pls doctor in the house, recently am undergoing some pains in one of my testis and is as if a small ball is attached to one of my testis and ths most of the time givs me concern and i dont know how to go about it. i feel pain whenever i tough my testis. pls help me

I've been enjoyn myself on this site for the past sometime now, i came on this site with a problem in my mind, but am sure pple on the site will solve my problem with advice(s).
