Sorry for the late update, i was busy rather lemme say lazy, but now back and better with daily updates.

Chapter 2

Matilda's bedside clock made an ear-bursting sound that made her ruffle on the pink bed sheet, she held the fluffy pillow and pressed it hard against her ear to prevent further noise that was already erupting from a nearby mosque, the harder she pressed the more the noise grew.

Her phone's ringing tone came on just as the sounds from the mosque stopped she rumbled over to her phone that was on the bedside table, she picked it up and spoke in a very blurry tone.

‘Good morning Sir’

‘Okay Sir’

‘I'll be on my way’
was all she said, she rose reluctantly from the bed then dragged her ill feet to the bathroom, she removed her pyjamas and dropped it on the wet-slippery tiled floor of the bathroom not minding if it gets wet.

She placed a hand on the shower's handle and turned it on, drizzles oozed out of the pores, she rubed a bar of soap on her copper-coloured skin mildly.

Still on the bathing process her phone rang from the room and she rushed out of the bathroom, unclad with flakes of soap on her body, she peeked at the caller's ID, it was Terry, she hissed strongly like the igbo girl she was.

‘Naughty Boy!’ she exclaimed, ignoring Terry's call she went back to the bathroom to finish the process

***
She stylishly stood infron of the full lenght mirror and smiled at her her curvy figures.

‘I'm endowed’ she muttered softly, A knock on the door made her aware she was still unclad, she hurriedly picked a white towel and wrapped her self on it.

She opened the door slightly revealing the ever meek and smilling Terry, He stared at her fleshy laps and scrolled to her pointed bossoms.

Chapter 1

7:15pm Dutse Alhaji, Abuja.

Matilda watched as the leader of the gang slap the young girl, on the face for the third time, the young girl was kidnapped from school that afternoon, Maltida's Agency (S.P.R.A.T.A) sent her down here to rescue the poor girl, the girl was blindfolded with her hands tied to her behind on the wooden chair.

‘Thats enough’ Matilda said jumping down from the roof where she had been, spying on the culprits, the gang was made up of three heavily built guys, tough can't restrain Matilda's feminine powers, the three of them pulled a pistol and pointed at her.

‘Drop the gun’ the leader of the gang instructed Matilda, She went down slowly and dropped her pistol, the leader of the gang signalled one of the two guys who were his accomplice to pick up the gun, while he bent down to pick the gun, Matilda sent a powerful kick to his fore-head, The leader of the gang pulled the trigger, but Matilda was smart enough to have dogde the bullet, Terry alighted from the bevelled corner where has been, spying the whole scene, he snatched the gun from the Leaders grip with a powerful kick, sending the gun far-away from his posession, he engaged a fight with the leader while Matilda was busy with the other, Terry's fighting skils were amazing, he was a product of 1 year kung-fu training in china, the guy whom Matilda had earlier kicked on his fore-head while picking up the gun tried to be smart by taking to his heels and taking and exit from the empty ware house, Matilda pulled an extra pistol that was on the gun holder in her tighs and shot his left leg, after bringing the guys down, Terry hand cuffed them while Matilda loosened the girls binds, they called the police and it took another ten minutes before the police arived the scene.

‘I don't know how to comment your efforts in curbing insecurity in this country.’ The DPO said to the duo after his boys loaded the criminals in the waiting van.

‘Don't mention’ Terry told the DPO.

‘What about the girl how will she get to her parents?’ Matilda asked the DPO.

‘Her parents are waiting in the police station, bringing them here is a bad idea’ The DPO replied, Terry nodded in agreement.

‘I'll be taking my leave now’ The DPO added extending a hand to them, the DPO walked towards his own private car where the girl has been waiting.

That has been the duo's job, spying and bringing down bad guys for the police and get paid after a well done job. Matilda lost her parents when she was six, the memory still lingers in her heart like a fresh wound, she was adopted by Agent Smith, the present head of the S.P.R.A.T.A team, Matilda fully joined the team while she was seventeen. Terry on the other hand hailed from a polygamous family of twenty children so not all of them were educated and Terry happened to fall into the uneducated group, All thanks to S.P.R.A.T.A for helping his vocabulary & computer skills, the duo is now the only reliable agents in the agency.

Chapter 3

School the next day was much alike with the previous days, with students shattered all over the compound, i regarded that day as a special day, i made sure i was looking sleek with the aura of Dad's perfume which i stole after He left for work that morning before coming to school, I was expecting a blissful day, I searched every where to see if i could spot Fatima around to return her note book and at the same time ask for her contact, i was still searching endlessly when some on tapped my shoulder from behind, Turning my glance backwards, It was the ungreatful fellow the guy i had lunch with the previous day.

‘Big Man, How far’ the ungreatful fellow greeted

‘I'm good’ i said, returning my glance to continue my search.

‘Are you looking for some one?’ Ungreatful fellow asked from behind.

‘Yes.’ i exclaimed.

‘A guy, or the Girl at the canteen yesterday?’ He asked, the corners of my lips curved into a smile on hear the girl at the canteen, I nodded.

‘Follow me’ The ungreatful fellow instructed, he led the way while i followed behind him like a dummie.
We got to the back of a block, Mass Communication hall precisely, A group of girls about three in number were sitting on a small piece of rock chatting away their time.
While the ungreatful fellow led the way he told me his name, Jamil. At least i'll stop calling him Ungreatful fellow.

Jamil went closer to the girls while i stayed back he bent down maintaing an equal height with a girl wearing a pink snippet hijab with a black gown, he whispered to her ear and Fatima stood up walking towards were i was, Jamil stayed back with the rest of the girls, my heart race and a cold shiver was sent down my spine
Her face was expressionless.
I just can imagine a girl slapping me in public.

Chapter 2

When i got home that same day, i ate pounded yam accompanied it with egusi soup, with fish fluttered over it, I thanked Mom thoroughly for the sumptuous meal, i browsed through the pages of my note-book, but all i could see was blank pages, thoughts raced in my mind in circles, an idea struck my mind.

‘Go get your phone and search Fatima on facebook’ The inner me commanded, from my bed i sprang up to get my phone, that i plugged in the sitting room, i took my phone and came back to the room, i tried connecting on facebook but all my efforts were fruitless, my data suscription was off, calling for renewal, i searched my wallet, it was void, my insticts advised me again to go buy recharge card on credit from Abdullahi, the hausa man that sells provison along the road in a blue kiosk, i drew a shirt from the piled clothiers on my ghana-must-go bag, i wore it and left the house.

‘Feter!, Feter!!’ Abdullahi hailed on noticing my arrival, he was busy counting wards of naira notes.

‘Mallam!, My name is Peter not Feter’ I enlightened.

‘Na you sabi, wetin you want make i give you?’ Abdullahi asked, facing up.

‘Please, can you give me four hundred naira MTN recharge card on credit i swear i will pay you tomorrow’ I begged, without asking further question he carried a polythene bag and brought the recharge card.

‘Thank you oh!’

‘No walaha’ Abdullahi said, Abdullahi can be very supportive but when you don't pay back on time he'll force you into a lion's den.

I returned to my room then loaded the recharge card after-wards renewed my data suscription i logged into facebook, i got the greatest shock of my life when i searched for Fatima on facebook and couldn't find her.

Please help me get along with your comments tell me what you feel about the story, good or bad, please.

Chapter 1.

The lecturer scribbled more words yet again on the white board, my belly was at war and could barely concentrate, i took another glance at my watch, it has been over 1 hours since the Lecturer was in, it was my first day of attending class and with the pressure the lecturer was mounting on us, i knew Kogi State Polytechnic won't be easy, the lecturer talked alot that i couldn't recall but when he was done he dropped a home work, then we all copied the question on our notes.
Getting out of the hall was another hell on its own, i had to stay back and watch every body rush out, the way they were pushing their selves if i dare try to follow them, with my hungry stomach, my next ride will be an ambulance.
It was my first day in school, as a fresher i had to ask people for direction, i needed the Canteen and needed to get there fast. Students who were in sight buried the heads on their mobile phones and others chatting away their time, i aproached a copper coloured guy, wearing a red Liverpool jersey and black jean.

‘Bros. please help me with the direction to the school canteen’
I pleaded, tapping his shoulders.

‘Big man, you fit handle their price so?’ The guy asked, the question got me worked up i wished he was in my shoes, he would not only direct me but carry me to the canteen.

‘Bros abeg. Just tell me’ I pleaded again.

‘If i show you the place you go buy one bottle of coke for me?’ He asked again, with the way the guy voiced i knew he was broke so i had no choice than to turn on the offer, we got to the canteen and settled on an empty table, i ordered a plate of rice for my self then a bottle of coke and a plate of rice for the guy while we were eating a lady walked in, her scent of her perfume filled the air, she was light in complexion, and clad in black hijab, with the opening on her teeth one could tell she was a Hausa lady.
My eyes were fixated at her, i watched her finish the bottle of coke which she gulped with a straw, she stood up and made her way out i was taken aback by her dis-appearance, when i was back to my senses the guy who has been eating with me had dis-appeared.

‘This guy is an un-grateful fellow, how could he leave without a Tank you’ I uttered softly.
I turned my eyes back to the table the girl was, a note-book was on top of the table, i quickly stood up and walked to the table and picked the note-book, my suspecion was right she was a Hausa Girl. Usman Fatima, was her name.

Chapter 1.

The mid-day sun was up to a scorching level, plucked leaves were already dry.
Mama Tolu was sitted in her wooden stool with a steel tray containing beans, She seperated the the dirts from the beans.
“Sister” A Voice called, She turned to her side it was Amosun, his junior brother, It has been long since he visited. Mama tolu placed the tray on the stool after she was on her feet.
She hugged Amosun and they exchanged pleasentries.
“Tolu!, Tolu!!” She called and her only daughter whom her husband left with to suffer in this moribound world appeared.
“Have you lost your manners can’t you greet your own uncle?” Mama Tolu said rather too agressive. Tolu postrated and greeted Amosun.
In no time Amosun was offered a stool, and he was seated.
“Must i tell you every thing before you know what to do?. Get your uncle a cup of water” Mama Tolu lamented.
“No don’t worry i'll soon be taking my leave soon” Amosun said.
“Aburo mi, are sure you don’t want water?” Mama Tolu asked.
“Sister i’m okay, i stopped by to discuss with you on something crucial” Amosun said balancing his buttocks on the stool. Mama tolu made a sign for Tolu to leave, and She obliged.
“Sister you know that my wife is pregnant and we need an external help” Amosun choked in saliva and continued. “Thats why i’m here to plea with you to allow me go to the city with Tolu”. Mama Tolu heaved on a deep sigh.
“Not only that i’ll enrole her in the best school in lagos and also send you money regularly for your upkeep” Amosun added.
“I don’t have a say in your request, Tolu will decide if she’ll agree to go with you” Mama Tolu said.
“Thank you sister but please help me talk to her, i’ll be taking my leave now, i'll be back a day after tomorrow to take her if she agrees”.
* * *
In the evening after Mama Tolu had finished her dinner, she summoned Tolu.
“Tolu, Amosun you uncle said he wants you to...” Tolu chipped in.
“Maami, i heared all what you two discussed and my answer is N-O”.
“Tolu you know you’ve always wanted to attend a good school?, if you go with Amosun, You’ll go to a good school and when you graduate you’ll be a medical doctor and cater for my needs” Mama Tolu advised.
* * *
The day finally came and Tolu was about to go with Amosun.
Amosun handed wards of naira notes to Mama Tolu, Mama Tolu gave Tolu a motherly hug.
“Tolu please be a good girl, obey your uncle and his wife” Mama Tolu whispered to her daughter.
Mama Tolu escorted them to Amosun’s car, She waved them untill tears rolled down from her eyes.
Mama Tolu thought her daughter will be in safe hands not knowing she gave her daughter to a beast and a virago.
