OMG! The guy is even a doctor, interesting to know. Anyways, GenB, ave been with two doctors who know their onions very well, still going to a third tomorrow sha, but just as 123 said, i dont think i need too many docs disturbing the girls. The funny part is that am not even lactating at all rate the pains which started like 2 years back. Can i talk to you in private now? All crush speedily transfered. Can i have ur mail?

1 hour gentle walk. Caught flu since 3 days now, it keeps my head heavier than my body. Should resume proper exercise when am well. Also about the diagnose its something to do with one of my hormones, its over secreting ave been told all i need is drugs to normalise it. The doctor said something like 'hyperprolactinemia' *God pass am*. What's surprising is the fact i had never manifested any of the 'supposed' symptoms and so i was amazed when told especially when i saw what the consequences could be. Anyways, how does this info concern this thread is the fact that the doctors kept on hammering on loosing a few pounds and i would be surprised at the improvements. So i need all the motivations and lessons to do this successfully and more importantly the ability to forever live HEALTHY. Thanks for always been there for me. I permit everyone to say something instructive and objective too.

Hmmmmmm! Busy thread we have o. Exercise - 1 hour 'gentle walk'. 1 cup rice and beans, 1 scotch egg + 1/2 glass zobo drink, 1 apple, 1/2 slice bread + 1 tablespn egg sauce, dinner - rice and beans porridge. Modath its nice to have you back, @babs nofing do you my sista. 123 well done. GenB, its good to be good jor, dont stop just keep up with the tolerance, your reward is in heaven, lol.

That was hell of a trip back, 7 hours seated, no good. Welcome JAHU and as 123 had instructed, discipline is very important. @123, never knew you know so much, lol. Hi all! Is this the weekend spirit or what? Anyways, back to consciousness of fitness this morning with intention to just stretch for a few mins. But stretched for 7 mins, kickboxing/upper but for 7 mins, 10 squats, slow jumping jacks for 2 mins, few mins of stretch, dint count. 1 bottle of farouz and 1 can of coke and 3 pieces of shortbread and 3 sweets yesterday and of course rewarded with intense waist pain this morning. Nice weekend.

That is quite funny modath and babs, does it entail all these? But am not surprised sha, its an african thing. Ave not been feeling too well, its a kind of psychological sha, diagnosed with something and was quite amazed. So my thoughts have been really filled possible remedies for some days now, so i wake up weak every morning, and i think for two days now food had been a comfort, too bad. I should be on my way to FCT 2moro sha. Note: this has nothing to do with the exercises pls. When my mind is rested, i promise i ll be back by next week, God's willing cos i know He is a hope for the hopeless. Take care.

Me? Its 123 that did press ups at a go na, who dash my monkey banana. Food for today: 1 cup rice and beans and 1 cheese, 4 small mangoes, a handful of peanuts, 75cl zobo drink, 1/4 piece of a meatpie, 3 small mangoes, dinner - 1 cup beans and yam + 1 cheese.

Maybe i used the wrong words cos i dont know what to that without spambot trouble. Its actually my biceps (its the muscle holding my chest and the shoulder level), i still feel pain since 3 days now. Do you do that 80 at once, i only do 10 reps before loosing form, rest a bit and continue. I hope to use push ups as my supplements daily maybe for evening sessions. I wish to keep the 'girls' in shape as i progress.

Nice one babs, fear-instilled-workout, lol. 123, how often does your shoulders ache after these push ups? Modath its nice to have you back. 3 mins warm up and my schedule was supposed to be 6mins/1mins x 5 but it was run 6 mins, walked 1 min, run 4 mins and then something grabbed my ribs so i had to stop and walked till it was better then run 7 mins and walked home. Stretched for 5 mins. I suspect i was running too hard cos at time i was light headed too. I ll give another shot tomorrow. Take care all

Food: 2 slice bread and butter + 1 glass protein shake, 1 fish roll, 1 fist size garri, vegetable soup, 1 cheese and 1 meat, dinner- 2 cups rice and beans. So much soreness from yesterday.

Thanks babs just came back now. I took 2 slices of wholewheat bread and 1/2 egg sauce and 1 mug of beverage before going, i was thirsty and no cold drink save a 35cl coca cola, i took 3/4 of the bottle, at the second party, i took 2.5 cups rice and 1 beef. I was hyper conscious of what enablers were giving me. Dinner - 1.5 cup oatmeal and milk. Still feeling sore from yesterday, but "if am not lazy", i should do some push ups and crunches. Nice weekend to all. Pls is 123 is still cooling down lying down? GenB, how far?

Food in order of time: 2 slices wholewheat bread, 1 mango, 1 slice of watermelon, 3 slices of white bread, 3 cabin biscuits, 2 slice bread and indomie and egg(dinner). Too much bread right? Thats what i was seeing around me. 2 owambes to attend tomorrow, i bind all enablers in the function, and i activate a strong will to choose right, lol. @ genB, i drink so much water, i had to stop logging it in my food. The least i can take even on a rainy day is 2L. When am out eating i take 2 50cl water, when am home the bottled water i take is 75cl and a bottle is by my side at all times. Between 6pm and now ave taken 2 of that, so i lost count most times sef.

Nice to know the house is active with serious minded folks. And thank God for victory over enablers, lol. Anyways, i decided to take a new turn today: 5 mins run/1 mins walk for 30 mins, 3 mins warm up, 10 mins cool down walk, 7 mins stretch. So welcome me back to the 5k club, i ll soon get there. Took 2 slices of wholewheat bread and 1 mango. @babs, yeah its the push ups o, am trying to change from modified style to the normal style. 123, before i open my eyes, stand up and run. He cant, he is a colleague. Cheeky bug! Taaa!!! Food yesterday: 2 wraps of moimoi and 4 slices of bread, 75cl zobo drink and 1 xxl doughnut, 1 slice bread and dinner was 1.5 cup spaghetti + 4 dodo + 2 pcs local cheese. Today: 2 slice bread and low fat spread, 1 cup spaghetti, 5 dodo and 2 local cheese, lunch, 2 slice bread. Dont know anything about dinner yet. Internet is still unstable till now, so see you when you see me.

Hi all, so much waist pain after washing bales of clothes this morning thus: 4 x 8 push ups, 6 x 10 modified push ups, 30 back extensions, 20 static lunges, exercise without name for 2 mins with dbs. Stretched for 5 mins. Thanks for asking babs and 123, am good. Took a doughnut almost as big as a racing car steering wheel yesterday, God bless my soul, it was just irresistible and a gift from an "enabler " *covering eyes* . Modath how goes your physio? I was 2kg weigh in throughout last week, but this week it came down to 80kg again. I really desire to leave this place that am tied to, at least i should not conclude that my body is satisfied with this level, this is just too high considering where am going. *sighs*

Hi all! Hmmmmmm, never gave thought to af period o, i understand better now. Yesterday was a day of so much chores and i ended up not touching my dumbbells. Food was good but scanty. Today: 60 reverse crunches, 65 bicycle crunches, 30 overhead press, 20 arm curls, 2 30 seconds planks on elbows. Stretched a bit. Not eaten yet and am terribly hungry now.

Thanks everyone for your care. It was actually strange to feel dat way after exercise, i may be sore but not weak. Anyways, painkillers helped out too. Rested yesterday and non yet today, but its going to be strength training. Food log yesterday included, 2 pkts of biscuits, rice and vegetables, 1 hardboiled egg, 5 tiny pieces of plantain, 1/2 glass of fruit juice and 1 can of coca cola, i just had to take it pls. When am done with my exercise, i ll update.
