Take the 2nd job and continue your search for a better paying law related job. You can in the interim start doing a volunteer job with a law firm so as not to loose track on experience. 1 Like |

I would advise you stay in Ibadan. You have time to do your thing(very paramount). Cost of living (very paramount). Don't forget you will be waking up by 5am in Lagos. Lagos can make you crazy I swear. On a light note-REMEMBER Heineken is 250 naira in Ibadan but 500 naira in Lagos. Think twice 1 Like |

daretodiffer:It's not gender bias my dear. I swear to God your thots would change if you ever find yourself in that situation. I so much hate the woman to the extend that I develop immediate hatred for people who bear the same name with her. I feel sad whenever I hear people call her name. She made me stereotype her name. God will frustrate her the way she frustrated me |

missKiffy:I had a very very abusive female boss likewise my wife at her place of work. She was getting so much heat that she had to resign even when she was earning 250k(anybody wey don pass thru am go no say money no matter). I was enduring as a man but was documenting all the nonsense she does to me at work. A HR manager that sees nothing wrong in saying subordinates are crazy, mad, daft and all sorts. I visited pastors for prayers because of this mad woman cos I always cry at work( I guess she's always frustrated cos she's not married at 39 and no man will marry that kind of plaque and put in the house) and I intensified my job search thruout the 2yrs I spent with the asshole and eventually got one and left. God will always help me punish the woman wherever she is because she nearly made me loose my confidence and have low self esteem 2 Likes |

I guess your current woman boss has the same attributes as my former supervisor. I was reading your mail and I felt like you were referring to my former supposed supervisor. Please intensify effort with your job search and I pray you get one soon. Bosses like that are only good at making one worthless and useless. Always pray(even if it involves fasting), be extra careful when doing your job, read your mails over and over before you send them, document all her abuses towards you in the event of litigation in future. Most importantly......Pray and intensify your job search. May God help you |

Dump her now so that you can save your future. God forbid bad thing, this kind of girl will forsake you if you become unfortunate. Free yourself from the ogbanje aka Karishika |

Does she have Siblings? If yes, how does she react when you do things for them or you dont at all? If you want a good home for your immediate family and you have noticed this bad attitude in your wife, do not carry her along when doing things for your family any longer.(the calm way). What i will do is that i will stand my ground in the house as the man, if she does not like the way am helping my family, she should go to blazes. In as much as you are providing for her needs and shes not lacking anything, God elevated you to be able to help the needy. She is mannerless and not a cultured wife for her to have the gut to call your brother. I pray God continues to bless you and table does not turn for you. Your kind of lady can run you down with sharp tongue and leave you. Advise- Stand your ground as the man in the house and give freely without regrets. 4 Likes |

I got a job in one of the big 4 accounting firms in Nigeria. As an experienced hire,i was being offered 167,000 net per month plus other cash benefit of 593k in a year. I work in a one man company that recently increased my salary to 235k per month plus cash benefit of 110k in a year. My present company is close to my house and I enjoy free ride to work daily but will wake up early and solely spend on transport if am to go for the new job. Please advise. No insults o |

To all the people condemning Ajimobi in Oyo State,i really need to ask if you guys know Oyo State very well before Ajimobi was elected as Governor. Ibadan was once the dirtiest state in Africa, most volatile state(violence) in Nigeria. All these have been put behind. Even as we all know that the IGR(internally generated revenue) in Oyo State was nothing to write home about before Ajimobi's assumption. Companies are beginning to troop into Ibadan because of the peace and stability in the state. e.g Dominos, Shoprite and some other new companies(atleast for the level of the state for now). Some would say he did not pay civil servants(will he pay outside the allocation of the state) but he gave them free shuttle to and fro their work places. To say the least, illiterates in Oyo State are not happy, meet the elites, industrialist in the state, they will tell you they have enabling environment. Ajimobi is facing the same predicament Fayemi faced in Ekiti. 1 Like |
