Politics / Re: Jonathan Fighting Corruption With Subsidy Probe by kingchild(m): 1:41pm On Jan 20, 2012
No tree survives without its root, the root cause "as my primary school teacher would say" of the protest is subsidy removal and during the protest the song we all chanted was reverse subsidy. Personally I see no ground where the one week protest will take the credit of what is being unfolded about the age long corruption. I protested my self for my self and by my self but what I have come to terms with now is that some protesters protested for someone, was paid by someone seeking a selfish interest. these interests are what am yet to decipher but sure know that it can not exceed three; one of which is politically borne and secondly I also think some oil merchant that are benefiting from the subsidy while millions of the rest of us are just blind men are another strong holds while I can't really fix the third sect of people. "Mind you I said SECT"

BTW GEJ is doing a great job; he has successfully brought the looters in government to the fore, next the individuals on our streets involved in derailing this nation for their selfish lucre, One thing I am sure of is this; GOD supports only the upright. Did Jonathan bring good luck or the reverse? Only time would tell.

i think coogar should be quiet.

you must not criticism everything destructively, so far you have not made any point, all you have succeeded in doing is telling us you understand football better than anyone with all your flawed informations, who told you mourinhno has never kicked football, google mourinhno and find out for urself it might not be at a professional level though and so far i have not seen any active EPL coach analysing any football match, reason i guess you have not seen the like of fergusson and so on. Take your time to listen to the introduction of every pundit before a game (football match) starts? they are all ex-proffessional football. if i may ask, is David beckham an ex-professional now? why compare a crab to a prawn? think! don't just write b'cos u have time.

personally i think i love the duo analyse football and you are not in the best position to influence our thoughts concernings them.

Good Job Amokachi and Keshi making the list of pundit in south africa is an achievement.

Religion / Re: Am Beginning To Lose Faith In Islam: Boko-haram Caused It by kingchild(m): 7:31pm On Nov 22, 2011
The concept of religion differs with meanings ascribe by those practising it.
I am a Christian because I believe in the Jesus and that God sent him to die for my sin and that by His death I am reconciled back to God me that was once a strayed.

As a Muslim what are you believes?

@ Ops

You have made a wise choice to even try to think of deciphering what Islam stand for. “Islam is a religion of Peace" how can one measure that statement is it satisfying a part of speech or it is mere sarcasms?

Oh!  David prophesied concerning them long ago before Jesus was born, he said When they talk they say we are for peace BUT WICKEDNESS IS IN THEIR HEART. Does Muslim believe that there was a prophet like that? Yes they Do they call him Dauda.

I am not trying to argue here but only trying to educate all my brothers that has believe this fellow that was banished from Mecca because of evil act travelled to Jerusalem, learnt Judaism and came up with what he called Islam.

My brother lets look at this deeply Christianity is not a religion as a lot of people would believe it is, it is a relationship with God that was born as a result of the death of one man.

Did Muhammad die to seal this falsehood he establishes that was mere concoction from Judaism, Buddhism and other Arab world religion just to prove a point, that the Arabs too are equal children of Abraham who we all know is a Hebrew Man.

Common friends, Your Muhammad acknowledges Jesus Who are you to useless his personality?

@Ops,
You are the only reason I could stay up late to type my thoughts here today, and I would be so glad if you can give way to the Holy Spirit to help you through in your search for truth.

I am a Yoruba man and I stay in the northern part of Nigeria. I know quite too well what Islam is, I grew up in Lagos and I can tell you  how our Muslim brothers in the west thinks, its just that they are incapacitated or more like they can't perpetrate such despicable acts because somehow they have got conscience.

By and large Jesus said I am the way the truth and Life No one comes to the father except through me. (JESUS) You see it becomes monumental to start thinking in this light as that is the only thing that we live for.

If your live means something to you, you will never take anyone’s live; Muslim be warned God that does not spare his only begotten Son to salvage the wrecked world and human kind would stop at nothing to see that His Son is glorified. Sweetnecta be careful!

God Bless Nigeria, God Bless Jerusalem the city of God and His Blessing on all them Love His Beloved SON JESUS CHRIST.

God bless you as you make your decision to have a life with a meaning.

@Demdem,

You sound very mature here. You get the logic, but maybe you do not know what you are asking for; bring who to book? If I may ask? BHs are ghosts. They are not like the MASSOB who we know their leaders. MEND that you and I can tell their hideout. Can’t you get it?

Like my Yoruba people will say, ENUDU N ROFO` {it’s easier said than done}

Even the big mouthed GADAFFI that was sounding like an almighty during the GEJ Turai saga is hiding now. ---- And these are people he can see. Do you understand conspiracy theory? Go read it up. Then you will understand why the police always ask you to be quite cos’ whatever you say would be used against you in court. Sorry I’m sounding down but then I must point out some fact here.

We are loosing lives everyday, yes that’s true but then only the wise son would here the sound of an ant. So be calm and be courageous.

If you are a manager that uses pressure to drive your results, very soon you will be out of job. Not pressure my friend but precedence.

Nigeria is ours get that. Or you want a history of a divided Nigeria during GEJ dispensation.

Can you still remember your National Pledge?

I did not vote for him, because I foresaw this clueless ACT!!!
@ FXTOPEDIA.

Finally you decide to expose your true identity which I know must have informed your comment so far, on this note I must tell you now that you have failed.

1) You think GEJ reason from the anus like you to succumb to your pressure and do the wrong thing in order for you to have what to nail him with?

2) He is educated and not like you that pressured your way and acquired illicit characters. Hence you can't see reason with a person that knows how to douse the ambers of BH inferno without being nicknamed {northern leaders killers}

3) Let me ask you, what do expect of him, kill the like of Buhari and IBB because they didn't support him from the onset. You are being used. But the guy in question will defeat you and your dumb tricks anytime any day. Watch out.

4) If GEJ has killed only one notable northerner the headline of the story would read something comical as these, A SOUTHERN PRESIDENT AS DECIDED TO WIPE OUT ALL NOTABLE NORTHERNERS.

I have said it before and I’m saying it again, Una too small to sabotage GEJ Na una sef na go kill.

If you must know I’m not from the south.

I pledge to Nigeria My country.

If you do not know what it takes to be a leader why advice on how to tackle national boiling issues of this nature; the issue is the type i will endeavor to describe as a masquarade fight. Boko haram and the rest of it's supporters would fail, just give him some time. Your plot to unstabilize GEJ goverment seems working abi.? but your sin  will catch up with you. where were Boko haram when Umaru Musa Yaradua was the president of Nigeria. we know all this things.

@ publisher
God bless you, may your wisdom not diminish. you have shown to be an analytical person more critical mind that reasons logically in proffering solution unlike some sponsored weak brain like Gbawe that requires indomie approach to national boiling issues.

@ Gbawe.
i doubt if you have heard any leadership position ever before in your life time, so sure that you were never even a class monitor. listen to your publisher look at the analogy if worked on , one can easily decipher the root cause and proffer a solution.
let me ask you. how easy do you think is it to fight in the dark? or better put if you were GEJ what would you have done to curb these menace, people like you and your other clueless supporters only know how to criticize and can't face nitigritty with a matter.

GEJ.

I sure know that you know what you are doing it.  do all you can and expedite action SMARTLY.

God shall surely see us through in Nigeria.

ladies in Nigeria will remain single (unmmarried) until they do away with their BB.

What makes elite matchmaker Christie Nightingale cry—in a good way? Witnessing her former clients melt into each other’s eyes on their wedding day. What about crying in a bad way? Learning that a client blew a chance at a second date with a great guy or gal by checking their BlackBerry halfway through dinner.
According to Christie, pulling out your cell phone is the number one faux pas people make on dates—and a real deal breaker. She recalls, “I provided an introduction for a charming, handsome, and powerful CEO. He pulled out his phone twice in the cab on the way to dinner, three times during the meal, and again on the drive home. His date informed me there would be no second meeting. When I mentioned this feedback to Prince Charming, he was shocked; he didn’t even realize he was doing it.” She suggests simply turning off your cell and giving your date your full attention. “If you really want a lasting relationship, you have to consider your priorities. Guaranteed, life will go on if you don’t check that incoming message.”

Part psychotherapist, part cheerleader, Christie makes it her business to deconstruct people’s courtship weaknesses and help them woo better the next time. And that business is booming—she recently hit the $1 million mark. With offices in New York, Washington D.C., and Philadelphia, and partners in Los Angeles and London, her database includes over 10,000 men and women seeking a lasting romantic partnership. She is also a consultant for The Bachelor.

Christie points out that no matter what is going on in the outside world, people never stop wanting to find true love. “My business has grown about 30 percent during the economic downturn, singles are looking for something real to hold on to.”
A far cry from the dating sites have mushroomed on the Internet, her company, Premier Match, will turn away a potential client if it seems like his real agenda is hooking up. Not that she doesn’t see a value in online dating. As she puts it, “If you are just ending a relationship and have been off the dating scene for awhile, it’s important to get back out there. Some people approach a date like a root canal—put on something nice and go have fun. It's only an hour and a half out of your day.”

However, when you are ready to get serious, the excitement of online dating can turn to disappointment. Many of her clients contact her office after failing to cultivate a sincere relationship through the Web. They complain that the people they have met aren’t fully honest about themselves nor are interested in taking it to the next level. Other clients she has are busy professionals who woke up one day and realized, “Oops, I forgot to get married.”

Maybe her own match is the best advertisement for this real-life Aphrodite’s business. She recently celebrated her 10th anniversary with her second husband. She describes her first husband (her college sweetheart) as a “hunk” and their four-year relationship as love at first sight—which she thinks is the kind that blinds you. Her second husband was not her typical “type” but she gave him a chance and was eventually smitten. She encourages, “If you meet someone who is caring and funny and smart, stick it out for three or four dates—even if they don’t meet your usual criteria.” She points out that if you stay emotionally open and give it a little time, you might discover the kind of love that grows and lasts.

More of matchmaker Christie Nightingale’s dating dos and don’ts

Don’t look someone up on the Internet prior to your date and then discuss your findings. This is creepy. The reason why you are on a date is to learn about the other person; why bother if you are going to do your own investigation from behind the safe haven of your computer screen.

Do enjoy getting to know someone by directly asking questions about their life. But, you don’t have to learn or reveal everything on a first date! Keep an air of mystery flowing.

Don’t wear any old thing. First impressions are lasting impressions. This rule applies especially to the ladies. It may sound old fashioned, but the reality is that men are very visually oriented.

Do swap your pearls for sexier jewelry and change your work blouse to something more festive if you are meeting right after the office.

Don’t talk about past relationships. All too often, I get feedback that a client ruined a date by going on and on about his/her ex.

Do stick with upbeat, neutral topics especially on a first or second date.

Don’t continually talk about yourself. No one finds a Talking Head to be attractive.

Do ask questions and be attentive. You already know yourself, wouldn’t it be wise to learn about your date and find out what you have in common?

Don’t be a complainer. Some people habitually criticize the food, the wine, the weather, or life in general and are consequently perceived as negative and unpleasant.

Do monitor your attitude and if you can’t find something positive to say about a subject refrain from saying anything. Your date will also be watching how you treat other people in order to discover how you will treat them when you are not on best behavior.

Don’t shut down if you aren’t instantly attracted to your date. Chemistry is crucial to any relationship but your initial response can change—sometimes after only 15 minutes! By shutting down, you are sabotaging what could be a wonderful match.

Do remain engaged through the entire course of a date. If you meet someone who you think is a great person but “not your type,” meet them for a second, third, or fourth date. You may be surprised at the feelings that blossom.

Change is inevitably constant, no doubt, but i don't think it is a good idea to dump the first wife on discovery of the second because of age preferencials, TIMAYA should not be compared with His copycat. listen to their music again, find out who was here before. then answer the question who is the original owner of the music style (tune).

Being a single mother shouldn't be seen in the light of dishonour, first I believe it's a choice, she has an alternative which is cheap and secretive but she chooses to bear the brunt.
Is my saying kudos to her, Yes! It takes the heart of those that understand Life to really safe one and God is most happy with them.

the bible says he that conceal his sins shall not prosper, but them that confess shall have mercy, is apparent that she decide to confess to the whole world that she has be fornicating, and God shall pardon her, give her a beautiful baby, free of sickness and a beauty to gladdens her heart, are my asking the next lady leading into abortion ward to stop? Maybe! That guy might be the president of the whole world tomorrow, consider Obama Biography, do you think, there was a legit marriage in-between/ I can't say! But a trust less.

Consider my word my son, consider you way hold fast to that which is truth and tomorrow shall be bright, People look at tomorrow with a distant view, tomorrow starts today.

Are my a victim? YES! Am, I stood and today, My Baby looks very much like me.
He that thinks he stands let him look back, No one is righteous, No Not one, the one I would have pointed, said,” He is NOT”. You know who I am talking about.
