@ Trignometry, you can call me a fool because internet connectivity is very cheap!
Since you are learned and well travelled, visit the Liverpool library archives and read about the real history of Nigeria.
The Pastor said his jet was chartered. The Ministry of Defense has said that they authorised the deal and chartered the jet. Who is the fool now? Akuya! Tinkiya!

3. During the 3rd term agenda of OBJ,what was the stand of the Church? When Prelate Mbang was cozy with the powers that be at Aso Villa, did any Bishop synod raise any dust?
The arms purchase is a business deal, simple as that! The Ministry of Defence has claimed that they handled that deal,so what's the ruckus for? The Bishops are sore losers, and they should go and beg their Muslim allies to stop bombing Catholic churches, after all, they are no longer part of CAN! Just do a research and Google the number of churches bombed and attacked by Boko Haram, the Catholic Church tops the list! So,it is okay if they continue the ostrich game!

2. What was their stand on Adolf Hitler, a baptized Catholic and occultist? The Pope did a deal with him! The Catholic Centre Party, which was the only political party that survived the Nazi Purge, was dissolved by the Pope. In exchange, Hitler leaned on the Duce, Benito Mussolini,to grant the sovereignity of the Vatican City. It is called the Hitlerian Concordat of Rome! I dare the do-gooders to call me a liar with proof! Even Pope John Paul even apologised to Israel in a papal letter!

As for politics, the Catholic church is the best of all.
1.What was the stand of the Church when Cardinal Sin raised the people of Philippines to topple Gen Marcos? They were silent

Cardinal Onaiyekan is spineless, that is why the North considers him a great Guy. He is a typical Northern Christian, just like Gowon! Maiduguri diocese has been bombed to the ground and like Nero, he is busy fiddling with the Sultan,a man who until recently, always said poverty is the reason why Christians are hunted and killed in the North!
Since the days of Pope John Paul, the Catholic Church has been preaching ecumenism and one world religion!
As much as I dislike him for his partisan political views, Pastor Ayo talk straight! He is hated cos he makes past CAN presidents look like weaklings and Northern puppets, apart from Cardinal Okogie!

People keep talking like dafts. What has Israel and Hamas war got to do with Aso Rock security? Saudi Arabia does arm deals with Israel through proxies, only Jordan and Egypt do not hide their deals!
Did El Rufai and co complain when Ghaddafi was busy pumping money into the North, building madrassas and mosques, and training young Northerners in his Benghazi camp, since the days of IBB?
I do not like Pastor Ayo,based on his inability to call a spade a spade in Delta State, and turns a blind eye to the looting, but on national issues, he is spot on!
He is hated because he looks at Northern leaders in the eye and tell them to call their youths and Islamic adherents to order! simple as that! As for his dress code, he has always dressed that way since I was a little kid in Warri,so stop crapping about what you do not know.

jollyiwin: Hello nairalanders. please i really need your help on this for its quit urgent.
my dad wanna file a permanent resident for me in Austria. when i was in Austria for visit. they told me i need to come to Austria embassy in Abuja to submit some documents given to me in Austria so they can interview me.
getting here now they told me all my documents needs to be legalized in the ministry of foreign affairs and am gonna pay 8500 to verify a document, and i have close to 20 documents. this where what Austria embassy in Austria never said but i was surprise to here it when i got to Austria embassy in Abuja..
i really need help from anyone who has information about immigration to Austria
U will have to legalise ur documents . First, all your academic documents will be stamped by the Ministry of Education at Abuja ( if you are planning to continue your education over there).
Next , you will take them, along with a Police Character report, NPC Birth certificate, and all sworn affidavits that u're planning to use for your application, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. When u have done that, then, you can book for appointment online, the verification fee is 120k. When they are through with checking your documents , they will call u to come and pay 40 euros for each document to be stamped. So be prepared to spend up to 350k naira for the entire exercise . Contact the consulate at this address, Abuja-ob@bmeia.gv.at.

Your CGPA is excellent but I think your first degree is something that only your school can decide. But I don't think MUL will accept an Agricultural engineer for a MSc Petroleum Engineering. You will have contact them.

No.. I'm not applying for Undergraduate Course.. What i really want to apply for is a Masters Degree and because i'm changing my course to Chemical and BioProcess Engineering/Process Engineering/Petroleum Engineering so i need to do a Preparatory Course for these programs i've mentioned... If you can assist me in doing that, i wouldn't mind...
When I googled Leoben, I browsed through the school and they could be good opportunities there.. Once again, I wouldn't mind. Thanks in Advance
Petroleum engineering can only be studied at MUL. University Preparatory Schools are meant for undergraduates or those deficient in language.
First, what is your first degree and CGPA?

@Tlk2prince,Nice to hear from you! All our research and discussion of four months have been destroyed in the Nairaland "bomb" blast!
Anyway, I have secured several offers of accommodation but a friend offered that I use as house address for my accommodation, so it saved me the stress of securing a student contract and transferring deposit.
I contacted the Consulate about the list of accepted insurance companies in Nigeria. They replied that they don't choose for applicants. So, I am going to choose between IGI and AIICO, based on cost.
What's left is just to renew my police character report ( based on hearsay, about 7- 10k), certify it at Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1k per page, for express ), and submit to the Consulate ( 50k for verification ) and perhaps two weeks later, return to pay for legalisation (40 euros). I will do that before this month runs out, DEO VOLENTE ET JUVANTE!
I will apply for visa next month end cos of my bank account statement. They require a 3 months statement, no money lodgement !

I got this stuff from a website. this is for the newbies.
Austria is situated in southern Central Europe, covering a part of the eastern Alps and the Danube region and, although land-locked, it borders on the Mediterranean area. The country has a wide variety of landscape, vegetation and climate, and situated as it is at the heart of a continent, it has always been a junction for communication links between the trade and cultural centres of Europe. Today, visitors can still find the architectural and cultural remnants of one of history's most prolific dynasties. Austria is a melting pot of history and culture. The Austria is the non-English-speaking country to offer courses taught in English. There are now 500 study programmes and courses conducted entirely in English, so students have a wide choice. The Austria has received international acclaim for its ground-breaking Problem-Based Learning (PBL) system, which trains students to analyse and solve practical problems independently through emphasis on self-study and self-discipline. A large portion of all study programmes is dedicated to writing papers, working in groups to analyse and solve specific problems, acquiring practical work experience through internships, and conducting experiments in laboratories. Today, Austria is becoming a key player in world and European affairs, despite its declaration of permanent neutrality in its 1955 State Treaty. In 1995, the country joined the European Union and later adopted the euro monetary system in 1999. These steps are all key in Chancellor Wolfgang Schuessel's desire to once again establish Austria as "the heart of Europe".

Average Fees & Living Expenses
Experience shows that to live in the Austria for one year costs a foreign student between € 400 and € 600 a month. This is needed to cover daily expenses and to pay the registration and tuition fees.

I don't know why people like making uninformed comments. How can you say Austria is for lazy students? Some of the dunces in my department are already through with studying at TU Clausthal in Germany,Msc petroleum engineering, which is one of the best petroleum dept in the world! Does that mean the school is not standard?
I am familiar with the Austrian system. It is strenuous for those who forged documents because they will check every single document submitted. They sent someone from the embassy down to Delta State to confirm my house address,my mom's signature and even went to the High Court where my affidavit was sworn, they also went to my university,FUTO, and travelled to PH to meet my Prof who gave me a recommendation letter. So, they are very thorough unlike the Germans! I spent over 20k at the Ministry of Education and Foreign Affairs, paid 120k for lawyer fee at d embassy and another 8400 naira for each document stamped! It took me over 6 months, and am expecting a reply by month end. I also applied in November at Uni Stuttgart for their WASTE program and spent less than 1k on my documents, and they contacted me in less than two weeks that the final list will be out by April 2014. So the difference is clear!

The level of education has fallen so low that every one who can write and read, will think he is rational. He was speaking to members of his church.
Did you hear from anyone present at that day or watched the satellite telecast of the message ,that he mentioned the name of any church? NO!
Did the Monsignor say that the Pastor was referring to the Catholic Church? NO!
Have you watched the full message or read the text of the message? NO!
Instead of dabbling into issues when you are not fully informed , keep quiet! I dare the OP to post the full text of the message if he is really sincere!

I am pursuing admission in Austria and Germany. I can confidently tell you that both processes are different. I applied to MUL, Austria and the process was long and tedious cos I went to Ministry of Education,Abuja to legalise my educational documents, and repeated it at Foreign Affairs,Abuja. I then proceeded to the Austrian Embassy, where I paid 120k for lawyer verification which took 3 months. Then, I was called to come and pay 40 euros for each documents that I wanted to legalise . I spent over 250k just on documents in total. I also applied for Msc at UniStuttgart, Germany and I spent next to nothing because I scanned and printed all necessary documents, and mailed it. I was sent a confirmation mail that the final selection will be by April next year.
