Did you get anyone going? In the same boat

aragbaboy:
Please who is going to tls Ikeja this morning? I need someone that 'll help to make enquiry about the courier service I paid for. We have gotten collection mail but the passport has not been dispatched. You can dm me do that I give you all the details.
Travel / Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 6 by Ilyfavoured: 9:42am On Sep 24, 2021
The delay is mostly from VAC (TLS in this case), they don't sort and transfer on time. You would notice that a decision is usually made within 5 working days by UKVI. If there will be a delay, UKVI will inform. The weapon you have is to complete TLS's survey and give feedbacks.

obisdupsy:
Please has anyone received collection mail TLS VI. September 14 biometric (priority). Really frustrating when one paid for priority and it's taking forever like standard application. If they can't accommodate priority they should state it, than milking people of their money and at the end your waiting is as good as standard application. Really frustrating.

Someone earlier dropped a phone number that can be called to know the status of your application provided its more than 15 WORKING DAYS. Have your mastercard/visa handy it's a paid call. If you may place the call now, the wait time is short.

Olarichards:
Hello house , I did my biometrics on the 2nd and I have not received Any response from the DMC. What could be the problem… location was TLSCONTACT ikeja. Standard
Please any idea.

HardestyAugust:

Hi, I did my biometrics on the 13th of September...till date after that email, I still haven't gotten feedback. Not even for an interview.

Why I'm on edge is because I have booked a flight ticket for 30th, lectures have started started and the school keeps sending me emails for fees payment.

Please What options do I have left? How can I contact them to speed up the process? This delay is really making me loose my balance. I shouldn't be made to go through this just to get an education. Not fair at all sad cry

For an HND holder, Bachelor's degree holder it's a POST GRADUATE CERTIFICATE (PG. CERT) program they are to go for, not a CERTIFICATE program

Hello, what would you have suggested if it was related to internet installation? Also Certificate or PGCert?
Thanks

Lekiboboe:

That's 13 years Study Gap since you graduated 2008.
With this development, it is advisable/expected of you to go for a program related to your FIELD ENGINEERING (TELECOMMUNICATION). And if it's related to MECHANICAL ENGINEERING you are good to go for a PG. CERT program related to MECH. ENGINEERING

If I might ask, is your job related to NETWORKING (INTERNET INSTALLATION) i.e LAN, WAN, VSAT, RJ45 etc?

tunlex01:

Best is to look for another occupation.
You can't assess for such role with a Bsc and MBA

I have a BSc in political science, a MBA and 1+ yr experience in telecommunications as project supervisor. My job description fits telecommunication network planner 313213. Dont know how to go about the assessment considering my education background. What's skill level 2? What other options do I have?

A million thanks.

Jesunitemi:
Reference letters written by two of my superiors at work, one of them was my former HOD.
Authorship of publications : both ways...first author and second author
Publications: i have in both local and international journals. But you can just send your best.
Assessment took about three months.
Thanks

Travel / Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by Ilyfavoured: 5:26am On Jul 26, 2020
This is great! Quickly, who wrote your reference letters? Superiors at work or supervisors in uni? Were you the first author of your publications? Local or intetnational journals? How long did the assessment take? I apologise for intruding and for more to come. Been dragging my feet to start the process and was waiting for July.
Thanks

Jesunitemi:
I applied, paid and submitted certified true copies of the following:
All certificates
Appointment letter
Promotion letter
2 reference letters
Pay slips
I also applied for my transcripts to be sent to VETASSESS directly by the universities I attended.
Take note that my 1st degree was graded associate degree and my Masters graded as bachelors. But I got a positive assessment and my first year at work was not counted for me. However I still had sufficient number of years to claim the maximum points for work experience.
I wish you the best.

I'm not even aware of the bad reviews but that was what put me off.

FloraEC:

Yea,I know
I turn mine into an empty cerelac container.
I thought the bad reviews were baby's reacting to it etc
Health / Re: NEW BORN BABIES! Are U A New Mum? Then Lets Discuss Babies Here!!!!! by Ilyfavoured: 8:43am On Jun 16, 2019
For AS, I don't like the fact that the content can easily be tampered with since the container isn't properly sealed. The packaging material is a No No. Heard she was going to rebrand in March but dont think that happened. Never seen babygrubz

FloraEC:

Bad reviews?? Waow didn't see any. My boy loves AS food esp veggie beans and Nuttymeal

Please let's go easy with steroids on our babys.

ebonyjoke:
This is a bacteria skin infection. Get mupriocin cream and apply twice daily. U should see result before 48hrs

quote author=Mbliz post=79343289]Mummies good morning ooo! Please can someone come to my aid? I noticed this skin rash on my son's body few days ago while I was bathing him even though it wasn't as massive as this. Firstly, came out like normal heat rash. So immediately, took him to his PAED doctor only to be told that it's just a skin reaction from the drugs he's been taking that it will go on its own. Out of nervousness I took him to a reputable pharmacy was told it's a infection and was given cefuroxine antibiotics. He started using it yesterday we are yet to see any change. He actually contacted this from school last week.

From the pictures you posted, am aware that the one with pronutra is a recent development and quite different from the one we are very familiar with. I didn't do aptamil but I saw the 2 type when I was shopping around. The pronutra is also more expensive

FloraEC:

@bold
Lolzz, how do you take the milk. Tastes like breastmilk, bleh embarassed embarassed angry. Maybe I'll look out for the one made in Netherland cos the ones have bought is mainly UK and no leaflet inside.

I think there are different types of aptamil tho, just checked their page using the scan code. Some complained that their baby(s) reacted to the one with leaflet, some said the same to the one without leaflet.

The only thing I noticed is change in numbers

Aunty I pray God gives you wisdom that you need in dealing with this.
If she has been legally adopted then yes you can control her movement and keep her from whoever. She's is legally yours and no longer her father's stop putting sentiments into it. Please stop all unaccompanied visit even if its for a day. Pray for wisdom and make excuses for not allowing her visit between she needs to spend more time with her sister. Keep a close watch on her and talk to her, let your husband also talk to her and you can compare her stories. Talk to her teachers in School too and most importantly pray pray pray. If am not being overspirutual you can have a deliverance section for her.
Above all she needs you more now.
If possible, don't ever mention to anybody.

helen4:
hmm my sis, the biological father is the irresponsible type, all he wants to do is show her up that she's my daughter and nothing more. Before my husband stopped him from coming to pick her anytime, he would harass us with calls that he wants to come and see as well as pick his daughter, that was before we had our baby. Limiting the visit to them means we're keeping their child away from them or trying to keep her to ourselves, we've dealt with these before and hubby was tempted to send her back to her paternal family. Just discussed with hubby now and he's super angry. He wants to confront the grandma but I told him to hold on. I don't want to blow it out of proportion so as not to attract unwanted stories that touch. We will talk to our daughter tomorrow and see what we can do. I hope this issue get resolve. Thanks sis. Really appreciate

Tried the ready to drink (liquid form) while sampling formula but my ijebu self settled for cow and gate. Read they are made by the same company but cow and gate is a lower brand. Eventually my LO wasn't 'formula friendly' nah me consume the stock I piled up. But fed her both aptamil and cow and gate ready to drink.
The liquid form was nice and very handy
