Life is in stages, it is always important to indentify the stage we are , this will go a long way to inform our decisions.

Stage1 : Some times we need others to carry us,
Stage 2:  some other time we need no one to carry us yet we can not carry anyone along
Stage 3 : Some other time we carry others.

In your career what stage are you? I once heard of a junior staff who was sent on a professional course meant for his superiors, he took it as a great privellege and that re-positioned him entirely in his field, for that reason he gladly signed the bond.

Now , this person need not sign any bond to be sent abroad the 2nd time, he has acquire adequate skill to face life. Just put, he is now in the 2nd stage. Note that the decision in the first stage open doors to the 2nd stage.  

Have you ever being sent abroad for training? For alot of companies they wait to plant were others have cultivated.
I have another friend who now works in a big telecom firm, this firm would rather bring people from abroad to train them, but he acquired the skill that got him that employment while with a small telecom firm that sent him abroad.

Check this two:
A) With-out a training/bond : Employee do not know if the company would sack him/her in less than 2 years.
B) With training/bond : The Employer does not want the employee to leave in less than 2 years.

Weigh it are u bold enough to say u are in the 2nd stage , if not READ the Below carefully?

1.) Think about how your contributions after this training can do your company alot of good.
2.) Have all this point of yours written , proving to your company that in no doubt they will get great value for the expenses in the shortest time.
3.) Examine the exit clause in the bond - e.g Pay 1Million if you leave before 2years. Do the course benefit outways this, does it position u for job opportunities of a very great offer.
4.) Explain your contraint in signing the letter earlier - Put this way a.) it came with urgency. b.) You needed professional guidance.
5.) Be bold to find out if there are other benefits for you from the company once you are trainned e.g Official car, better pay, e.t.c
6.) In all give your company the reason to believe you are very willing to serve them well even after training you, remember they are going to spend alot of money on u.
7.) Play it save before u sign, aleast get your Visa.

Be Strong despite a broken relationship.

Hi loved one,

I assure u, urs is not the first relationship to break. When it happens, sometime there are good excuses attached to them. What would u ve done if there was no such issue like u need to confess anything, I mean u did everything just perfectly for the relationship to work, then eventually d guy calls it up.

Now, learn dis when a relationship breaks or it is about to break be " Selfish " . That is think first of u. Safe yourself first.

U re at that moment responsible and only responsible for u. STOP the thought of what will happen to us. The first thing here is that it is like a shipwreck, it is just the time for the two of u or "Us" to loose all u ever spent time to gather together. So, if certainly there might be no more "US" and what "US" have gather together should there be no more a me? That is the Big question.

It is only those who are able to rescue a "ME" that gets a "US" eventually.

Look, this could really be hard, I learn this from life ,I equally practiced it when I was faced with a similar challenge ; breaking up with someone you love deeply.

Note : It is at this moment not about the cause of ur breaking up, either u tell a truth or a lie. The reality is you have just broken up and you must rescue yourself.

, I knew that joy was important, I like seeing people happy, that gives me alot of joy. So, I took out more time to keep smile on people. I spend more of my free time doing something’s in the Church. I spend more time with most of my friends. I used those credits on my phone that I could have used in calling just one person, rather in keep touch with many.

well i read a few of the comments posted here b4 i wrote mine but it seemd like nigerians never learn people are talking about el rufai when he said on national television that abuja is not for every body. if you listed closer u can imagine how segmented his mind is please we are all nigerians born free and as such should lay claim to any part of the country we want to call home. the issue of nigerian politics is that we are the ones (youth) who rigg elections and yet blame the "big boys" i dont think babangida, atiku or obj will go to the polling stations to exchange ballots we do so lets stop decieving ourselves and come to terms with what we want and not compromise. if u cant give us what we want, simple- hit the free way!!!
utomi seems to have the intellectual capacity to provide what a modern day nigeria should look like and i think the focus should be on what we can do to get such people into the mainstream rather than engage in fruitless banter.

I look forward to a new Nigeria, renewed hope for Nigeria youth.I believe we can experience great change if we all support Prof. Pat Utomi for President in 2007.
