Here's the reply of someone that has been addicted to porn watching and masturbation for 9 years. Here's how I got out.

Here are the things I tried but didn't make me stop masturbating;
- Deleting all porn videos
- Reading about the perils and dangers of masturbating
- Getting a Girlfriend (made it worse)
- Being around many people (I masturbate anywhere, I always find means)
- Disallowing myself from looking at nasty and lustful views (is it even possible not to look, I'm always caught off-guard)
- etc....

For 9 years, I finally got to learn something that helped me.

Despite being a Christian, I've prayed and prayed, little did I know that I needed an "Inward Guidance" against this destructive act and also realizing the "Power of SELF".

Firstly, the inner guidance I'm talking about is having the Holy Spirit within you, if you have it, watching porn & mastubation will look like mere waste of time practice to you, believe me.

Secondly, the power of SELF itself, 95% of all humans acts are being done consciously, so definitely you consciously watch porn and also conscious masturbate, most of the time, its just what you SERIOUSLY WANT not that any spirit is using or controlling you.

All you have to do before the practices (only if you want to stop the acts) is ask yourself 'what do I want right now, ok watch porn abii, but wait oo, I have the ability NOT to want it nah, so wtf'.

People have the self-ability to not want anything, you just gotta acknowledge the Ability and the Power, it's there, believe me it is. Know that.

Also it's important to held unto the Spirit of God, sin can make that spirit leave you anytime, watch out for little little sins, you can't lose the spirit, He's yours guidance afterall.

Thats all - God's Spirit + The Power of Self not to Want.

That's what helped me and it will mostly work for everyone addicts out there. #peace!
