that things get better, and if at the end of his tenure we do not have things to cheer about, we have our options.

God bless NLanders, God bless Nigeria!
I will listen next time. Hope he shows more commitment before then. NLanders, Nigerians need actions not chats, anyway.

ujchief: Few years back, Pastor Bimbo Odukoya 'of single and married' lost her precious life on the sosoliso plane crash.
Another pastor (name forgoten) lost his life on the Dana plane crash.
It seems u guys are more interested in seeing people die daily on ur ill-managed and non-regulated airplanes than seeing men of God prosper beyond ur myopic imagination. If not for the poor state of the nation, how much does a private jet cost?
I would have been enjoying pastor bimbo's programs till date if she had her own jet to fly her around.
Ride on pastors, u guys give me hope and help re-affirm my faith that the word of God really works!
It is d duty of Shepherds to take care of their flock not d other way round
