Everyone of us here are all desirous of the NNPC job. So many of us have claimed its a scam but the fact is let us give this process that benefit of doubt. Let's put more effort to practicing ahead for the CBT screening that's my honest opinion sha oh.

Then I saw a cbt app that has some free content and other practice questions relating to the NNPC recruitment so you might find it useful (https://www.cbt.ng/mocks/59/nnpc-recruitment/subject-areas)

Health / Relax Your Face by laular20(f): 9:09pm On Sep 25, 2013
Relax your face
Attimes, you find out that yourface is just glooming, appearing as if, there is no hope, as if, why is the word turning against me. "Only if you know that the muscle involve in smiling is not much as the muscle invlove in frowning" as research states. Then you will alway wear a smiling face.
Then frowning doesn't make you look sexy, why do you have to be hard on yourself then, why not cheer up, look sexy, happy, irresistible.
Stress, fatigue, clenching teeth often, or for a very long time. Can lead to physical ailment such as headache, muscular tension, lack of sleep, restlessness, migraine, stiffness. Tension in the face shows and doesn't even make you good, pleasant, happy, it doesn't speak well about you.
Relaxiing your face is enough to reduce tension lines and frown. Sit or lie comfortably and close your eyes. Take a deep breathe and take your mind off worries of life. Then, repeatedly breathe in and breathe out. Relax common places of tension: drop your shoulder away from your ears, loosen your jaw, raise up your brow, feel your eyes heavy in their sockets, let your lips loosen, unclench your teeth and let your tongue lie on your palate. Let your nostrils and ears become quiet. After doing these, breathe in and breathe out for about 5 minutes.
After going through, these process I think by now, you should be calm.

Age-defying Superfood

Research is showing us that some foods are particularly effective at keeping at bay the body’s aging mechanisms. Many of these superfoods are fruit and vegetables famed for their antioxidant powers—the more of these you can weave into your day, the better you protect body and brain from the ravages of time.
A recent report in the British Medical Journal suggested that eating certain key foods every day could boost cardiovascular health and even increase life expectancy by up to 6˝ years. The items to keep a ready supply of are vegetables, fruit, garlic, almonds, wine, fish (twice a week), and dark chocolate.
