I pray God to grant your family, team mates and the entire management of Heartland FC as well as, the good people of your state the fortitude to bear the lost of an illustrious son Adieu Kelechi!
Any hope that the police will unravel the mystery behind the death of Kelechi? I doubt if they can be of help. The unresolved cases of Bola Ige, Harry Marshall and many others is enough to justify my doubt on the Police.

I hope this is the last time Econet, oops, Vmobile, ah-ah!,Celtel, sorry,Zain obile will change its brand name. In case the want to change the name again why not consider CHANGE MOBILE PLC. angry

Health / The President Went Abroad For Treatment. What Hope For The Masses? by peeboy(m): 4:07pm On Apr 21, 2008
With the recent trip of the president to Germany for medical treatment and check up. what hope do ordinary Nigerians have?. The news about the president trip glaringly shows the that the equipments used in Nigeria's hospitals are obsolete. It also shows that Nigerian "big men" have no confidence in the country's health facilities out of the more than 10 teaching hospitals none could treat or check "his excellency". is a big shame for NIGERIA.
The question is do we have any hope in our country's hospitals, clinics, specialist, doctors, nurses, , even if we don't where can we go. Nairalanders, let's discuss sad
Literature / How Many Secondary Students Have Heard or Read Chimamanda's Novel ! by peeboy(m): 4:50pm On Apr 15, 2008
"The purple hibiscus", " half of a yellow sun" these are two novels written by Ngozi Adachie C. surprisingly must Nigerian secondary school students don't know who she is. Are they to be blamed? certainly, not. The shift to viewing films, watching football and aping musician had robbed the youngsters of time to read and do their assignment. They only books must read are soccer related or that which deals with celebrities and at times pornographic materials.
How much do youngsters know about Helon Habila, Toni Kan, Kaine Aggrey and even the likes of Dan Brown etc. Their brain is stuff with the names of premiership, la liga, super liga, bundesliga players. That's their preoccupation now. As a Teacher, i am concern and call on nairalanders to suggest ways to encourage the young ones to develop interest in BOOKS. sad

Sports / Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool And Chelsea Fans Must Read This by peeboy(m): 3:58pm On Apr 15, 2008
Why do fans of the four premiership league clubs always think that their team is invincible and the greatest. As i stepped into any viewing center what always hold my attention is the boasting, at times empty boast of their fans on what their players can do.
To them no other player or team can beat them. They are the defenders of their team, dare you challenge them, then be ready to be slapped. Hey guys why can you allow us to watch these matches in peace, we are tire of your false claims. Enough of your claims. grin
Sports / Arsenal, Man U, Chelsea And Liverpool Supporters Must Read This! by peeboy(m): 4:34pm On Apr 10, 2008
The supporters of the four big clubs in english football always have the believed that, the team they are supporting is "invincible". Infact, their team always play well, there coach is the most seasoned and the best in the entire world. They can fight for their team, argue for their team and see themselves as knight of liverpool, chief defender of chelsea, manchester united spokesman, and arsenal's guardian angel.
You need to be in any viewing centre to watch any match that pitch, any of these team together; their vociferous supporters woud n't allow you to listen to expert television analysis. They are all analyst who are cock sure of thier victory against their rivals, they would tell you why they believe that their team will win. When the team play badly the ref. is to be blame.
The most irritating part of the "die hard" fans argument is about which team is the most expensive. they debate analysed and fight for nothing. THE BIG QUESTION IS THIS: do you know that the combine wages of the players of this club is more than Nigeria,s budget for 2008? or what do you think? . While watching these millionaires playing, keep quiet , don't disturb us with your skewed argument. FOOTBALL IS NOT ABOUT WINNING ALL THE TIME IS ALSO ABOUT LOSING and accepting it in good faith, i dey expect una reply grin
Romance / Re: Dating A Hausa Man? by peeboy(m): 1:09pm On Apr 08, 2008

EXCEPT, the writer has a problem with Hausa people if not "take a dive" this may be God sent opportunity, grab it. I am waiting for my invitation letter. grin
