Business / Want Your Business To Grow? Follow This Simple Steps by lagbaja717: 8:56pm On Sep 04, 2019
If you're struggling to grow your business, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Sure, it's hard. But, what's the alternative? A life-sucking 9-to-5 job? Surely not. The truth? If you buckle down, clear your mind, and just look at things in perspective, you can easily identify ways you can grow your business and make more money quickly.

1. Research the competition : When going to market, and you're really looking to get your offer to the masses, you need to research the competition. This allows you to uncover any advertiser's online strategy. Find the ads that have been running for the longest and emulate those. That's the quickest way you scale any business. If it's proven and it's working for your competitors, it's likely it'll work for you.

2. Improve Customer Service : If you don’t provide quality customer service, it will be difficult to satisfy your customers even if you have a superior product or service. This aspect of the business is about taking the extra step to make them feel special Let your customers know that they are valued. If they have problems, make sure you address them right away. If they have questions, take time to answer them. They should not feel like things are difficult for them if they raise certain issues. Social media is a great way to understand your customers by listening to them. If they find the customer service satisfactory, they might even recommend others to also buy from your business.

3. Don’t Hesitate to Get Loans: If you are starting out as an entrepreneur, you need money to help fund it. The same thing is true for those who have been around for some time and have decided to take things to another level. If you need small business loans to make your plans happen, get them. Make sure you partner with the right banks or lending firms. You need to fill out the application forms and provide all the requirements. It is also important to ensure that your credit is in good standing so your application is easily approved.

WHAT YOU MUST KNOW BEFORE TAKING ANY LOAN

4. Establish Loyalty: It takes time to encourage customers to come and buy what you have to offer. But it’s not enough to just get them to buy. You need to encourage loyalty. Considering that there are other competitors who could offer them better, you want them to remain loyal to you. Don’t feel complacent just because you already have a lot of loyal customers. They can be easily attracted to other options and they might leave you. Provide loyalty rewards. If there are discounts and promotions, let these most loyal customers be the first ones to know. You must sure your customers know they are appreciated.

5.Maximize Social Media: Without a doubt, social media is a very powerful tool. It reaches out to hundreds upon thousands of people at once. Make sure your business is engaged in social media. This helps you stay relevant. Listening to people and reading their comments will give you an idea on how to make them feel more satisfied. You will also understand their behaviour and find a way to meet their demands. The best part is that you won’t have to spend a lot of money just to attract new customers. You don’t need to engage in comment wars though. Just keep it positive and make everyone feel that they are heard.

Career / Stop Blaming The Government, Your Destiny Is In Your Own Hands by lagbaja717: 7:02am On Aug 25, 2019
WELCOME TO SUNDAY SPECIAL.

I want you to read and think deeply about the content of this post, then you we will all come to the same realization.

In Nigeria, we all want to live a good life, to be able to afford things necessary for a good life. Things like cars, houses, food etc. But we all depend on the government to provide a means that will afford all this luxuries, since the government is falling short on this, we keep blaming them, when we should blame our self for our woes.

Let me site an example, An average Nigerian graduate will always think about getting a good government job, sit in an office all day and live the good life. They will never think about setting up a business for themselves, becoming a boss of their own and employ labours. Later they will say that they are running abroad forgetting that 80% of the businesses and firms there are private owned corporations, there is little or no government participation in setting up this firms leading to the bulk amount of available employment for the people. Yet we fail to realize this and we keep blaming the government and spend all our time and resources to buy data and spend all the time we should be productive on social media trying to be savage. The amount of money we spend on data in a month sometimes, if saved over time can be used to start a small scale business that can later be expanded to become a large venture.

There are a lot of books you can search for on google that contains alot of business idea that requires little capital that you can start even without intense planning.

Another thing is that we are over 200 million in this country, over 150000 graduates yearly, There a lot of first class, second class upper students who are having hard times securing jobs not to talk of someone that graduates with a second class lower division or a third class. The chances to secure a good job is already very slim due to the enormous threat posed by the upper credit graduates, You need to be more creative, spend time on things that widens your horizon, read books READ A LOT OF BOOKS. I REPEAT READ A LOT OF BOOKS. STOP SOCIAL MEDIA NUISANCE.
