Hello. I am new here. Please I need your help on how to verify O levels with SAQA. Neco to be precise. Sending a friend of mine who is returning bck to SA. Pls what is the right and exact thing to send. The original neco certificate hasn't been issued. But I do have the printed version also with my scratch card. Need ur advice. Thank you so much.
