Music/Radio / Re: Tiwa Savage Ft. Don Jazzy - Eminado (Video) by imonpoint(f): 2:41pm On Nov 05, 2013
50calibre: I thought Don Jazzy prides himself as boss who rarely speaks, what then is this? There used to be an enigmatic image about this guy, when he didnt speak much, he's lost it all now.

Bosses in music don't just hop on any record, they hop on hit records & most of the time, it's just one or two liners.
I sense jealousy abi na bad belle
Literature / Re: False Pretenses <1ST POSITION, ROMANCE STORY OF THE YEAR AWARD, 2013> by imonpoint(f): 2:11pm On Sep 13, 2013
praying u get well soonest. its a priviledge to av update hungry fans, it tells u somthing is ryt with ur writing style and story. it gets annoying because too many writers on NL take advantage of dis n tend to keep readers waiting especially towards the end of it. im sure u know that feeling one gets when reading a book only to find out the last 10 pages av falling off... kudos repo, we love ur story thats why we are on your neck. ur wellbeing is our enjoyment

Literature / Re: Story: Taking Chances by imonpoint(f): 11:02pm On Jun 29, 2013
This story has lost steam, sorry to say. Its either that its been draggin for too long or cos of d unavoidable brk. A writer needs to learn the art of stealing d readers attention from start to finish. Its not d volume of a book that qualifies it, its d content. I hope my comment isn't offensive. I'm not a writer bt an avid reader. I wil def stay on til d end

m.k.o2005:
'I cook wen i like' May mean there is a cook/chef in the house and she (Joke) occasionally goes in there to cook some kind of special meal for oga Olu !
I don't do Laundry does not mean 'i can't do laundry'it may just mean that the house helps take the clothes to the laundry or do it themselves ! Must it be madam that will wash my clothes ? Anyone can do the washing and drying just let me have something clean to put on whenever !
May God continue to bless their union !
God bless us all

U beta b sure to make more money than I can spend in runnin d house. If nt enof to get someone to do d laundry, then u wil definately wash n iron ur clothes urself. A wife isn't a servant. So if u guys can't afford help b sure to eat lots of d eba she must av prepared to enable u wash beta

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: NIMC Aptitude Test And What To Expect by imonpoint(f): 10:58pm On Feb 19, 2013
tjimoh: I applied in Lagos and my Exam Centre is ETC Centre,1,Oba Akran, Ikeja, Lagos...My concern now is that how can one be sure if political influence will not spoil the whole recruiting process. I think Director General of NIMC should learn his lesson from Immigration Recruitment that was recently cancelled due to some Discripancies. GMAT + Current Affairs might be the areas of help for the test preparation... Best of Luck to all NLers shortlisted for the Exam.
I'm writin @ same venue bt on 26th, pls can u giv me directions comin from iyana paja. Thanks
Sports / Re: Stephen Keshi Resigns As Eagles Coach by imonpoint(f): 9:49pm On Feb 11, 2013
swedbase: Thats what you get when you have abokis who suppose to be rearing cattle in the bush running the NFF. Stephen Okechukwu Keshi should resign with his head high up instead of working with those good for nothing idiotic mallams or let Jonathan sack all those stupid abokis at Nff and increase Keshi's salary to 25% asap. I sincerely regrets being in same country with these lunatics called mallams
U can go bak to ur momma's womb n b born in mali or burkina faso. hate doesn't bring progress, only tru love can achievements b made. Na only mallam dey NFF? If d oda tribes no dey chop clean mouth way forward for don show. Let's stop lukin for who to blame n start solvin

gbogboti: If I was him, I would do same. Nigeria is a very terrible country.

Family / Re: Marrying For Comfort by imonpoint(f): 12:53pm On Jan 15, 2013
Abeg let's stop deceiving ourselves. We all marry for comfort except if probably the woman Is pregnant n d man is tryin to b gentleman by havin to marry her, other than that its comfort all d way. If its love, its translate to comfort cos u bliv only your loved one can comfort and satisfy you. Also for those that doesn't bliv in love, they substitute with money. Life is about choice, what works for you may b a no-no for me. As for me, I married a wonderful guy dats struggling, cos he's my love, plus he's God fearing and he gives me comfort.
Meanwhile learn not to judge anyone for the decisions they make. Be it money or love, its stil a big risk anyway
Religion / Re: Pastor Adeboye Drove Car Without Petrol From Ore - Lagos by imonpoint(f): 9:18am On Jan 14, 2013
Gten: Nigerians,we have advanced so much in d negative direction,we criticize everything and nothing,I still don't see leaders of tomorrow.Faith in the supernatural is not subject to scientific proof,u either have faith or keep shut and watch those with faith advance beyond scientific limitations.

How will you? When you are so comfortable in following and not questioning the credibility of what you are told. Adeboye is human n he errs too. U get comfortable hiding under the religion umbrella. Travel around the world, see learn and be objective in ur reasoning for that's why God gave us will.
