About the Company
InBranded is a company that provides tools to build awareness and enhance user engagement. We currently have two products: 1. GetDp a platform that allows people create personalized badges for events, campaigns, brands 2. InBranded, a SAAS platform tailored to business that enables creating custom brand badges and campaigns etc., it also enables integration with our services. As such, we are looking for a backend developer that would be responsible for managing and building new capabilities into our client side architecture.

Responsibilities:
Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
Write clean code to develop functional web applications.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Perform tests to optimize performance.
Design and document API specifications.
Collaborate with back-end developers to design and integrate API into user facing applications.
Gather and address technical and design requirements.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features.


Requirements
Must be available to work between 8am and 3pm(EST) - 2pm - 9pm(WAT).
Must be able to work remotely without supervision.
Proven work experience as a front end developer.
Understanding of release/version management with tools like Git.
Familiarity with front-end languages(HTML, CSS and JavaScript).
Must be able to develop and manipulate complex UIs.
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
Excellent analytical and time management skills.
Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Working knowledge of CMS frameworks like WordPress is a huge plus.
Experience with server/client side image manipulation is a huge plus.
Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Vue a huge plus.
Backend experience in languages like PHP, NodeJS a huge plus.

Note: This is a fully remote full-time job

Two things, a question and an observation.

Firstly, where is the closest irokoTV kiosk around ilupeju, palmgrove?

Secondly, I have subscribed for a year. I even downloaded movies for offline viewing, but anytime I try to watch the movies I previously downloaded, it starts to buffer and I get Loading content message, it comes and goes every 10 seconds so it can take you an hour to watch just 10 mins in the movie and it's very annoying.
I've also checked the reviews of the app on playstore, almost all the reviews are complaining of the same issue.
I honestly wouldn't encourage anyone to subscribe after what I've faced with the app at least not until the issue is fixed.

What can be done about the issue, and please don't tell me to uninstall the app or clear cache or something like that cos I've spent data downloading the movies in the first place

Although I couldn't help but notice you used dashgum admin template, at least change the colour for originality.
Nairaland is (or at least was) built from an open source php script and since the design hasn't changed since it's inception, I'll assume it's still running on the same script.
If you goal is to build a site like nairaland, you're better off downloading open source forum scripts built on php, but if your goal is to use the project to develop in PHP, kudos to you cos you're on track.

I've visited your website. Really love the idea, creating jobs always takes people of the street.

Sorry to say, I don't see you guys going far for reasons I'll state below
1. The website isn't user friendly, I should be able to signup and use the website without hitches
2. The fixed send message and share button at the bottom is annoying especially for mobile users
3. I tried bidding for a project but didn't have a PayPal account, I gave up almost immediately because signing up for PayPal was pain
4. The idea of the escrow needs a rethink, why can't you guys be the escrow, so your users would only submit their bank details
5. Why should there be payday, users should get their money as soon as employer confirms job is done

These little things leads to compounded frustration.
There are jobs around and project to be done. People are looking for jobs everywhere now. Your website would grow if you can think of ways to make the basic functions easier to use

One thing newbies fail to realise is that, it doesn't matter what you use to code, php or node or java or asp.net or whatever. If it works, it works the rest is history. Users would never use your platform because it was created in php or node, they'll only use it because it provides a wonderful user experience. Instead of focusing on which is cooler node or php. It best you focus your time and effort on making your platform provide good user experience that'll make them stay
