Technology Market / What's The Best Inverter And Deep Cycle Battery To Use In Nigeria Currently by osamapinlatin(m): 10:43pm On Jan 14, 2023
Welcome NairaLanders.

I am in need of a inverter 2-4kva that's very durable and can last years. Trusted and Rugged for the Nigeria market, i would like to buy one for myself so my family can enjoy constant electricity.
Please don't recommend local inverter.

Which battery do you currently use for your inverter and how long does it last?
More details like how many ah you use and how many battery you use will be appreciated.

Do we have a local store in Nigeria that seems Lithium Battery that can last up to 15 years??

I will appreciate your honesty review
Car Talk / Interior Cleaning For My Lexus Car by osamapinlatin(m): 5:19pm On Aug 01, 2021
I bought a Tokunbo car (Lexus es 330) in March this year. After a month of using it, am not satisfied with the interior shape, the seats, dashboard, rugs, etc are dirty for my liking.

Any spray to buy or a facility that deals with this (centres that cleans and wash Interior to the very best).

I will appreciate your recommendation
Travel / See What Really Happens If You Don’t Put Your Phone In Flight Mode On A Plane by osamapinlatin(m): 1:15pm On Sep 07, 2016
I am very certain more than 90% of us have always
wondered if a phone’s signal can really take down a
plane. Well, not exactly…
The radiation from a phone signal cannot interfere
with the plane’s operating system to the extent that it
will cause the whole thing to spontaneously combust.
So even if lots of terrorists kept their phones on and
watched data zapping YouTube videos, it will not take
down a plane.
The reason flight attendants insist you have your
phone off or in flight mode is to prevent the pilot
getting distracted by interference noises being emitted
from your phones.
You may have heard the ‘bzzt bzzt bzzt’ crackling
noises from a radio when a phone is nearby. You
must agree it is one of the most annoying sounds
ever. Now imagine the headache the pilot gets from
hearing that continuously.
To conclude, DO always adhere to instructions from
flight attendants as they are there to ensure your
safety and mine.
