congratulations,yestaday i called the Head office,and i was informed the started calling you guys,remember i told you guys you all will be called,one of you called me this afternoon to inform me that he got a call this morning,he will be posted to calabar,just relax all of you that did the medical will be called between now and next week,they are waiting to get the regional director(west)report to know exactly the office/branch for those of you who prefer lagos,i hope mokpas that said its next year and that the bank is dead will be or has already been called.once again congratulations,you will enjoy your work in spring bank.

@mokpas.am really suprise at the way u post on this forum,you started this topic asking if anyone heard anything about your been call,those who heard told you what they have heard,but u will not take it,now the bank is dead because they have not call u,but if they do, the bank becomes alive abi?.i dont want to jion issues with any body,i have not had the time to read all the post,but let me inform you that u guys will be call,i was able to contact a guy in the MD office,he was positive, but insist the head of HCM know when,i suspect its giong to be any time next week,and i want to tell u,if the bank does not need you guys they will say it and nothing will happen,i really feel you guys pains because you have waited for long,i pray it will work out next week,i know as soon as u get ur invitation you guys will forget the waiting pains,because am inside i can tell you the bank is solid and stiil ranks among top 10,is mokpas not aware that recently the bank sponsored the springbank-NUJ MEDIA games,adverts on tv is good,they bank has been running newspaper adverts becos there is a plan,when is time to run tv adverts u will see it, its only a bank that is alive that can pay its staff fantastic salary that is far higher than what the top 6 banks in nigeria pay,am praying for u guys that it will bethis coming week week.

hi guys am very sorry for the long absence,actually i have been too busy,as am now the head of customer service,and have been moved to a branch in kano from abuja,i receviced warning and advice from some senior staff for sharing some information about the bank with you guys,its sad to learn that you guys are still waiting,give me this week i will make some contact via mails and calls to the head office to find out whats up,but just last week tuesday,a guy was posted to the branch,he told me he had his finally interviwe on may 9,and mediacal on 17 may,which he was one of you guys,i will get him to share with this forum.but i can tell you that you guys will be jioning the bank at the right time,things are looking good,the pay and other benefits are increasing and far better than many banks,keep the faith alive,i will get info for you by next week.thanks.

i love you all for the faith,i can tell you all is well,we had our POP yestaday,am still with the bnk,because my branch manager got aa directive that we ie we were 2 corpers in the bank,ex.now should continue with our work pending when we will go for the trining,no mention of medical for us,i can also tell you that all who did medical plus ex-corpers will be in,springbank has about 198 opertional offices and 17 new branches will be added before march 2008,all branches need at least 3 persons,and every month some staff leave,in our branch within 2 month 3 left to join celtel,FCTDA,and etb repectively.as for medical test,my manager said as a matter of policy the bank does not discrimate against persons with HIV.and insisted that they do not test for HIV,because there is a standard policy that before you test for HIV you have to do councilling and inform the person for his or her permission for the test.i strongly believe within the next 2 weeks we will be at the training,the bank really need us to market thier current promo to mobilize deposits.best of luck.

mokpas.i have gone the extra mile to get info for you guys.i called the glo line they used in sending you guys text,and a man answered and said you guys will be invited before the end of the month as interview for us corpers will end this week,i had mine last week,i also called a staff in HCM and he said the same thing,but added that some of you will not be invited for submiting fake SSCE,NYSC certificate,they bank did verification with WAEC AND NYSC.and a number of you faked it.infact i can tell you to start preparing for the training if your papers are correct,we will meet at the traing.

I Have been interviewed,that was last week,and this morning,my branch manager directed that i continue with my job even after POP.pending when i will go for a 1 month training program.i will keep you guys informed if i get my appiontment letter or invited for the training.

hi guys,i want to inform you that am a batch b corper with the bank,garki branch,abuja and i was told by my manager that after we pass out in the next 2 weeks i will be invited to lagos to undergo a one month trainng program because i have been recommended for retaintion,and i spoke with a senoir staff in human resources lagos head  office who told me the bank will add corpers to you guys that have done medical in august,that was why i posted earlier that you guys will be called within first week of august,so am surprise to hear this,i dont think my manager will lie to me,its true the crisis affected the bank badly as many people withdrew their mony but i can tell you that customers are returning after its became clea that the bank was still healthy,in my branch i know some persons are doing work meant for 3 people,so the truth is that vacancy really exist,please i will suggest one of you go the head office directing and ask people in the human resoures,am sure they can give authentic info.

morkaps,what do i stand to get from giving you guys unconfirmed info?.my source is a senior management staff in the human capital management department of spring bank,i repeat spring bank will call you guys to report at apapa office end of this month or first week of august,the exact date is not know now until nysc say exactly when batch b will be passing out,the bank will retain some corpers so these corpers can join the training,and so that some of you will be posted after the training to take over from some duties that were handled by some corpers who will be leaving.just wait between now and first week of august,if you dont hear from the bank then you can accuse me of not giving the right info.i wish all of you good luck.

ogoogirl,i was reliably informed that all of you made the medical exam,the delay is becos they want to add some corpers serving with the bank who will be passing out next month the training,so expect a text from the bank between the end of this month and first week of next month.good luck
