Hello house...please I need everyone opinion on this.. Am using sponsorship letter, my sponsor is from Italy but he stays in Germany.. i have a brother in Germany and he's only being there for 1 year now..he used block account to Germany. So I am preparing for my interview on Thursday, am having contradictions in choosing Which answer is best for a question like when am asked how do I know my sponsor?.. In my opinion, I am thinking of saying he's my fathers best friend for over 20 years..he's more like a family friend,he has being visiting almost every two years during summers, he and my father met in Italy, my dad studied in Italy. So there met there and has being closest of friends since then. Am in a university now, and he's contributed to atleast 80 percent of my expenses...........(end). All this is my idea, but the person that did the sponsorship letter for me is saying I should say the sponsor is a very close friend of my brother and he just decided to sponsor me.. Please house, Which idea do you think I should go with?? Because the person that did the sponsor letter for me is telling me that the sponsor might have filled some information that might contradict information from my idea.. So please house I need your views on this..

Yes there are some schools that accept a letter from your school stating that you language of thought in school is English moreover hope u are aware u must have had ur 100L transcript with u sorry winter admission don go although am not sure but i rearly see schools that admit BSC during summer so just olan your move

Hi good day everyone..I applied for study permit since last year October through paper application, l later linked my application online February 1st dis year. I passed medicals .Till today I have not heard from the embassy .my international passport have been with de embassy at ghana since den and my application is now 7 months. .I have sent soo many emails to de embassy at ghana for more Dan 3 months now and there have not reply any of dem..I am in need of my international passport and I don't know how I can collect it from the embassy at ghana..I have sent emails requesting for withdrawal of my passport so I can go to Ghana and collect it and der still don't reply me..please house I need help desperately. .what can I do to collect my passport? ? In my own opinion, it's better you point it out to them instead of the VO finding out. Considering the time frame of your application, withdrawing your application at this time is not advisable.

I doubt any tactics used can actually beat those folks. Truth is, they have seen all sorts especially coming from africa which is considered a third world. They know majority of people seeking any category of visa want to use it as a means to migrate. So all strategies to fish out any unscrupulous act or any other form of 'smartness' will be implored. That they even send mails to applicant to respond to acts of misrepresentation is them being lenient and giving a chance to explain. Not that they don't know what to do.

By mere signing the application form, it's assumed that you have CAREFULLY read and declared information on the form true and therefore liable to any falsification whatsoever. It is an offence in the Immigration and Refugee protection Act and it is purnishable.

At this point, it is best the moniker wait for their response which most definitely will be to respond to the mis-representation. I doubt they will oblige to such request of withdrawing that application.A background check would have been done and they CERTAINLY will make you know that you have commited an offence so you don't try to do such next time.
This issue of mis-representation is intense than how we are taking it.

On a personal experience, i have once attended a visa interview and the guy interviewed before me was asked to wait for a photocopy of a document before he leaves (this was a tactics) unknowingly, they dictated some misrepresentation in his form submitted prior to the interview. While seated, operatives of CID were called in to pick him while he was waiting for the "photocopy". He was whisked away and charged.

Thankfully, Canada has not gone to this extent YET on study permits due to the non-appearance case. We musn't let them do so!

You are right but if I write them now ,I will surely be refused the visa but I will at least escape be banned..then I will apply for GCMS ,see other faults in my application and then apply again

Hi good day house..I applied for students visa since October 17th 2016 and till now no news from Cic. I applied through an agent.I found about this thread long after I submitted my application.when the agent was applying for me he failed to attest that I have been denied visa 4 times to USA 2015. And with what i have being seeing here, this mispresentation of this important information have affected a lot of people here. My application is still under processing and no message from the embassy yet. I know very soon there will soon send me that mispresention, ban for 5 years message..but since there haven't send it yet, am thinking of what to do to get atleast a refusal instead of the 5 years ban..So am thinking of writing a letter with a lawyer backing me up Attesting that I mispresented the fact I have being denied visa to the USA and send to the embassy , then I will upload both the attestation letter from my lawyer that i sent to the embassy, and USA visa refusal letter on my CIC online account as additional documents..

So I have come to seek advice from anyone here about this idea that am about to carry out.. Please house advice me if its a bad idea or advice me on other ideas that may help please.. Anybody at all please
