Khaleepha5681:For me this crises is needless... common sense should lead the way here. If you must attend a mission (or quaranic) school then you should be ready to abide by the school's rules. Mission school is a special school same as Quaranic schools. |

Islam is not about Arab. The Turkish are not Arab. Islam' is based on Qur'an and Hadith in which it made it compulsory for women to cover their body. Will you know Islam more than Muslims. Are the Muslims forcing Christians to use Hijab? The answer is No. Then why the hatred over the use of Hijab? joyandfaith: 1 Like |

countryman13: Thanks for grammatical correction. It's charging not chaging. But let me ask you two question, the answer would determine your manner. (1)Must they be Moslem, before they can take advantage of Hijab to do bad? (2)Do Christians not take advantage bra to hide the "hiding"? |

ContentedK: Don't mind them. Whether Muslims like it or not, their Holy Quran made some confirmation which they don't like to talk about 1. The conception and birth of Jesus Christ was strange. 2. Jesus Christ is the Spirit of God. 3. Among all the prophets in the Quran, it's only Jesus Christ that was described and regarded as Almasiu, the Saviour. 4. Jesus Christ said he would come back but Mohammed said he doesn't know where he was going, not to talk of coming back. Let me just pause here. Good morning everyone. |

Nigeria's constitution allows Muslim women to wear hijab. The same constitution allows a man to wear a cap. So if I wear a cap to a church and I'm asked to remove my cap inside the church, then I will insist on wearing my cap because the Nigeria's constitution allows me to wear a cap. Yes, I have the right to do anything, but if I insist on my right to do anything anywhere anytime, then there is a problem. 1 Like |

I don't know how old you are because this question surprised me. It's totally different from subject matter Answer me, can Bowen and convenant university EMPLOY MUSLIM AS LECTURER? This is different from the discussion, UI, FUTA, FUTO, LASU, UNIBEN and sort can NEVER deny Muslims or Christian of their fundamental human rights. So why is it hard in Government owned primary and secondary schools? NO GOING BACK IN USING HIJAB IN SCHOOLS AS LONG AS IT'S GOVERNMENT OWNED irrespective of the name ihimiray: 1 Like |

Freshman1100: There yhu have it again, committing the error of fallacy of generalization. "Christians wear mini skirts to church, why are Christians afraid of hijab". The very big problem with muslims is the above, shallow reasoning! How will yhu in yhur little mind conclude on the above? If I say muslims are terrorists (which so many of yhu actually are) yhu will be shouting persecution. Well, maybe most hijab wearing Muslims look very dirty and dangerous on it. Yhu hide behind the hijab to commit all kind of evils! Hijab wearing women were stealing my goods when we had a shop somewhere in Minna central market back then. Don't let me tell yhu more because I grew up in the north and I have lots of encounters. If not shallow minded, how is hijab the only way ladies can dress or cover up appropriately? Hypocrisy and illiteracy even among the so called educated one among yhu, is the issue. Let's forget about choirrobes or gown here, imagine a Christian wearing barrett to a Muslim owned school or a secular lady wearing a mini skirt to a Muslim school. Muslims always create problems, they don't ever have solutions to problems......just noise up and down claiming unnecessary rights. Y'all should get lost completely, the world will be a better place without y'all. 3 Likes |

countryman13: So this should not be the reason to abolish Hijab. Female vigilantes or securities should be brought in place to adress this problem. In Exam hall,Hijab should not be allowed. And if they must use it,the female security should serch them from head to toes. |

gaskiyamagana: Nigeria did not gain her independence from the Qur'an. Nigerian was not formed into a Federal Republic of Religious Bigotry. See the Epitome of Islam (UAE), see how advanced they are, but why are ours different? Small-mindedness of all religious bodies in Nigeria is our problem - and it's sad that you all think you must force your beliefs on the principles of others |

Everyday I tell myself that I cannot hate the contraption any more than I already do, the contraption comes up with new ways to prove me wrong. One day, the naysayers will understand why Biafra is all we want and is what we'll fight for and get! Let them stay in their country and make their own rules.

Freshman1100: To go back and forth with you and your kind is to support the stupiditee that has eroded your reasoning to not be able to separate Civility from your hypocritical practice of the Qur'an. The Holy Book has a lot of amazing teachings about self-sacrifice, peaceful co-existence and how to live like a REAL HUMAN BEING. But your kind would rather pursue the toxic traits further amplified by their personal flaws, they'll indoctrinate you all and you give up your reasoning. Try read the qur'an for yourself beyond "hear and do". Goodbye to you and your kind. |
