Beggar nation. we beg from everyone and everything, shamelessly. from god to man, we refuse to get to work and help ourselves, utilizing what we have for growth. we'd rather find a god to beg, or a nation to beg for help. shame! now we'd be indebted to the world, and will become their puppets cos of the huge debts we owe |

The descent of an already dead generation. I wonder, how will the world be 70 years from now? What will be the state of morals? Won't sex in public be as normal as sneezing? Won't the human brain have reduced in size to (like) a peanut? Well, I hope I don't live to see such a world. This one is bad enough. That these sort of shallow minded humans are role models to a huge number of impressionable youngsters. That character is lost and man adopts features of animals proudly. The black race is lost. 7 Likes |

Is that the only road in Nigeria that terrible? Hundreds of worse unmotorable roads all round the country, collecting lives on a daily basis, but they see only that within FCT close to dem. Why not declare a state of emergency on the conditions of Nigerian roads, which will be well deserved? Shio! Yeye people dem. 9 Likes |

chelseaguy: First of all, it is 'Doesn't Bash Ali HAVE a promoter', and not 'Doesn't Bash Ali HAS a promoter'? Secondly, as I said earlier, if Nigeria were to be a sensible one, Bash Ali and/or his promoter will be capable of handling such event of a huge magnitude. But Nigeria is not, and such legends are humiliated as Bash was, for simply soliciting promotion for an event which would be of National merit. Where can he find financial support for such an event? From his family? A personal loan from the bank? It is no news that such politicians are rich with no brains on what to do with the money in their control. And the response he got from the govt was unwarranted and outrageous. His demands are not outrageous, but you and other empty heads alike will think ministers should rather spend tax payers money on lavish lifestyles etc other than on such ideas. P.S. The 'likes', which apparently hurt you, are from smarter people who simply agree with my position. Here, I'll 'like' your comment too, so you may sleep well. 1 Like |

Ogbeche77: Bash Ali should go & enjoy his retirement & quit embarrassing himself, now he's been accused of demanding bribe.. Just few months ago, we was dragged on the floor by the minister's dogsShut up dia! Bash is a legend. (Look it up in the dictionary). Who says hes begging for money? If ur country is not a useless one, he will on his own have sponsored the fight. rather than have small children embarrass him, its better he walked out. 14 Likes |

solomon111: Excuse me,ma. Thank you my dear child, you have asked a good question. it is not a question of who is better or worse. It is the quality of a mans decisions that should matter. If we have a 17 year old boy being president of this country, and makes decisions that will ultimately benefit Nigeria, in the long and short term, should it matter that he is 17? (hypothetically speaking, of course) If it is Buhari, Kwakwanso or Peter Obi, we don't care about his political or ethnic affiliations, it is on the kind of decisions and how they care for the overall welfare of their electorates that should matter. Nigerians voted GEJ based on sentiments, and apparently 4 years so far, that has shown to be a grave mistake. If we had decided to vote based on merit, (quality of his agenda and manifesto etc) Gej wouldn't be known today. So my 2 cents is, come 2015 we'd better open our eyes and choose wisely. P.S: I am not a goon, but wait a while longer, the real GEJ goons will start revealing themselves. Ah, they have started already! 1 Like |

Who cares if he's eligible or not. The fact of the matter is, Gej should never be permitted to govern anything or any place ever again. His administrative skills, his choice of selection of his team, leaves so much more to be desired. Corruption index under his watch has reached an alarming height. What more can a nation dread, that has not been dumped on us under his administration? And worse still is the lack of honesty in admitting their failure, but quick to blame 'opponents and detractors' etc. From failing economy to terrorism to decay in infrastructure, to increased poverty and unemployment index, to...just name it. Something is terribly wrong with this country, and the leadership is that one root cause. Sincerely, Nigeria cannot survive another 4 years under this man. So, that he is eligible in 2015 or not, is not the question. The question is, have Nigerians grown wiser in choosing a leader or not? Have we decided to let go of sentiments of tribe, religion or language, and consider to vote on merit for once? time will tell. As we all know, a Nation deserves its Government. (PS: any insults hurled at me for the above comment from GEJ's online goons, doesn't change the fact of its truth, that GEJ is whatever he is described to be, 'clueless' and all the others) 7 Likes |
