Ikoyi is premium island na, I don't even like buying anything from shops or supermarkets there. Their own price is always different and higher, not to talk of accommodation.

The roads are relatively good.

You will enjoy proximity to almost important areas in Lagos, don't forget, berger is also the entrance to Lagos.. So straight down is ibadan express, opposite down is island..
Ikeja is less than 10km, ogba is less Than 5km, ilupeju is less than 15km etc... Faleke is busy installing street lights everywhere too
