@aguyemd,thanks for dat info, dat guy no dey this thread,we would have gotten an update from him.Meanwhile,is it dat they called him on sunday and sent him a mail dat sunday and invited him for medicals on monday, men dat guy father na pastor.Do u think he would be heading to Ejeba like others. @all,any news again so we put all of them together,i don tire for this shell, even there staff all have different storey on this issue. Got talking with 1 over the weekend and he told me it was stopped because of an agrement b/w NNPC,Shell & one other company, dat they are tryn to syncronize th programme of which NNPC would bring more of the quota.I just told my self that this is not possible. We don tire for all these gist,we want to hear from themnfirst hand. |

Hi guyz, thanks 4 keeping the thread alive,I was tryn to hold up to my anger, its all good . If they like they should extend the invitation to Northerner's in Niger ,we go enter that SITP.I guess the mop up is because there is still space to be filled. We are watching Gods plan for us. Be stead fast because we will not relent to pray for all. catch ya all next week hopefully Wednesday ,when the IV's would be sent. BRAVO |
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by onDcrox: 5:58pm On May 22, 2009 |
Men am Really Really mad,how would shell of all ppl compromise on this northern issue,Wer is shell located, which group is marginalised most in Nigeria.Niger Delta ppl have not complained ,then Northerner's are shouting.Make we no close shell finally o. Was the opening for the southerners only.Abbi them no get internet for north or them no dey sell news papper, guy am Really Really mad, this is why militancy wont stop,we won go school them no allow us,we one work them no allow us ,the military is filled with northers we didn't complain.Na skill acquisition fit us Abbi. This whole tin is painfull. If someone is issued a regret mail cos of high performance's by others no whahala,no be say them go set easy test for them and consider 30% of them. Then make ejeba students ready to be kidnapped or them go shift the centre go North. |
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by onDcrox: 11:18pm On May 21, 2009 |
well i should guess that when the advert was on for technical graduates, there was no restriction on political zones,it was an open test for every one,the issue of mopping up of Northerner's should be far from it,if there is any zone to be given prefentials then it should be the Niger Delta, make militants no hear this talk about Northerner's o.well its to late for mop ups because SITP starts in July confirmed.Whats actually going on is that the HR are waiting for various departments like process, production, well engr etc. to make request on how many people they actually need per department to match up the required number they need for the programme. They are also considering Course of study, because the performance was actually high. Please ppl should stop calling there coordinators, what is meant for you can not be taken away from you.series of meetings are going on and shell does not compromise performance, they want to actually take the best.If you are sure of your self then you should not be stressed. Lets just talk to God to hear our prayers cos they would definitely reduce the number. I would like to use this medium to congratulate those that already have there IV's cos they actually put up an outstanding performance during the SRD.Lets tap into there success. |

@aguyemd,thanks for this info, sorry, were was your SRD venue,Lagos,PH or warri.Would like to know.If they already have 49ppl on the list you saw then our case is becoming patetic.Guess that list was in Lagos alone because they have for Warri and PH . @All,Would also want to know if there is any body shell has invited that did his or her SRD in PH,because its like those that did there's in Ph were the last set from 16th-24th. Things don RED for us wey still they expect, |

Hello guyz,i decided to watch events from an angle outside, the trend is becoming tensed and BP's are getting high,Please i kindly urge every one to remain calm, God has a plan for every body, working in shell does not guarantee you to be a rich man.We have all waited till this moments so whats the rush.We should be thanking God that nobody has received reject letter up till this moments, its a sine of good news ahead.Whats all the over anxiety about, people are now trying to call their coordinators for update, thereby putting them under pressure. If we didn't make it then they could have sent us the reject letter, after all we are not better than people they have sent reject letters. There is still time, just keep your self occupied somehow. 4 me am not checking my mail till Friday and i have decided to keep my mind open.We would get there. |

@Nkenke, i was only trying to console myself, but you are sounding very hard.was trying to say there is hope, come to think of it just imagine the extras are put into consideration.Even if its 9ppl every day,the total is 252ppl. Any how sha, This whole process is not a joke at all o;first you wait for the test, the srd and most esp the medicals.the tension alone in checking your mail can be translated to masters.Guyz wat would dat dey be like wen you finally get your medical call up letter. Champagne na small , then praises for church, your voice would be loudest.THINK OF IT |

20th April, any info on PH rejectn letter |
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by onDcrox: 5:20pm On May 02, 2009 |
Curiosity,an average of 168 persons were invited for srd (16th march to 24th April, going by 6 persons every day).A simple calculation;if dey collect 3 every day on a worst case scenero, then a total of 56 ppl would be sent rejection letter.84ppl would have perfomed up to expectation, while 28ppl would be under consideration. If we divide this 28 by two,den 14 +56=70 ppl rejected while 98 successfull. WERE DO YOU BELONG FROM YOUR OWN ASSESMENT OF YOUR SRD. Cos 4rm my cal.70ppl are already rejected.PRAYERS |
