Unfortunately Ms Ibekeaku-Nwagwu, has no clue about the disbursement. I wonder where someone from Jahun in Jigawa state is going to register online and the targeted beneficiaries are not literate. The mechanism for the proposed disbursement is being handled by World Bank and it is meant to reach 1m people in the 36 States and FCT.
Unfortunately no one on Naira land is qualified for this payment besides the money is only N5,000 monthly.

Pls mention the 19 states, cos it had become a norm here on nairaland, if you don't want people to bash you, you start by saying I'm not an APC or PDP support or I'm not a Buhari fan or GEJ fan.
Politics / Re: Please Who Has Benefitted From The N5,000 Stipend To Nigerians? by mojeks: 8:39am On May 29, 2018
37 thousand people in 9 LGAs in Jigawa State, have been receiving these payments every 2 months. I am not a Buhari fan, but truth be told .hese payments have been on for over a year. Beneficiaries in about 19 states are currently being paid this stipend. Please google National Cash Transfer Office (NCTO) under the VP's office.

Its very real and the money comes from Abacha's loot in conjunction with World Bank.

Crime / Re: Fraud Alert! Gtbank *737# Is Very Risky. by mojeks: 4:11pm On Dec 31, 2016
sinkhole:
I am actually thinking if we can open a thread here on Nairaland where people who have had issues with *737# will narrate their issues and such could then be compiled and forwarded to GTBank to lobby them to review the security aspect of the *737# platform (my only problem is the Nairaland moderator and @seun that will refuse to move same to frontpage)!
The *737# platform is a very good and easy platform but the security of the platform is very weak, I do not know why PIN, instead of the current last-four-digit system could not be used. For instance, anybody wishing to use the *737# platform could be asked to do a one-time setting of the PIN on the GTBank website OR the PIN could be set from your phone!
I think their twitter and facebook page will have to be notified

CBN has asked them to insist on PIN usage, but they have are being seduced by ease of use to listen. The liability is on the banks for any loss via USSD without PIN. Till people intentionally dupe them thats when they will learn. Silly bank workers.

I have sent you a mail, you will get your money back, you actually have no liabilities, everything is on the banks, they should have insisted on a PIN on each transaction, they know the risks and they ignored it. Lets make an example of them.

Report to CBN, they told the banks that they will now be liable to any fraud on the USSD channel, http://thenationonlineng.net/banks-pay-mobile-money-transactions-fraud/.
