Unfortunately you can not use your CAS for more than one visa application. You would have to contact your school to request a new CAS. I'm still at a loss as to how this refusal was your fault (the bolded part). Did u withdraw the 5million before the closing balance date on your statement? Or was the 5million not enough to cover course fees + maintenance when converted on date of application?

The statement was printed on 28th of August to meet appointment on 29th at Ikeja. Ikeja said I didn't choose Tier 4 so i went to TP VI on 1st September. The full amount was in account on 4th of September. The ECO looked at statement date of 28th and picked amount there on the 1st of August. I thought they would count from date of application (1st sept).
If CAS was not mentioned in the refusal letter can it be used again?

The refusal letter doesn't mention the CAS at all. The school is University of Nottingham

Is there somewhere one can check if the CAS has been 'USED"?

How much was your required funds: school fees + Maintenance dues left to pay on your visa application? Did you check the Oanda rates of the day you paid for your online application to see if the sums of all accounts actually match up with required funds to show 'by borough' when converted to GBP? Did you provide the 28 days statements of all 3 statements starting and closing on the same dates? Were these closing dates within one calendar month of your actual application? Did your 5Million account at any point drop during these 28 days count? And what type of account was the 5million in?
If you still aren't at fault frm the above, Can you post the actual statement of refusal here so that we see what it is the ECO wasn't convinced about?

Going through now I see the error was mine. They calculated to 28 days from statement printing and then used conversion of date of submission.
Please where can I submit and get response quick now?

If refusal is only based on insufficient funds and no mention was made of anything else, is the CAS still usable for another application?

There were 3 bank statements all in the same name and their reason was insufficient funds when they didn't count the 3rd statement with over 5m. Do I need a new CAS or can I reapply with the same one?

They refused it o. But they considered only 2 statements and left out the one with the money. Justwise do you advise i ask for review or reapply?

Also applied on the 1st. Came to TP this morning and told to come back at 2pm. Now there, waiting to collect. No update on website but when I called UKVI was told it was decided on 11th of September. You better come and check for yours. No email, no sms, no nothing.

I submitted my documents on the 29th of august 2014 at TelePerformance Visa application center in Victoria island but up till now I haven't received my tier 4 visa yet and at d moment I have missed my course start date. Please can anyone advice me on wat to do? The status of my application on the tracking website hasn't changed since that date although I received a mail that day of d interview dat my documents has been sent for consideration. Does anyone know a number I can call to enquire on d status of my application? I need a response ASAP. Thanks

kennyrule: OK, so I am new here and been following happenings regarding this study visa issues. Why does teleperformance delay with visas? I just read someone applied on the 12th and is picking up already at Ikeja? I applied on the 3rd at teleperformance in VI and still haven't heard back. Quite frustrating I must say.

I understand that it is because they are new. They just started processing this thing and this is peak student visa time. All their applications go to Sheffield whilst those of VFS go to Abuja where they are handled quickly and sent back. Now Sheffield gets from several countries so there is a lot for them to go through. Fortunately or unfortunately Tele are taking over the whole of Nigeria, Abuja has started, Ikeja will start at the end of this month so we are the guinea pigs for them to get the system right. Unfortunately, they are doing really poor at communication. It seems their website resigned since 1st of September and everyone since then has been unable to see anything showing that they have even applied. When you go there they are also not quite as professional as one would want. Honestly, the guy there smiles when telling you that your documents are not ready as if he is enjoying it. Apart from that moment he is frowning like he just took a sip of raw lime juice. They don't understand customer service and feel like they are doing you a favour. There is no suggestion box. They seem to be disorganised as you see courier packages dumped everywhere behind them. Just pray because right now you are at their mercy. I hope and wish someone at the British Home Office is reading this forum, Teleperformance is not doing their image any favours. Anywhere else in the world people would have staged a protest by now. But... this is Nigeria, where even the security feels he can advise you on visa issues!!!

No update o. I go there everyday now. Documents not back yet!!
Sheffield said final decision made on 11th. No email since and no documents 1 week later.. School starts on monday. Had to cancel ticket.

I registered before I submitted on the 1st with teleperformance.when I logged on in their site its say UKVI account has been created bla bla bla... is there anyone with a similar case like mine?tired of waiting for an email. It seems like all applications at Teleperformance from 1st of September have issues with web tracking. Mine was stuck at 'attend interview' and the last week it went back to account created and has not moved since then. You might have to call UKVI to get update on your application o. The Teleperformance people are of no help on this thing.

I advise you to call UKVI on 014406203. They will need a debit or credit card to charge you on. But they will let you know the status of your application, then you can go to Teleperformance if they say they have sent it.

I just got off the phone with UK-VI. My application is still awaiting decision.
They gave reason as "making further enquiries".
Now i'm scared. Lectures start nxt monday.

I spoke with them and they said final decision taken on mine last Thursday 11th September. I should wait for VAC to tell me when my documents are back. Went there today and nothing is back yet!!!

was ready at exactly 15 working days. Got the collection mail around 3pm yesterday and i was number 1 to reach there today. teleperformance wasn't so bad after all. they just had issues earlier. should travel before friday shaa so i'll still meet a class this week.

Were you getting updates from Teleperformance before the email? Was their website showing any movement for your application? Thos of us from September 1st have had dead website status of 'Account created' o.

I have called and emailed almost every 2 days since the 11th. Yesterday was told that they decided on my application on the 11th. Still no change on their website (Teleperformance). Going today to check if passport is back (3rd time). Before, even phone people did not have any information about the application. I think something must have gone wrong with the way they processed the 1st or maybe even the whole of September so far. From all the chats here VFS Ikeja people have been so fast in September. I should have visited this forum before going.
I had Ikeja appointment but they said it was not tier 4. Just got my money for the 1st booking refunded on Saturday. After the first mistake I could not find available appointment date in Ikeja so had to go for Teleperformance VI and here we are!!!

Up till last friday UKVI said they have it and tele performance said it is in Sheffield. This is painful o. Teleperformance even said wait till 15 working days before being bothered, how easy is that?

Please are there any other 1st September Teleperformance VI people out there. Has anyone got functioning website feedback or any feedback at all?
