It doesn’t matter. The VO just needs to see ur travel plan. 48hrs or 72hr validity doesn’t matter.
Thank you so much

I also want to confirm something about booking the flight. Most airlines cancel within 72hours, and it is not likely that the documents would have been reviewed at all. Does this affect decision? I mean, since the ticket will not be valid again

Cashmadam:

Unfortunately, based on your salary, you really cannot afford a vacation in the UK. That is the truth.

If you have a side hustle that you make good money from, that might help. Provide documents to prove how much you make from your side hustle.

Otherwise, you really need a miracle to get a UK visa based on your salary and personal circumstances.

Thank you so much for this honest feedback.
I will re-strategize, or better still look at another country, as i just need this to build travel history. I want to travel out of Africa and return.
I really appreciate your help
🙏

Good morning @cashmadam and other gurus in the house. I want to travel to visit UK in November, and i need to be clear on some issues.

1. I am 37years (Male) married with kids, but i am traveling alone just for a week
2. I am employed (working with Federal Government)

3. My Salary is N206k (i have been working for 14years)

My question is, can my sibling in the US sponsor my whole trip (using her bank statement and all)?
