Health / Re: Nigeria, Largest Market For Fake Drugs — NAFDAC by Kazeem1987: 12:45am On Jul 19, 2012
And it's the IGBOS that are selling all these fake drugs. They bring all their sh*t to Yorubaland. Why can't they just phuck off? Why must they indulge in criminal behavior all the time?

Half a Yellow Sun?

I'm not watching that crap. Hollywood are just going to make the 'poor old Igbos' look like the innocent little victims. I'll pass...

all4naija: Must it always be about ethnicity?

That's how it is with Igbos. It always has to be an ethnic thing with them. The moment you turn the tables they scream discrimination. undecided

Break all ties with Ghana and focus on developing our country. Simple as that. I have no business with Ghanaians (thank God). I'm solely focused on the development of Nigeria.

Politics / Re: New Igbo Group Vows To Avenge Killings In The North by Kazeem1987: 9:47pm On Jul 18, 2012
Thew Igbos are pathetic & stupid. Why must they always spoil for war? Didn't they learn the first time round? How about the Igbos stop running to other people's land and phuck off back to the jungle called Igboland where they belong? Maybe people will stop killing them.

Another thing... Why must Igbos declare they are going going to strike? Why don't they do less talking and more action? Typical Igbo cannibals noise making with rusty trumpets. No Biafra Nation for you today noise makers !

Politics / Re: Is It True That Ghana Kicked Nigerians Out Of Their Country Before Nigeria Did? by Kazeem1987: 3:20am On Jul 04, 2012
It's true. The only difference is Nigeria doesn't b**ch and cry about it. Ghana will ALWAYS hold onto the past though. it's in their nature. They seek to blame Nigeria for all their problems. F**k them as far as I'm concerned. I'm tired of the Ghanaian sob story.
Politics / Re: Should Nigeria Breakup. Plz Vote the Poll. by Kazeem1987: 3:14am On Jul 04, 2012
Otutu1: On Nigeria, there's strength in unity

What unity? There has NEVER been unity. Lets be real with ourselves. Nigeria only exists because the Whites forced us together. In reality we have no business being a single country. The SW is Yorubaland. The SE is Igboland and the North is Hausaland. Trying to squeeze us together just doesn't work. It will never work. "One Nigeria" is a dream. The Igbos will never stop crying about the war. The Hausa's will never stop disliking the Igbos. The Yorubas will never stop being proud of being Yoruba. We need to split the country. It's time.

We should split back into the original three. Hausaland, Yorubaland and Igboland. That's how it was before the Europeans arrived. They forced us together. Nigeria just isn't working. Lets split. cool

Who's we? Your from America grin. We aren't the same. I'd rather die a slow and painful death than allow the Europeans to take charge again. I feel sorry for you African Americans with your slave mindsets.

Sorry, but this is LONG overdue!!!

First and foremost I want to make this very clear
- Both Nollywood and Ghallywood suck. They both churn out sub standard crap at an alarming rate. Most Ghallywood films are Nollywood knockoffs. The rest are sleazy Indecency's. Nothing more, nothing less. As for Nollywood... What a big joke. It should be renamed IGBOwood. The story lines are nonsensical (Blackberry Babes), the actors are crap, and on top of all that they ruin everything by attempting to speak with an American accent. It's embarrassing and cringe worthy at best. Yoruba films blow both of them out of the water If I'm being totally honest. They are informative and helpful. If I was a foreigner wanting to know more about parts of West African culture and how things are done on a day to day basis I'd rather watch Yoruba films. What foreigner wants to listen to some Igbo person faking an American accent? What foreigner wants to watch some B-grade Ghanaian Indecency? Sorry but Ghallywood and Nollywood both need to go back to the drawing board.

Now, as to why I think we did the right thing on banning Ghanaian movies in Nigeria!

I don't know what it is, I don't know how it came about, but there seems to be this guilt complex that we Nigerians have towards Ghanaian people. It's almost as if because of the "Get Ghana Out" movement and things that have happened in the past, we should allow the Ghanaians to repeatedly slap, spit and piss in our faces just to make up for what happened all those years ago. It's like in America they have this thing called "White Guilt". "White Guilt" is a complex that Whites have towards African Americans for all the bad things they did to the AAs in the past. It basically means AAs can do whatever they want to Whites but if Whites should do something back they are in the wrong. An African American could racially abuse a White man and nothing will come of it. However, the moment a White man racially abuses the African American they end up in a world of shit... Does that sound fair to you? No? Me neither undecided!!!

Why did I mention all that you ask? Because this is exactly what is happening between Nigeria and Ghana right now. It's as if Ghana is looking to hold Nigeria to emotional ransom for injustices of the past. A Ghanaian will scream and cry about a Nigerian all day long. As soon as a Nigerian does the same he's in the wrong. It's a guilt complex I tell you. We're basically being told that we have to be nice to Ghanaians and accept their slights at every turn just because we kicked them out all those years ago. How is that fair?

Ghana banning Nigerian movies was just another slap in the face we Nigerians were just EXPECTED to take. Never mind the fact we helped them out from the beginning. Never mind the fact we helped their "movie stars" blow up in Nigeria. Just forget all of that, because after all we had done for them in the past they still deemed it fit to ban our movies. What do these people expect from Nigeria? To then allow you to continue making money off of YOUR movies in OUR country? No chance!! You can't have your cake and eat it at the same time my Ghanaian friends. You can't say Bleep Nigeria than get upset and cry when Nigeria turns right around and says Bleep you back. It just doesn't work that way I'm afraid cool. It's either 50/50 or nothing. Don't just expect 70/30 because of past events wink.

One last thing before I leave - If you hate Chinese people and and detest Chinese food, would you then go to a Chinese restaurant to eat? I ask this because It seems as if the Ghanaians that harbor the most resentment towards Nigeria and her people always seem to find themselves on Nigerian websites ! Does that make any sense? I don't hate or dislike Ghanaians but you would NEVER find me on a Ghanaian website. ESPECIALLY if I hated them. The truth is I barely think about Ghana if football isn't involved. I just wonder why the "woe is me" Ghanaian type always find their way to Nairaland. Why don't they stick to the many Ghanaian websites out there? I don't mind the good/decent Ghanaians that don't come here ranting and raving like lunatics about the past.I don't mind them at all, they are the type that make me feel proud to have Ghana as a brother country. It's just the crybaby loudmouths I cant stand. Their pettiness and insecurity becomes irritating after a while lipsrsealed.

The ban on Ghanaian movies being sold should be lifted the day Ghana lifts the ban on Naija movies being sold in their country. Don't expect Nigeria to kiss your ass!! For all the problems Nigeria is facing we wouldn't suffer if we cut ties with Ghana. Can Ghana honestly say the same thing?
