So this market is not affected by the economic recession

Dont ever try to use software or any program to write your business plan. Your Plan should be realistic, achieveable and original. Dont copy people's business plan.

3. Your business idea should fill a market Gap:
All you have to do is to look around you. Make observations and you will certainly spot a problem/gap in the market, then you proffer a solution to the problem through your product/services. Coming up with an idea to run a business that is the same with what is already in the market will slim your chances of making it. Just differentiate your business idea from others, make sure you spot a gap and aim to fill it with your product/services.

Romance / To Ladies: Signs That Shows He Is Likely To Run Away After First Sex With You by mbeto: 10:19pm On Aug 01, 2017
1. He compliments you frequently only on your looks: A guy that compliments you only on your looks, your beauty and the sweet fragrance of your perfume is up to something fishy. His mission is likely to be “hit and run”.

2. He hates public dates: A guy who does not show you up in the public is likely to run away immediately after having intimacy with you. He avoids places where people can easily see and know that the two of you are dating. Such guys are always in relationship with multiple partners.

3. If does not commit to the relationship, then you have to be very careful.

4. If he does not associate with your friends and refuses to let you know his close friends and relatives, then know that you are on your way to the slaughter!.

5. He lies about his true identity: If you meet a guy newly and he gives you fake details about himself. Mbok take off, if not, he will be the first to take off immediately after hitting his target.

6. If he touches some sensitive parts of your body during your first date when you two barely know each other, then mark him and avoid him. Else he will bruise you.

7. A guy who does not care to know you in details is likely to abscond after sleeping with you since his main focus is not the you in you but rather the sweet apple in you!

8. If he talks dirty during your first two dates, then he is up to something. He is trying to key you in for the great fall. Be very careful if you notice this

Education / Under-graduates With These Qualities May Not Be Employed Quickly After Graduatio by mbeto: 8:07pm On Aug 01, 2017
1.Those that will graduate with low grades: With the increasing number of first class graduates from local and overseas universities, it is very likely that the labour market will be saturated by graduates with high grades. Also, you may not be able to proceed to your masters degree programme directly. With the ongoing reviews in the educational system, it is likely for the bench mark to be raised. If you graduate with a low grade, then you need your prophet to do some spiritual work for you to scale through because very soon graduates with 2.2 and below may not be considered in some aspects since the number of masters degree holders and first class degree holders is increasing geometrically.

2.Undergraduates who are only focused on class room work: In as much as it is pertinent for all undergraduates to be studious, it is also important for them to be productive outside the classroom. Focusing only on class room work may end up cutting you off other things like socializing and networking with people who can recommend you for a job after graduation. Being too engaged in the classroom may kill your ability to think and become creative. It is very paramount for you to engage in vocational jobs and skills acquisition during your off school periods. If you are not creative, then you will not be productive and this may hit you badly after graduation especially for people from poor homes. You may realise after graduation that your colleagues who created time for activities outside the class room had engaged in stuffs that earned them some skills, money and that some socialized to have enough network with people and became connected hence stands a better chance of having a job than you.
3.Those who lack passion for their chosen field of study: If you don’t love what you study, then it will be difficult for you to succeed in such a field. This happens mostly to students who opted for a course simply because they were denied admission in their chosed/preffered course of study. They had to study what was available just to be at par with their colleagues who had admissions. Lack of passion for your subject matter will kill your talent and reduce your productivity. Hence, you may struggle to have a job after graduation.
4.Those who do not socialize: In this present age, socializing with some key figures especially in your field of study is very important as it may take you closer to some big wigs and highly placed people in the society. If you don’t want to struggle after graduation, then you should learn to socialize, as you don’t know who can help you. This is very necessary for people from poor background. Have a mentor(s), endeavour to make more friends, connect with former school or college mates and relate with people of all ages, be good with people and this may end you a very good connection for your dream job.

5.Those who are not vested with the practical application of their subject matter: Graduates with low or no practical ability in their chosen fields of study will find it very difficult to be employed. Both local and international companies are on the look out for graduates who can add value to their ventures. A computer a science graduate who does not know programming is equivalent to every other person that learns computer on the streets. Hence, he/she will struggle to be employed. We know that our curriculum in Nigeria and the general delivery of the lectures are not structured to not support practicals, but you have to add value to yourself by going for training in areas that are relevant to your course of study. This can be done during off school or holiday periods. You can also make use of the NYSC period to fix this up. Knowing the practical application of your course of study can guarantee you of self- employment after graduation.
6.Those whose parents and relatives are not in their chosen field of studies: In Nigeria of today, you are likely to struggle for employment and connections in a field where you don’t know anyone. Imagine if your father is a professional civil engineer, and you also go to study engineering. I bet You will not lack connections or employment as your father would easily slot you in in the field. It is advise-able to consider factors such as this when choosing any course to study.
7.IF YOU ARE NOT VERSATILE: In Nigeria today, it is very common for people to work in a field where their academic skills are not applicable. It is easy for you to find an engineering graduate that works in the bank, an education graduate in an oil company or a political science graduate as a school teacher. All these things are very possible in Nigeria, so to stand a chance of being employed, you have to be very versatile. You must prepare your mind and be ready to work anywhere. If you are not ready for this, then you are done for!

8.IF YOU ARE NOT INDUSTRIOUS: The earlier Nigerian undergraduates learn to be industrious, the better the unemployment status of the country. A student who engages in some money making ventures like petty trading, teaching and other services is likely to be employed immediately after graduation. Such students are very industrious. They hate to depend on their parents. They strive to make good money. Such students are likely to be self employed and become a Boss after graduation as they will not have to wait for white collar jobs.

Jobs/Vacancies / Bitter But True!.... Why You Are Still Unemployed After Graduation by mbeto: 5:58am On Aug 01, 2017
1.THE COURSE YOU STUDIED IS NOT RELEVANT IN NIGERIA: The course you study has a big role to play on how quick you can get a job after graduation. To be very candid, some courses can not be practicalized here in Nigeria. Courses that are not practicalized in Nigeria will not only reduce your likelihood of having a job, but it will also reduce the likelihood of you employing your self. Hardly will you find a graduate of Architecture or Land surveying or other courses that are easily practicalised in the country complaining of unemployment because they start making money from when they were students.

2.YOU DON’T HAVE A SKILL: It is very true that the number of the unemployed graduates is alarmingly on the high side and it is just very few of them that are employable. Most of our graduates are not vested with the practical applications of their subject matter. They only study to pass exam. To stand a chance of being employed quickly, then you have to acquire a skill that is relevant to the course you studied in school. If, you should consider being self employed, then you should also acquire a skill by going for skills acquisition training.
3.YOUR PARENTS/RELATIVES ARE NOT CONNECTED: It is an incontrovertible fact that in Nigeria of today, employment into the federal, state, local government and multi-national companies’ jobs is strictly on man-no-man levels. You have to be connected in order to be employed into these parastatals. If you are not connected, then you are done for! Do you know that there are undergraduates who are assured of jobs even when they are still in School? Their parents, uncles, aunties cousins, etc who are connected usually go a long way in reserving job opportunities for these ones at the expense of their peers who are not connected. If you are still unemployed after graduation, then you are likely to fall into this group.
4.YOU DON’T HAVE A NETWORK: Networking is very good in all aspects of life your life growth as it connects the unconnected ones to people that can help them. If you are unemployed , then you have to consider improving your networks. Try and establish connections with your former school mates, join secular groups, socialize with people in your church or mosque, relate well with your family friends, register in professional bodies relevant to your field, etc. There you are likely to meet and get connected people who can recommend you.

5.YOU DON’T KNOW YOUR SUBJECT MATTER: If you remain unemployed years after graduation, then it is likely that you are not very good in your subject matter. The Nigerian labour market is very competitive, so you must to know your subject matter inside out. Consider the fact that Private and state owned universities are now competing on having the highest number of first class graduates. This is also applicable to graduates who schooled outside the country. They easily make first class overseas. These and more have created much competition in the labour market in Nigeria. You can only contend with a first class graduate or an overseas graduate through your intellectual prowess by knowing your subject matter inside out!
6.YOU ARE NOT A PROBLEM SOLVER: People earn a living by solving other people’s problems. To be employed, you have to be able to solve other people’s problem. I know many graduates who are very rich by simply solving other people’s problems by going into areas like Home tutoring services, blogging, counselling services, internet services, events management and decorations, etc. You can only solve people’s problems by offering services or by selling a product that meets their needs. This will in turn earn you a good pay. Look around you and think about the problems of others, if you are able to identify their problems, then you can think of acquiring a skill that would enable you to solve such problems.

Three officers of the Nigerian police have been arrested for systematically burgling former president Godluck Jonathan's house in Gwarimpa area of Abuja. Jobs/Vacancies / Nigerian Immigration Service Set To Recruit Only 1,112 Officers by mbeto: 5:25am On Aug 01, 2017
Muhammad Babandede, The Comptroller General of the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), has revealed that only 1,112 officers will be recruited during the current recruitment exercise by the service.

It can be recalled that the last recruitment exercise conducted by the service in 2014 ended in controversy as many applicants lost their lives in the process. He intimated that the ongoing recruitment exercise is to supplement and correct the impasse in 2014 recruitment where 2000 applicants were recruited controversially. The comptroller general of the service hinted that 2,000 persons were controversially employed and offered appointment letters without following due process in the recruitment exercise.
Hence, only 888 were absorbed after screening while the remaining 1,112 persons were laid off. "The ongoing recruitment exercise is to fill up for the 1,112 persons that were laid off by the service". He said
