thank you Thiza my brother for publicly admitting that nigeria is the giant of africa indeed, you are very correct with that statement. so true nigeria is african giant with clay feet, but the big problem is that south africa has no feet at all. lol.
grin grin grin
You are partly correct there. Nigeria have lower unemployment than South Africa as well as a lower crime rate.

The 2001 UNDP Report showed that South Africa had slumped to 0.604 due its high Aids rate and lower per capita income due to the (then) weak Rand. The fact that South Africa under ANC rule had slumped even behind its 1975 figure was so much the opposite of what the SACP (and ANC) wanted to hear that they promptly lost all interest in the HDR. After 2001 each successive new HDR was largely ignored.

In fact they were objective measurements all right and by 2010 the HDR showed that South Africa’s score had fallen again to 0.597, placing the country 110th out of 172 countries surveyed. (Zimbabwe was in 172nd place.) Had South Africa maintained its 1995 score it would have been 59th. That is, under ANC rule South Africa has fallen 51 places, a fair measure of the catastrophic failures this period has seen.

check facts well on internet before you post comment, the mali issue is free information the whole world can read on internet. you made some errors and i will correct them.

1) france is colonial master to mali and as usual, france has troops in almost all its west african colony as permanent military garisson for french interests..

2) it is wrong diplomacy for nigeria to send soldiers into mali without agreement with france which puts its soldiers there long long agao, even before mali crisis.

3) nigeria acts wisely, we dont make the type of mistake south africa made by sending warship to ivory coast without agreement with france, nigeria, and UN, these 3 have troops already in ivory coast. thats why south african navy was told to go away, your country did not use correct diplomacy thats why even the UN did not support your stay in ivory coast, you had bad diplomacy in your method of deployment

4) mali had democracy overthrown by military coup and ecowas knew that the coup was with good reason but did not want democracy to be destroyed. it will be stupid for nigeria to send in soldiers at that time because it will look like an invasion when the ruling military coup plotters refused to allow any ecowas country's soldiers to enter mali. nigeria wasted to solve the problem, and not to add to the problem. wisdom comes with age.

5) nigeria with ecowas agreed with UN to deploy in september becasue france was already there with soldiers and there was no more fighting between government troops and rebels islamists.

6) the sudden attack from the rebels made france to counter-attack and stop their rebel advance. nigeria also responded very fast to that attack in 48 hours we landed over 1,000 soldiers, armoured fighting vehicles, jet fighters, helicopter gunships and military transport planes. that is a good logistic capability by international standards.

we africans have a problem, when a white man does something small we call it big, but when a black man does something big we call it small.

7) the France you are singing their praise, had to ask Britain for help with military transport planes and they got it. Canada and USA also sent military transport planes and 4x4 military vehicles and millions of dollars to help France. nobody in the world helped nigeria, we did all the heavy equipment and battalion troops deployment all by ourselves and with our oil money.

9) France is already announcing that its troops will not stay long in mali, listen to BBC news. the france wants to run away before the mali rebels change to deadly guerrilla warfare that kills even the best army infantry in the world like Russian army died in thousands by the guns of islamic mujahedeen guerrilla rebels of afghanistan war in the 1980s. nigeria says it will stay in mali and fight the war for as long as we are needed there. respect nigeria when it is time for war, no retreat no surrender from africa's number one infantry forces.

so you say nigeria did not do well ? think twice before you post comment. the whole world respects nigeria when it comes to military operations all over africa in the most dangerous war zones, so never compare nigeria to south african in this area, we are far superior to you in track record of many past achievements and the whole world respects nigeria for that. we spent $10 billion of nigerian oil money on liberian and sierra leone wars alone, plus over 1,000 nigerian soldiers died in the thick jungle forest of those countries. [/b]

nigeria started sending soldiers to fight all over africa in 1960 just few months after our independence nigerian army landed in congo kinshasa to fight in the civil war and we had no airforce at that time,
we asked other countries to airlift our army to congo and ex- president obasanjo fouth as an army officer in that war of congo. nigeria is the big brother and giant of africa. over 100,000 nigerian army troops have served and rotated in opreations for peace all over africa since 1960. check out some of our many military action list...

liberia
sierra leone
somalia
sudan dafur
ivory coast
mali

all the wars nigeria enters are big news because they are big wars. south africa selects small wars to deploy, thats why you went to congo brazaville, if you have the military power, enter congo DRC and damn everybody, then flush out the invaders there and stop crisis.
south africa was wide awake with open eyes when rwanda genocide killed 800,000 africans very close to your borders, you did nothing to stop it, you were busy making excuses for not stopping the blood shed of your fellow africans in rwanda, 800,000 black people died while south africa was claiming to be the strongest military power in africa ? no never ! a living dog is better than a dead lion ! dont ask me which country is the living dog and which country is the dead lion, let africa's history answer the question.
Is this the same French that run out of Vietnam because the Vietnamese did not fight fare? France pitched up to the battle ground and there was enemy. They got ambushed and attacked out of nowhere and went and complained to the UN that they were not fighting a conventional battle and left Vietnam.

You know the French tanks got 5 gears? 1 for forward and 4 for reverse

Why would SA stop clashes in Rwanda when they were thrown out of the UN? Who's idea was it to go throw those 2 cultures in close proximity to each other? The only wqay you could stop something like that is to separate them and that would be off course called Apartheid.

be honest south africans, your scientists did NOT develop nuclear power at home, you paid the government of isreal that was desperate for money to transfer nuclear power to south african soil andteach you how to manage it. the whole world knows that, and it was the reason OAU of africa now AU, was always against israel even after the egypt israeli war ended long ago.

agaugust: no intelligent person will accept information posted on this forum topic which cannot be independently verified by the general public, we dont want to read some peoples private and personal list of south african weapons and so called upgrades that CANNOT be verified on official websites of south african military or unbiased wikipedia.

nigerian military has many weapons upgrades too including amoured tanks, and i posted them in the past, but the south africans refused to accept them, so we too will NOT accept yours also. what is good for the goose is good for the gander, we will judge you the same way you judged us. period.

all the information i posted which you south africans now argue against is from south african navy and army official website, that is what can be confirmed. black people should learn to be honest in life. swallow the bitter truth about your many old weapons and be like men, not nagging like women making excuses for soup that burned on the cooking stove.

dont deceive people here, and dont talk about your badger armoured vehicle that is in the factory not yet in service, because nigeria too has several big stealth warships now paid for but still in shipyard or under testing in china and australia, and many new helicopters and missiles we ordered from europe. so be ready to be judged the same way you judge others too. period

nigerian navy missile and helicopter equipped stealth warship under contruction almost ready in shipyard, i post the photo below, several of it are coming to join our navy, but i dont want to count it for our list of weapons today until they all arrive in lagos. just let us be fair and honest black men.

agaugust: now, south african army is even worse with old weapons. they say nigeria has many old armoured tanks, but we will see their own old cargo today. snydergp, msauza and andrewza always pick south african modern weapons and post their photos or data beside nigerian old weapons to fuel the popular wrong belief that south african military is all modern while nigerian military is all old.

it is time for the bitter truth today, south africans, here is your old army that will NEVER defeat nigerian army in battle
.

the south african army has o.lifant main battle tanks not up to 260 in total but less than 40 are actually functioning today. they are old c.enturion main battle tanks refurbished into o.lifant, all purchased from 1958 to around 1968 and the armoured tanks are over 50 years old, half a century ago.

their r.atel armoured vehicle is from 1975 origin and over 38 years old and ready to faint or enter coma and they have over 1,000 of this armoured vehicles, just see its photo posted here below. their r.ooikat armoured vehicle is less than 270 but less than 80 is functioning today with the age of the fighting vehicles at about 31 years old.

the few pieces of towed heavy artillery south africa has are less than 80 in number, and yet they are over 30 years old in use since long ago 1982. only the less than 50 pieces of rhino mobile artillery is modern, all the rest of south african artillery is from ancient times the same way they condemn nigerian artillery.

that means over 99% of south african armoured combat vehicles are around 35 to 55 years old, or is that young ? somebody to do the maths for us please !

this south african military with museum weapons will NEVER defeat nigeria in war !
swallow it, bitter truth ! let all those who have a wrong belief all over the world begin to correct their ideas now.

south african military is highly over-rated, they have more old engine repainted body weapons than the world thinks, their old is 4 times more in number than their new equipments, yet they have the guts to insult nigerian military when in reality they are not better than us.

check them all from south african army website and you will find the age of each weapon on its internet wikipedia:

http://www.army.mil.za/
Eish you are so uninformed. Did your get your info from a museum?

South Africa build their a Thermal Nuclear device aka H- Bomb for fun tested it and dismantle when they were done.

To sum it basically up. They placed a fuel embargo on SA. We build SASOL turning coal into fuel. The placed a weapons embargo on SA they build KrygKor producing some of the worlds finest weapons.

Truvelo .50BMG caliber rifle - 5 shots
This "heavy sniper" or "anti-materiel" rifle was developed by the South African company Truvelo Armory in the late 1990s. Like many other large caliber sniper rifles, this one is intended mostly for counter sniper role and anti-materiel work against unarmored vehicles, installations etc. The claimed accuracy with appropriate ammunition is 1 MOA, effective range is about 1500 meters but bullet could be lethal at much bigger ranges.

Truvelo .50 uses a simple metallic "backbone" on which all other parts are mounted. Massive receiver is made of steel, rotating bolt of the Truvelo design has two frontal locking lugs, and one rear locking lug, pluck cocking handle that acts as a second rear locking lug for most solid lock. Heavy, free-floated barrel features a large muzzle brake, which is a must-have item when firing powerful ammunition. Truvelo .50 rifle is available in simple single shot configuration or equipped with large removable box magazine that holds 5 rounds for faster practical fire rate.

This rifle was designed in the early to mid 1990s by South African arms designer Tony Neophytou, who also took its part in designing the Neostead combat shotgun. Initial development was under the Aerotek name, and later the Mechem division of the DENEL Group, a major South African arms manufacturer, purchased all rights for this design. In the 1998 South African National Defense Forces adopted this weapon and began to purchase it in some numbers. It is also offered for export sales. The NTW-20 is a long range anti-materiel rifle, developed to reach out across wide plains of South African landscape and to deliver substantial firepower in a relatively compact, two men portable package. It is available in two versions, 20mm and 14.5mm, and could be easily converted from one variant to another by simple replacement of the barrel, bolt, magazine and scope, which will take about 1 minute in the field conditions. These two versions had slightly different applications: 20mm version, built around WW2-era German MG-151 aircraft gun round, can deliver high explosive, fragmentation or incendiary shells with good accuracy, so a relatively "soft" targets could be disabled by the blast and / or fragments. When the long range and armor penetration is an issue, the 14.5mm version comes into the play. It is built around another WW2-era round, Soviet 14.5mm high velocity, armor-piercing cartridge, developed for PTRD and PTRS anti-tank rifles and still widely used in Russian KPV / KPVT heavy machine guns on armored cars and in anti-aircraft mounts. While probably not so accurate as the specially developed .50BMG (12.7x99mm) rifles, mostly due to unavailability of the "match grade" ammunition in the 14.5mm and 20mm, NTW-20 offers significantly more terminal effectiveness than any .50BMG rifle / round combination. 20 mm version could be most effective against targets like parked aircrafts and helicopters, command and communications equipment, radar cabins, fuel dumps, unarmored cars. 14.5 mm version will be more effective against armored personnel carriers or relatively large "soft" targets at extended ranges. Anti-personnel work is by no means a primary task for this huge rifle.

The Milkor MGL six-shot 40mm grenade launcher is the world's first mass-produced multi-shot 40mm hand-held weapon. Developed by the South-African company Milkor, it entered production in 1983, and served with South-African National Defense Forces for more than twenty years. Since the 1996, an improved version of the basic design entered the production, it has been designated MGL Mk.1. The Milkor MGL is also used by more that twenty other countries worldwide. Milkor MGL offers significant firepower increase, compared to US-made M79 single shot 40mm launcher. The rapid-fire capability (six shots in less that three seconds) is essential in ambush situations and in quick-pacing urban warfare. The Milkor Mk.1 is now offered for export, and an almost exact copy of Mk1, is manufactured in Croatia by the RH Alan company as RGB-6. The most recent modifications of the Mk.1 launcher, which are manufactured and offered in USA under license by the Milkor Marketing Inc., are the Milkor Mk.1S and Milkor MK-140. These two launchers differ from original Mk.1 by having stronger, stainless steel frame (as opposed to the original aluminium frame), as well as by having four Picatinny-type accessory rails around the barrel. The difference between Mk.1S and Mk-140 is the length of the cylinder - while Mk.1S retains the original cylinder, the Mk-140 has a longer cylinder, which can accommodate a wider variety of the less-lethal 40mm ammunition, which usually has longer warheads. Both types also an fire all standard 40x46mm 'lethal' ammunition, including HE, HE-FRAG, HEDP and others.

PAW-20 with night vision sight and laser pointer. Note that magazine projectswell below its housing.

20mm ammunition for PAW-20 grenade launcher (shown are High Explosive Incendiaryrounds).

PAW-20 (PAW stands for Personal Assault Weapon) is a most recent development of the South-African company Gemaco Elbree Pty Ltd, and is marketed by South African military corporation DENEL. Ammunition of new type, developed for PAW-20, is produced by the PMP - DENEL munitions. While in some advertising texts the PAW-20 was listed as a "new assault rifle",it is obviously not a true assault rifle, but, rather a semi-automatic grenade launcher, which is intended as an infantry support weapon. PAW-20 fires specially developed explosive ammunition of 20mm caliber, using relatively short, straight cartridge cases. Muzzle velocity is about 300 m/s, which is quite low by artillery standards but rather high by standards of hand-held grenade launchers. Intended targets for PAW-20 are infantry in the open and behind light covers, as well as unarmored or lightly armored vehicles and thin-walled buildings. While maximum effective range for PAW-20 is given as 1000 meters, it is obviously stated for "area"targets such as groups of soldiers; against point targets like cars or machine gun nests, effective range will be much less probably no more than 300-400 meters - unless gun will be used in conjunction with laser rangefinder and computerized sight with built-in ballistic calculator.

Denell at international weapons show

Maybe you should try googling Denell. Museum my arse. We have numerous manufacturer plants and nuclear reactors. Why should we run around with old stuff. Btw American equipment is unreliable in African conditions

That is about half the stuff we make and of course this

It was in the late 1970 when the South African nuclear programme started to go into full swing with the compliments of the Israeli scientists resulting in the first test and only test firing of a nuclear weapon. The test took place on a moored vessel anchored off Prince Edward Island on the 22nd of September 1979 when a typical double flash was observed from a passing US satellite.

One has to understand that this was all under the radar of the United Nations with the full knowledge of selected members of the US and British Governments. The US immediately went on the defensive by creating their “False Flag” report known as the “Vela Incident” in which they explained the following:

The conclusions of the Presidential panel (the Ad Hoc Panel) were reassuring, as they suggested that the most likely explanation of the Vela detection was a meteoroid hitting the satellite - in part because of the discrepancy in bhangmeter readings Others who examined the data, including the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the national laboratories, and defense contractors reached a very different conclusion - that the data supported the conclusion that on 22 September 1979, Vela 6911 had detected a nuclear detonation.

What I find ironic here is the fact that several agencies confirmed it was a nuclear explosion but the US Government conveniently put it to bed. I can assure you that through my own scientific contacts in the US this did actually happen and an internal memo at the Los Alamos nuclear research facility confirmed that it had been a nuclear explosion. One has to understand the high stakes involved in such programmes, especially when vast sums of money are being banded around senior political figures. This is truly corruption at its best!

The joint venture (Israel - South Africa) created 10 Battlefield Bombs and after the first test that left nine. The bombs were designed to be highly mobile and reasonably compact and could be carried by the British Canberra bomber or the Buccaneer
.http://www.presstv.ir/detail/212022.html

At the core of South African nuclear capabilities is a diversified and technologically sophisticated nuclear establishment operated by the South African Atomic Energy Corporation (AEC). AEC was established in 1949 to capitalize on expertise acquired through nuclear co-operation with the United Kingdom and the United States in exchange for sales of natural uranium. ~I The nuclear programme accelerated in the mid-1960s as AEC began to plan for a complete nuclear fuel cycle, fully under national control and mostly free of international safeguards and inspections. This goal was largely accomplished by the late 1980s.

South Africa's first research reactor, the 20 megawatt SAFARI-I, was purchased from the United States and went into operation in 1965. This safeguarded reactor is fuelled with roughly 14 kg of 45 per cent highly enriched uranium (U-235) annually. Since the United States stopped sales of enriched uranium to South Africa in 1975, domestic enrichment has been developed. A second research reactor, the domestically designed SAFARI-II, went into operation in 1967 but was decommissioned in the mid-1970s after the United States stopped furnishing nuclear fuel. South Africa also has two 922-megawatt power generation reactors, the Africa in 1975, domestic enrichment has been developed. A second research reactor, French supplied Koeberg-I and II, fuelled with 3.25 per cent enriched uranium.

These fully safeguarded reactors went into operation in 1984 and 1985, respectively, initially with French fuel. South Africa is currently shifting to domestic sources for fuel.

At the Valindaba research part outside Pretoria AEC has established two uranium enrichment facilities. These use a jet nozzle enrichment process,
apparently developed in the early 1970s with assistance from German sources. Both use uranium hexafloride gas manufactured at Valindaba
the domestically designed SAFARI-II, went into operation in 1967.

all4naija: I quite get that. I never said defeat Muslims either. But,there is more to that than the undertones, support Israel and defeat Jihad.

However, I am so much concerned about the uninformed people here who are overly sensitizing the whole issue and perpetuating rumours. I still think without coming to agree to term on common ground there is nothing or process taken to find peace that will work perfectly in this regard as to Jewish-Muslim problems. The hate in that region is the highest of any I can ever imagined though.

Not until the Ethiopians learn to see themselves as members of Jewish community, the people they meant in Israel and corporate with them they will keep facing such troubles and some forms of discriminations. They need to learn and accept why they were airlifted to the country in the first case.
Sorry I did not see you actually quoted the picture. The problem is between the Jewish and Islam (note I say Islam because its not just a religion but civilization)is that they are not compatible with each other. As soon as the world start to accept that the better. Pakistan and India was one country once. Apartheid was applied two countries were created. They been at each other still. Problem is that they not want Israel there is there is no stop till they are gone. Freedom is the distance between the church and the state and in Islamic laws there is no Separation of Church and State. So you have control and influence over a whole nation.

As for Ethopians the language barrier is the major issue. Then they must try to understand how other cultures work. Example the new Recruits in the army complaining that they have to stand guard because the older guys are partying. They should be taught these stuff as well because such things are new to them. But you know how military and most places work. The new guy always start at the bottom and have to work his way up. Older guys get respect and have more freedom and allowed more than new recruits would as they are being taught and drilled with discipline. Sometimes we jump to easily and say its because he is this color or that color when most of times its just the culture who naturally sees their own as superior

dont be offended with what i wrote above, i dont mean to offend anyone. my statement sound 'generalistic' but its because there is no space and time to write everything in my mind. however, the truth is that as a nigerian and american citizen, i live among the many different types of white peoples in america, people with origins from england, france, spain, portugal, germany, russia, sweden, finland, etc, they are all the same, the larger percentage of them ( maybe 80% ) are racists, some hide it, some show it to your face i a tactical way.

however, i confess to you that there are some few white people who are NOT racists, and they love black people, but they are not many. my good job in america was given to me by a pure white man and a senior manager, and he hired and trained me personally, he does not allow junior managers to train me, he is a very nice white man, but the manager junior to him is a wicked racist, he sometimes looks at my black skin and squeezes his face once in a while. cry
You get racist everywhere. The norm of society is that everyone thinks that his own culture is superior than the others and others people culture is strange or savage. Sometimes we get a culture shock but Americans is just plane nasty to everyone not American. No matter the color they do not take well to foreigners. Some states there is those extremist but most of the time we think they look at one strange because of color when its because you are a immigrant. And I can tell you in some places when they see a Nigerian they think you are a drug dealer or a illegal dvd seller. They apply the stereo type but not in terms of color but culture.

I am neither. I am mixed race. But my ID say colored. Not black enough for some places and not white enough for others. But we were given the gift to blend in wherever we go. We got a bit of both cultures into ours

Health Ministry director general instructs all gynecologists in Israel's four health maintenance organizations not to inject women with long-acting contraceptive Depo-Provera if they do not understand ramifications of treatment.

You will know that in 1985 and 1991 Israel airlifted 48000 Ethiopian Jews or Beta Israel as they preferred called to Israel. Israel did it out of the goodness of their heart the airlifts as the result of the Jewish community’s unwillingness, given their long history of religious persecution, to stand by idly while any group that could possibly be considered Jewish underwent religious persecution.

They're Jewish religion differ greatly from the religion in Israel and their lack of knowledge of the Talmud, the traditional rabbinic interpretation of the Torah. This isolation has led the Ethiopian Jews to develop different practices in regards to the Sabbath, holidays, the religious calendar and practices concerning ritual purity.

They got of the airplane with no skills, no education and couldn't speak Hebrew. The language barrier is on of the greatest aspects that hold back any society. Israel gave them shelter food and tried to give them starting jobs in something they were skilled at. That was farming which they denied and saw as a step backwards. In Ethopia they did farming and because its the motherland they don't want to go backwards. Unfortunatetly in the motherland like any other country you get a better job in a different skill enviroment. THey could not go to Israeli schools cause they did not speak the language.

So they build schools and boarding houses for them and try to get them educated. Unfortunately the kids dropped out and they did not give their cooperation in that regard. Some join the army and complained while they were new recruits they had to stand guard while the older soldiers partied. You see they did not really understand what is happening and how modern society works. Al tough they were not as primitive as Israel have thought they still run into a culture shock on some situations.

The Rabbi's did not want to marry them because they did not want to accept some Jewish requirements. So the Rabbi's had to compromise numerous times. In the end Israel had to let them develop separately because of the lack of willing to blend in and to sacrifice a small bit just like the otherside is doing to get a compromise. In the end Seventy percent of Ethiopian families have no incoming salary…Sixty-three percent of Ethiopians work in non-professional fields…The average Ethiopian salary is below the poverty line…Only thirty-one percent of Ethiopian fathers and ten
percent of Ethiopian mothers are employed. Now I do not know but if you are poor and can't afford kids then you should not have any till you can. Its called family planning common in every country. So the woman have the option to go for birth control. Not because they want to stop their numbers but a basic concept every country try to teach their inhabitants and that is to plan a family and have the amount you are able to feed.

120,000 people did Israel took from Ethiopia and given them a home where they will not be persecuted. What have we or any other country don for Ethopians except show commercials of hungry Ethiopian kids or donate $5 for Red Cross to drops bags of maize meals? Not much compared to what Israel is doing. Rome was not build in one day and unfortunately moving a African culture of the continent to a new society you going to have a lot of stumbling blocks.

too many weapons in nigerian military, so many to write about. we both have powerful military forces, its just a matter of how much information we know about each other.

andrewza
, i promised to answer you question about nigeria's delay to deploy in mali.

mali issue has politics involved. mali issue has ecowas protocol bureaucracy delays.

mali issues has france involved and the france takes mali as extension of its territory.

france is always suspects nigeria because nigeria is anglophone and more powerful than the francophone countries .

international diplomacy demands that nigeria should respect france which has its military forces stationed in mali long long ago before nigeria deployed. no country, not even USA will move military force without permission, into a conflict zone when another super power country has stationed its military there ahead of time, otherwise you can have military confrontation with a friendly nation. france is a friend to nigeria, we recently bought new and latest weapons from france for our navy and army, we have to show friendship and respect. nigeria needed permission to deploy in mali because the france deployed there before us.

france declared yesterday that they will not stay and fight in mali for too long. that is why they agreed that ecowas should deploy forces led by nigeria this new year january. simple french tactics, they want to withdraw from the fight when the islamist fighters change to more dangerous hide and seek guerrilla tactics later on , after heavy french armour and aircraft has pushed the rebels into hiding and made them angry which leads to guerrilla warefare that is very hard to win, yesterday on BBC news, france says they want to withdraw soon, and nigerian forces must lead ecowas into a nasty religion faith guerrilla war that leads to many infantry casualties which the french are avoiding because a white man is never a fool, they want blacks to do hand to hand combat with blacks and we kill each other.

nigeran military proved a point to the world with our solo effort to rapidly deploy in mali in 24 hours, nigeria used our C-130 harcules and moves about 1,000 soldiers, several armoured vehicles, jet fighters and helicopter gunships into mali all within 24 to 48 hours without any support from any country in europe and america. i think for a black nation, all black and no white, nigerian military has achieved a lot in real live operations. france got transport aircraft and many free combat 4x4 vehicles support from canada, britain, and USA, all these white nations saw that nigeria was deploying soldiers and weapons but they did not offer us any help, they chose to help france. some of the military power show that nigeria does in africa makes the white men uncomfortable, they see an emerging black power nation in nigeria, all black no white, and the white men are not feeling easy, they say to themselves....that is how china started and becomes great today.

i work and live in america, and i can tell you that i am lucky to have a good job. the white man will never truly love the black man, they wish we dont even exist at all. its a natural hatred for our black skin colour which in not very nice in their own white eyes.

international politics affects international military deployment, but when there is a will, there will be a way.
I believe that is being called a stereo type. You class the actions of a few to all the others. Do you think that is right? Since when do France represent all the white people in the world?

souldust: someone here says we do not have other races here. I think such a person should stop discussing things Nigeria. We have tuaregs, indians, americans, asians here and they are nigerians already. Its just that, we dont discribe ourselves as multi racial. We see everyone who has decided to be part of us as us and nothing else. No wonder, we have arabs in the Gombe state house of assembly.

In nigeria, especially if you can speak the pigin english, we see you as Nigeria. You can ask the other races who are here They will tell yo that as soon as nigerians hear them speaking pigin or any of the Nigerian indegenous languages, the next thing nigerians tell them is; "you, you no be oyinbo again na".
There is only one race the human race. Those are different cultures not races. We all bleed read and have the same organs.
