[quote author=Alzirida post=71465209][b]In 2015 Kogi. Abubakar Audu (APC) - 240,867 PDP - 199,514 votes. Margin of 41,353 votes in APC's favour. Result: Inconclusive. Rerun fixed because 49,953 cancelled votes > 41,353 votes advantage. You know the laws, quit being a fraudulent nuisance, the law is not partisan. U are making a very big mistake here, we all knew the reason INEC declared the kogi election inconclusive. It is because INEC and Buhari didn't want to declare APC a winner, because Tinubu's boy would have benefited since the guber candidate Audi died before the final collation |

[quote author=AZeD1 post=67048023]Oshiomhole didn't trust the FG. Fashola objected fighter jets. Pls let's stop this blaming game now. What did PMB do to address the same concerns b4 he unconstitutionally withdrew money to pay for the jets |

Rexgodwin: Just like the woman caught in the very act of adultery and was about to be stoned to death by ur likes, Jesus then asked 'If u know u have not sinned be the first to cast the first stone', not one of them was left to stone In as much I am disappointed with MINA for getting themselves involved in such despicable act in the full glare of the public, I refrain myself from condemning and judging them at the same time, but plead to God to forgive them in this moment of weakness and let them trace back their steps to God. I will only see the positives in them |

Onijagidijagan:i I don't think you have a PVC, and even if you do , ur one vote is inconsequential , so stop spewing out thrash. The igbos don't need ur useless one vote to survive |

DrinkLimca: Wetin concern u with another man's life style? Why you dey carry another man's headache for ur head. If he has a baby mama now, u would also be the first to criticize him. If he gets married and divorces in 1 yr, u will also talk. Pls mind ur business 1 Like |

Lipscomb: My friend I know you are trying to be sarcastic but that is not enough to contaminate this page with bad language. Fyi, Ibo is a language and not a people. It is hard working and not hand working. Your joke is very lame also because the man in question is not igbo 1 Like |

NwaAmaikpe: Stop this hate speech already. How can you say Otti is an unsuccessful banker? Where in ARO are you from? Are u a defendant of the Ezeagwu kindred, Ibom Isii(the Akpas) or the Okennachi? |

Amarabae: There is nothing wrong with the law but it may boomerang seriously on the Yorubas if they are not very careful . If a pass or credit in yoruba is what it takes to access Lagos institutions, trust in the next 5-10 yrs more than 50% of igbo speaking yorubas will be occupying almost all the top positions in not only Lagos but other yoruba states. The igbos are very good in learning languages in where they are domiciled for easier business transactions. This recent law may end up being a great undoing to the Yorubas because from next year, igbos will be scoring distinctions in yoruba language and may end up being teachers of their own language. Guestlander: We all know who Uwazuruike is and what he stands for. It is just like saying Fayose and FFK speak for the entire yorubas whenever they voice their individual opinions on behalf of south west. My issue is with those who make any rubbish statements made by the likes of Orji Kalu, Ipob and Nwazuruike as headline news and the view points of the entire igbos You were trying to do same |

Guestlander: How can you spew such derogatory words to malign a whole tribe just because u feel the actions and inactions of a few persons excersicing there democratic rights don't conform with ur upright judgment. Would u say same of the Yorubas, after Abiola used his wealth and Concord newspaper to destroy Awolowo, his own brother in the first republic . Obj did same to Awolowo and even Abiola. And in both cases they all supported northerners against their own brothers. Even, in the struggle for June 12, it was the say yorubas that betrayed their brother by accepting political appointments from Abacha. Prominent among them are Jakande and Babatope. Did any one say the Yorubas were foolish because of the actions of these traitors? Pls remove the speck in ur eyes first before u remove from others. Hope u accept my correction in good faith. Thanks 1 Like |

sarrki: Is there no mistrust already? Except u are mean the imaginary trust between the north and south west I know you to be a strong supporter of this present political combo, u are entitled to your own position anyway, but pls don't cry out when the situation changes and become unfavorable to you. I have seen most of ur write-ups and it bemuses that a person with such high intellectual capacity would be so impervious to the glaring injustices meted to a particular section of the country just because they chose to exercise their democratic franchise in favour of a loosing candidate |

tonyzaks: We all watched it. He never said he wrote the results under SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES . Again u are just speculating , and u don't even want to condemn the Kano charades. Nigeria would perpetually enthrone mediocrity at the expense of intellectualism, if such ' I don't care ' attitudinal dispositions from people like you I rest my case |

tonyzaks: I don't believe in mere conjectures or estimated assumptions. Figures were arbitrarily inflated in states were either party was stronger to win. This remains in the realm of speculations because it was never challenged in the court of law. Guy, am talking about hard evidence showed by channels and other news media showing little children voting in the North in the presence of security and INEC officials and they couldn't do any about. Guy, stop denying the obvious, u look like a rational mind |

tonyzaks:In Rivers like others over 20-50000 votes were voided. There were no pictorial evidence of underaged voter's in the South as captured in the north esp Kano. Though, am not saying there weren't any form of electoral malpractices in favour of PDP, it was same for APC. But for INEC to declare that APC polled almost 2m votes with no voided vote despite the visuals showing underaged children voting which was also captured online is a very sore point and big dent on Jega's much touted integrity 3 Likes |

tonyzaks: I would have agreed with you but unfortunately our votes don't matter in this part of the world esp in a place like Kano where 2m people voted for Buhari and no vote was voided and more surprisingly the Kano INEC electoral officer was brutally killed along with his family when he tried to question the anomaly. As I write this, the perpetrators of this dastardly act are still in the open shouting for the second coming of Pa Buhari What a funny country |

Trex4: Why don't go for Biochemistry if they can offer you. Biochemists would be very relevant in few years from now. They would be highly needed in agricultural revolution that is about to be the mainstay of the nation's economy. They will also be relevant in major breakthroughs in research in medicine and agriculture. I am a biochemist with PhD in nutritional and environmental biochemistry and I also have a degree in biotechnology. I am currently running a program in biochemical engineering 1 Like 1 Share |

SalamRushdie: Buhari should respect his old age, his children and grandchildren and respectfully decline to run for 2nd term. Does he still have the strength to tour all the states for political campaign? Even if he does, he would be going against his doctor's advice not to over labour himself. The after effect of such tedious excersise may be catastrophic to his fragile health. Also, Buhari belongs to the analogue and i very much doubt if he understands the workings of social media without being teleguided Nigeria urgently needs an internet compliant President that would be up to speed with modern political dynamics 6 Likes |

[quote author=sarrki post=64463054]I may not be happy with the performance of Mr president But know one should deny him his fundamental rights of the right to contest or to be voted for If you aren't scared of him why asking him not to contest Shame on you |

What does OBJ really want? He wanted 3rd term but was denied. He brought a very sick Yaradua to become the president and later became his greatest critic until he died. He then went for a very weak GEJ and supported him to become the president. He also was the greatest critic of Goodlucks' administration until he was booted out of power Consequently, he went for his old friend and dictator and rallied international support for the analogue Buhari and made everyone believed he was the long awaited Messiah to cure all our problems. Unfortunately, just less than 3 yrs into Buhari's reign, Obj has written a caustic 13 pg letter criticizing this same Buhari he asked us to vote. Let us also remember he never supported Abiola nor acknowledged the best election the country ever had, June 12. He did say Abiola was not the Messiah Nigeria needed. He also attacked IBB and Abacha had to put him jail when he felt he was becoming a nuisance. Obj never saw eye to eye with the revered yoruba Sage - Awolowo because he felt he also was not good for president. I then ask again, Who and What does Obj really want? Let's just give a 4th and a last chance 2 Likes |

In 1999 what did the Yorubas contribute to PDP to be given the presidential ticket at the expense of other regions? Justice and fair play devoid of mutual distrust or hatred should be the over riding principle in making political choices or calculations at the national polity. It is high time the Yorubas and igbos stopped this never ending war of acrimony |
