The following are different grades available and the indicative levels of cognate post graduate work experience required:

Only candidates who obtained their degrees or higher national diplomas at levels not lower than Second Class or Lower Credit grades will be considered. Membership of relevant recognized professional bodies such as CIPMN, NIM, ICAN, ANAN, ACA, NBA, or CIBN would offer a distinct advantage.

A blog has the following ADVANTAGES over a full blown website. With a blog you just create content and wham you are publishing. But with a full blown website you have to handle, html, css, javascipt, templates etc etc. Thus all in all a blog is a simple website that is very easy to set up and use and frees you from unnecessary stuff.

Blogs are known as "Push Button publishing" and this is becuase of it s ease of use.
Disadvantages are that it is no as fully customisable as a website.
