My bad, VFTW actually supported Sanjaya until he left, then they supported Lakisha Jones (briefly though), then they switched to Blake Edwards who finished second. The apple didn't fall too far from the tree in any case, as the VFTW movement helped eased out Melinda Doolitte at top 3 all the same. Please feel free to check out my "facts", I am open to correction. I write about Idols as I see it, through my eyes. 

LOL Aziza! THat VFTW crowd is something else . This year they didnt have a clear person to support, just kept on changing their minds from week to week,,,But they were consistent in their hatred of Carly Smithson and Michael Johns(saw those 2 as Plants), and probably helped in his early exit and Carly's as well, They settled on supporting Brooke, then moved to Jason Castro, just before he left

Kiki, i totally feel yah.  Archie is too high school musical lol. . .Cook is the one i want to win but even if he doesnt win, i think he has it made.  I agree with everything you said

LOL, we agree on that totally, Cook is a winner regardless and Michael Johns was just awesome, My dream Top 4 would have been Cook-Castro-Johns-Archuleta!!!!!(I guess 3 out of 4 aint bad!!!! but Michael should have been there!) Those were my favs of the season. The only lady I thought had potential was Carly, but everytime I watched her that tattoo had me going  and I forgot what she was singing,LOL! But she is good, her husband has a totally tattoed face so I guess them 2 birds really "flocked" together

It's now down to David Vs David

LOL iice, that was wierd for real,, anyways, they got the finale as it was predicted weeks ago. Syesha just made up the numbers throughout, so by the Top 4 I knew who the final 2 would be. I say David Cook should win it! , they're both very good but Archie needs to grow up a little and appeal to the more mature audience first

BTW, FANTASIA made a guest appearance on the results show, one word, HORRIFIC!!!!!!!!!!!!

Idols is a really funny show, esp with the stats of the previous winners, Apart from kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood(Country maestro now!) none of the others really cut it, almost like a curse to win as the 2nd,3rd,4th etc runners-up seem to have much more succesful careers. Daughtry,Hudson, Aiken to name a few and I can betchya a million dollars that the likes of Michael Johns and Castro will be the "Daughtrys" of this season. Has Taylor Hicks even released an album that anyone will buy?? .Both Fantasia and Rubben are such cliched artistes that they hardly made any impact.



All in all it was a GUY's year, none of the chicks made an impression this year, very bland. I wish both Davids the best at the finale, they rock!

~Sooo i watched the show last night,Castro was just out of it,i feel gutted he didnt make the cut,forgetting his lines,poor choices in songs,it just wasnt going his way thats for sure!!

~Simon as usual bang on the money  meanie me,lol[b],i bet the poor boy didnt get a wink of sleep after Simon told him to pack his bags!![/b]

~Syesha is still hangin in there but my guess is its defo goona be between the boys!! she looked Exquisite in that dress  fine performance too!!

I was sad to see my main man Jason go, but he had a bad night and was very ready to go and never have i seen a more graceful exit from a contestant!, Castro's a class act!!!!!Believe me, he slept well and even packed his bags when Simon told him to,with pleasure! The guy no send!He had fun and was obviously ready to go, he left with a great smile on his face and has been giving hilarious interviews since then,LOL!
