With the level of clueless in Buhari's brain,Abacha was a saint.Abacha did very well when compared to Abacha.Buhari's brain has been atrophied. He has ntin to offer just like the cohorts like Ngenekwu supporting him.Ngenekwu must be ashamed of herself.Ngenekwu you have brought disaster to Nigeria

Abacha despite being burdened by super low oil prices and western embargoes managed to grow the economy 4 percent consistently every year and built more road than we have since 1999 . It was only time in Nigeria's history that price of Stars lager beer dropped grin..apart from his crude corruption of taking money directly from the CBN and starting the first fuel subsidy racket with his son Ibrahim the man was a genuine compared to the dull demon we have in aso rock roday

how many people register death and birth?

Nigeria has the highest maternal-mortality rate in the world and that is due largely to pregnant mothers inability to afford hospital bills during delivery, so if you dont give birth in hospital, who does the registering?

That's why we need to set up a working birth and death registry system like I said or do you work with the NPC

To be honest, I think data is too cheap in Nigeria. I pay $89.99 every month for TV cable, wifi and house phone by timewarner cable now spectrum so basically it's $30 per month for data.

Mr Jeffrey please how is this your business? Do you use generator, do you dig borehole , do you employ your own security , Mr Jeffrey is the minimum wage where you stay 30 dollars a month? Do you change shock absorber and ball joint every week because of bad roads? Mr Jeffrey I advise if you don't have anything to say go and look for big Mac and chew whilst staying out of shit you know nothing about

Phones / Re: Why NCC Directed Big Telcos To Increase Data Tariffs – official by PaulIdu: 9:46am On Nov 30, 2016
wristbangle:
The reason is pathetic. The CDMA knows it's a competitive market and they suppose to hype their game. Meanwhile NCC is just using this avenue to siphon the poor masses. Useless and wicked people

Is there still CDMA in Nigeria ,the only viable one Visa phone is owned and run by MTN so what entrants are these people seeking off ..This is just a plot to stiffle freedom of speech and information

We don't need any dirty Census now ...get together a working birth and death registry and stop all this criminal ventures of stealing money and wasting people's time all in the name of census
.GSM data base can give us an idea of where the country's population is at with a margin of error of + or - 30 percent and then we can use a birth and death registry to smoothen data out with time ...at 222 billion naira the NJC wants to use 1500 naira to count each person ..nonsense

Phones / Re: Data Rate Increase: A Deliberate Mechanism To Reduce Social Media Influence? by PaulIdu: 10:00pm On Nov 29, 2016
OPCNAIRALAND:

Agaba,
Buhari has not hidden his intent to diversify revenue stream. It was part of his message during campaign and before election, it was included in his first speech after swearing in. One of the focused areas for revenue stream is FIRS.

Regulations, whether through NCC or any other agents are designed to observe standards, enforce compliance and derive levies through licensing. An agent body will work in tandem with service operators to address needs necessary to maintain standards.

On the subscriber part, social media is not a need. You do not suffer any loss of quality living if your social media tools are taken away. So it is individual preference and choice to use facebook, use tweeter, use nairaland and other multimedia tools. It is in same grade of utility as owning a car. The government has not blocked accessibility to social media. Everyone that wants to use it can if they will afford the price of using it.

Your input is misguided. What you ought to advocate is a close monitoring of the extra income generated from increased pricing and how it translates into improved coverage, quality and delivery for the consumer. Also, if the FIRS is able to report on the increase in taxed income of service providers and benefit to society.

Consumer advocates collect data at the user input level and use it to influence policies that will shape behaviors of providers. Be a good consumer advocate!

Keep quiet you paid hack

You are the one Buhari has given something to eat. If you believe telcos and bloggers 100% what stops me from doubting the telcos and bloggers? It doesn't make sense to me that it's telcos who are dropping the name of NCC when NCC is still existing. What stops them giving the public the evidence.
Just a single denial from NCC will make most of you appear as foolish and gullible people.

The NCC did ..

Rubbish.Where is the memo or proof of evidence that NCC directed them to increase rates? This is what all these lazy copy and paste journalists or attention deficit disorder bloggers should investigate and provide for the public. In the frenzy of this rumour, NCC has remained mute yet the telcos kept quoting them without back up evidence.

Wat a shame. Meanwhile a young guy just told me how a lady he had never met before begged to use his account to do a transfer while at the bank.

He agreed and the lady sent 1,500,000 to his account while he waited. He even walked out of the bank to buy airtime and the lady remained calm.

According to him, he heard voices (devils of course) asking him to run and do an immediate transfer with his mobile app, and contact his banker friend to close the account, but he refused.

He came back to the bank and continued waiting. While there, his yahoo yahoo friend came in and told him. "Ol boy run!" and when he refused, called him fool, mumu etc.

According to him, he feared God and couldn't imagine betraying such trust.

For him to even give cheating her a thought shows he is not trustworthy ..someone like me will never have that thought ..I necəsən tə amount of money that will make cheat someone yet
