The Nairobi National park is very unique and a huge asset that we should really protect, being so close to such a huge city, same goes to  Lake Nakuru National Park

Pendo, I understand you concern and its definately terrible if anyone gats a raw deal out of a holiday. For me i prised it cheaply because there is alot of competition out there.
And since you insisited, this is the neighbourhood, Nyayo Embakassi, trust me you wont find many places in Nairobi that are as clean and safe as this place. Its far from Dandoch, lol, here are some pics.

Pendo incase you havent realised there is a huge market for home stay travels in kenya. Not everyone can afford to stay in a stared hotel and certainly not everyone can afford an IATA certified travel agent. Yes that includes meals, and why would you want to know the neighbourhood and yet its not you traveling?

Hi Suny, i can organise a home-stay for you if you are interested, its a neighbourhood that actually has alot of Nigerians, and in the end you will save a fortune. ( $15 for both of you including meals)

And heres the funny thing, our 'tiny tiny' airport with our small population still handles more traffic than any 'huge' airport in west africa. This is not about competition because if it were, Anyway JKIA is undergoing major expansion as we speak. Thanks mwanawiwa, great job. Will join you soon

Hey Wanyag, here is how you post pics. First open the page where the picture you want to post is. Then right click on the picture. A menu shouls appear, the click on "copy image location". if this option is not there then click on properties, the highlight the image location, ang copy, it looks like a web page address. then go to reply on nairaland then click on the insert image icon, it should give you something that looks like this [im g] [/im g]. then right click and paste the image location it the middle like this [img]image location here[/i mg] then post. Try it out and if your still having troubles let me know
