They may not be thieves, but it's obvious there are problems, people in the sector could delibrately feed them with wrong figures so that when they present it & it is compared they will look stupid,liers, thieves so that people loose confidence in them, on the other hand they too will be embarrassed & will consider leaving.whereas the real thieves know these people are thorns in their flesh.it happens like this atimes.
