Well, it depends on the circumstances of each case. In a recent federal high court judgement in lagos, the court. held that the fact that a wife being a full house is enough contribution to whatever property owned by the husband.

Politics / Re: How Obasanjo Killed Off Guaranteed Igbo Presidency by Munamu: 10:50am On Aug 19
OALandAgents:
You missing the point of the thread. Clearly Obasanjo agreed with Abdulsalami decision to ditch the 1995 draft constitution which would have guaranteed all geopolitical zones the chance to have the presidency.

Furthermore , Obasanjo handed over after his 8 years without even giving Igbos the VP ticket.

I think I get you right, but don't forget that it is the duty of the national Assembly to make or amend laws for the nation. This is specified in section 4 of the 1999 constitution as amended. A president does not have absolute veto power.

Obasanjo's govt amended the flawed 1999 constitution severally over his 8 years but still failed to even attempt to add the provision for rotational presidency , which would have guaranteed an Igbo president by now.
Politics / Re: How Obasanjo Killed Off Guaranteed Igbo Presidency by Munamu: 8:39pm On Aug 18
OALandAgents:
Yes his presidency introduced it and he had to have consented to it at the very least. He also never tried to reintroduce the rotational presidency in his several amendments of the constitution over his 8 year tenure.

Get your facts right my son. Abdulsalam introduced the 1999 constitution. I understand your pain, but pls tell it to igoo aristocrats who sold out the Igbo presidency for crumbs. An example is your uncle igbokwe in lagos. The ex commissioner for gutter affairsgrin

Many igbos online are not aware of even recent Nigerian history.

If Obj makes any small gesture that appear to support any candidate or cause that Igbos support , we Igbos would start hailing Obasanjo to high heavens, not realising that he is the main reason that we have yet to have a guarantee of an Igbo being president.

You see, General Abacha when he was poisoned in 1998 was just weeks away from introducing a new constitution which would have guaranteed an Igbo presidency.

The constitution (1995 draft constitution) that Abacha was about to implement, provided that each of the country's 6 geopolitical zones would get the presidency on a rotational basis.

Obasanjo jettisoned this draft constitution when he became president in 1999 and introduce our current 1999 constitution, which gives no guarantees for Igbos to get the presidency. At the end of his presidency, Obasanjo handed power to YaraDua (Northerner) and his VP Jonathan(SS).

Today Obasanjo could and often makes cheap speeches and gestures that seem supportive of Igbo aspirations or views and ignorant Igbos youths would hail him.

So it is obasanjo that introduced 1999 constitution Abi? Oga pls face your okrika business

Politics / Re: Buhari Administration Used Our Crude As Mortgage To Collect $3b Loan–brekete by Munamu: 9:06pm On Aug 14
seunmsg:

lol. To start with Buhari started taking the loans after COVID-19 global pandemic. There was a global lockdown and economic slowdown that caused crude oil to go as low as $1. Despite the crash in Revenue, Nigerians kept asking for more. Petroleum subsidy must be funded. University education must remain free and fully subsidized. FG must keep giving free money to the poor under the social investment scheme. Electricity subsidy must continue. FG workers must be paid regularly. Payroll support to struggling businesses was approved. The exchange rate as at that time must remain pegged at N460 and not be floated. Insurgency and banditry must be combated. Etc.

So, where do you guys think the money was coming from? The moon? Agulu? You jokers don’t know shit about anything. It’s even funny you’re asking me about the economic impact of a $3billion loan on a country of over 220 million people who want every damn thing to be free. Do you guys even know what you’re talking about?

See, Nigeria is a poor country and there is no magic anyone can do except we brace up and implement stringent but painful reforms to expand our economy. Crying and pointing fingers won’t solve anything. Get behind the president’s reform agenda and let’s change the economic trajectory of the country together.

As good as your submission is, it lacks merit.

The facts are clearly stated in the post, and some of us have been privy to her story. Her parents assigned her a female gender at birth, and she was raised as a woman. As time progressed, she started to notice the male physical organ...bla..bla..bla... In other words, she was a woman first before she started to frolick with girls.

from what is written, she is a complete man. Facts about her being able to get pregnant has not been tested. So it is better if she remains a man.
Family / Re: Nigerian Woman Born With Male And Female Sex Organs Fathers Two Children by Munamu: 8:29pm On Aug 12
We4all:
Some of these health anomalies are beyond human comprehension. If a human being can have two reproductive sex organs, then I think some transgenders may be right when they say that they are trapped in the body of the opposite sex. As for the woman/man, she looks more feminine and a corrective surgery would have been great if she had the funds.

Where are your facts? She fathered two kids from two women u said she is more woman. Had she tried to get impregnated?

Technically they mean the same thing. That is the government does not want to defend its currency. The essence of devaluation are the followings
1, increased exportation.
2,it encourages local production.
3, it discourages importation.
4,it provides employment.
5) it encourages foreign investors.

Thank you UN, but these guys have ear problems.

We have been warning them o, they wont hear till they employ some jobless park touts to burn their old houses then turn around and look for who to pin it on.

Go and protest in your home states of Osun, Ondo, Oyo and Ogun states. We will check ID cards, if you're not from Lagos, we won't allow you join the protests. Just as many people were not allowed to vote in Lagos, they should not also join protests.

For the Ss and Se, you know that you have no dog in this fight, don't go and dance to a music you don't know who is beating the drums. Hardship dey, but dont enter prison because of a planned protest that has been placed as a trap for you.

So tinubu, tunde bakare, buhari,Joe igbokwe etc were from lagos ,when they protested in lagos in 2012? When you say people should not protest, what other language do you think the government understand?

Romance / Re: I Am In Love In A 13 Years Old Girl by Munamu: 7:00pm On Jul 19
Flesh22:
Good afternoon all, there is the girl I meet newly, where me and brother just rented somewhere in Lagos, she is very beautiful and intelligent for her age, though matured somehow, she look like someone that is 17, I guess from her mother. And me on the other hand, am scared of girls, really don't know how to talk to them, but yesterday when I told my friend, he said we should go to her mom shop, act as if we want to get something, then from there I talk to her, so I did as instructed, so when we go to the shop, she was more beautiful than I thought, a goodness, my friend started the conversation, then I continue, all through my stay at her mom shop, she was happy, laughing as if we already known each other for month, I really had a good time, did some introduction and the rest, then I left.
Later in the evening, as I was about going to buy fuel for the gen, she blocked me on my way, she was was smiling and also introduce herself to me again , but then I had no time to talk to her, just smiled back and told her later, because I needed to get to the filling station on time, so they won't close. Though I have not seen her till now, maybe she went to church, base on my conclusion she do like me, am not saying base on our conversation yesterday, but because of constant eye to eye contact and she normally ask about me when am not around from my brother and when I come to her shop to get something, she always want to attend to me, am I right with all this conclusion, I think yes.
My problem is the age difference, am 28 and she is 13, I want to tell her today that I like her, like they say age just a number, I like this girl, should I continue with this and make her my gf, what do guys think, thanks as I await ur response.
Politics / Re: Senate Enabling Executive Recklessness With Ndume’s Removal As Chief Whip- Atiku by Munamu: 8:33am On Jul 19
Mynd44:
I disagree with Atiku. The position of Senate chief whip is the APC's decision and at any time, the APC can decide who they want as chief whip.

Many do not know that the term Chief Whip simply means Majority Chief Whip. Ndume holds the position on the request of the party and it isn't an elective one.

APC can wake up tomorrow and ask for the Senate leader to be removed, it is their right and choice. So if the party feels the person occupying that position is demarketing the party, they can choose another person.

You are right in a myopic sense. But how do we achieve good governance, if the legislature that serves a watch dog to the executive is being gagged?
