Charm?

I don't understand.
Government owned schools dressed the way their religion prescribed.

We've seen Christian pupils wearing beret in muslim named schools and nothing happened.

The intolerance won't be tolerated in Government schools. NEVER
Theunbothered:

I think more people should wear charms in Muslim schools since we all want to go this route.

Is that why the Muslims have refused to send their wards to Quranic schools instead of forcing Hijab on missionary schools?

undecided

It is a game plan but it must fail.

When we have people in governance repeatedly driving the country into the ground by all forms of sentiment, you'll not wonder why the country is still crawling in the midst of abundance.

Rights are not absolute... And this issue of religious dressing should be objectively addressed.

Imagine a lawyer who is a choir insisting on wearing chorister gown to a court on the ground of religion?

Every institution has it's laws, and when your belief negates the belief of others you leave them not try to follow the law selectively.

The analogy isn't applicable here

Is chorister gown for every Christian?

The people wearing chorister gown only do that in Church right?

For the Hijab, it MUST be use by any righteous Muslim female whenever she is outside be it at work, school, market or during worship.

Therefore, it is not an occasional dress/attire.

If I may ask, why are Nigeria Christians afraid of the Hijab? Inferiority complex I believe.

Even in your church, you guys dress naked all in the name of fashion.

Arabs are still enslaving black people through hijabs. In Turkey, hijabs are seen as arabic way of dressing because hijabs predated islam and in Middle east Arab Christians and Muslims use hijabs.
What is required of a muslim is head covering. Yoruba women also cover their heads with traditional head gears or covers even before advent of Islam.
Muslims who insist on traditional arab style of head covering-hijab- are original slaves of Arabs.

cool My Christian niece attended a Muslim primary school. She was compelled to use Hijab throughout her stay. So, is it possible for a Christian female student to attend a Muslim school without wearing Hijab?
Re: Adamu Adamu: Nigeria's Constitution Allows Muslim Women To Wear Hijab by TheNiceGuy(m): 8:01am On Feb 07, 2022
Yes it's only Government owned schools.

What do we call whoever goes against it?

Objectively, I think the Islamic laws about women should be effected in Nigeria..

The moral decadence these days is something else..

It is almost impossible to go on Instagram for minutes without seeing things that would corrupt your decent mindset ..

It is hard not to agree that the Whites have risen above us in many areas(economy, security, education, welfare, etc), the only thing we have over them is our culture...

Guy I'm not in support of this one ... Nobody should be forced to do what you are saying .. the same way we have Muslims and Christians.. it's still the same way we have free thinkers and atheist.. so forcing someone to put on hijab is a no no .. carry your hijab go your Islamic Republic

The constitution allows Shari'a.

The Constitution allows the Evidence Act, Criminal Code, Penal Code, Electoral Act, etc. Howbeit Sec 1(1) of the 1999 Constitution as Amended provides, "The Constitution is Supreme..." and Sec 1 (3) of the aforementioned framework is to the effect that any law inconsistent with the provision, detects of the Constitution shall to the extent of it's inconsistency be in nullity.

Now the constitution provides for the rights of individuals, and right to own property and businesses are accommodated by the same ground norm. If the Sharia makes illegitimate a business that does not go against the tenet of the Constitution, then Sharia law is to that extent of inconsistency null and void.

Wetin religion don do una...nor be small.
Nothing like free human living without the effects of religion.
Last Christmas,
it was a rich Moslem dude, who does not celebrate Christmas but was the host to entertainment of his christian friends.
Bill was paid by this Moslem friend on Christmas day!
Do not influenced by religion but be your human self.

Doe that choir wears the dress all the day of her time? Is it part of her daily dress? No.

Why should u equate it with hijab which is part of Muslim girl's dress?

Any Government school is for anyone. Even atheist or jew.

Shrines, synagogues and churches should be built alongside mosques in muslims schools then.
All government-aided mission schools should be returned missions for full ownership. Why are jihadists are afraid of that?

There is no command in the bible on choir dressing or gown, as hijab Command from Al QUR'AN; therefore ,your comparison has K-leg.

Muslim students who want to wear hijab should attend Muslim schools. Christian students who want to wear cassock or any religious garb should attend Christian/missionary schools. Public schools should be for everybody and the dressing should be secular.

The schools in question were formerly financed by the missionaries but its government funded now. No one will force a Christian private school to allow hijab. Never, it can't be done.
Have you ever heard of hijab issue in Catholic private schools? It can't happen.

And in most cases like the recent one that happened in kwara, the school is the only government school in the vicinity. So for them to attend government school they might need to go to another town or village.

Ansaruldeen secondary schools that are government funded doesn't mandate their pupils to use hijab, even if its a Muslim school. Christian come to the schools without head coverings and some use berets.

My point is, if its government funded, there should be no discrimination by the school until its returned to the missionaries back. Likewise Muslim government funded schools
