He gives room for allowing state Governors to have state police,because he failed to give accent to peace corps bill...had it been he had given approval to peace corps bill...there won't be any reason for anyone clamouring for state police...

why are you pitying them, the workers in kogi state were not complaining, after all, they are still going to work.. that means they are not worried about their salary.. if election comes. they will still Vote for him for 2nd term.. in as much they prefers to be working without salaries..let them go ahead and do it...
