The person that recommended 600mg in the IVF thread is right. Not all pharmacist will know a thing or two about fertility medication or suppliments.

Take 100mg 0r 200mg daily if what you want to take is ubiqunol. Take 600mg or 800mg daily if what you want to take is coq10.

Ubiqunol is the readily available form of coq10. So our body needs to convert coq10 to ubiqunol before use. Just as methylfolate is readily available form of folic acid. If your body is unable to convert folic acid to methylfolate then that person will be losing out greaot, because some people can not convert folic acid to folate.

It's better to take ubiqunol (if you can afford it, (but if not then take up to 600mg of coq10 daily)

Some people are unable to convert coq10 to ubiqunol properly as they age.

Since you already have coq10plusd3
You can take 3 tabs twice daily

Black or brown blood mostly means old blood. If you still have not seen your period don't worry just try and do another pregnancy test after a week(you can do home pregnancy test/hpt). Sometimes we ovulate later than expected

Do you know when you ovulate? I mean around the time you ovulate. Be sure to be having s3x around the time you ovulate or every other day or at least once in 3 days. If you don't you may be missing the time you ovulate, this can cause delay.

i did mine some years back. Were you told by your doctor to do the surgery? Is the location of the fibriod affecting conception? what location is the fibriod located? You need information as regards the above so as to know if truly surgery is the way. Not all fibroid hinder women from conceiving.
Lastly on no account should you take any herbs. pls dont go and mess up your system.

Maybe you should redo the scan in a different reputable lab then check the results. Go with the results to a good gynae either in a private or general hospital and seek their opinion

I have done more than several scans, test, from Pelvic scan to Hormones profile, to Transvaginal scan to HSG. Which test have I not done?
It is not just easy at all. Consultations upon consultations, treatment s upon treatments.
I have gone for several treatments, Teaching Hospital, Private Fertility Clinic, Maternity Clinics, Orthodox treatments, different Concoctions, Injections, Drugs, abeg eeee.
I am not typing this to get sympathy, I am just typing this for you to know that there are people in this ttc journey that their cases are worse...

Am yet to fully recover from the pains , only to be called this morning to come again, that they could not get what they needed.
Pls someone should talk to me . Has any one gone through this process same way? Am loosing it.

Don't be scared, don't be worried. Despite having one child, and molar pregnancy and follow up evacuation a year ago. My Dr recommended hsg which i did for the 3rd time last week. Thankfully my tubes are patent. Just relax your self and do it again. May be the xray didn't show a clear result and they want to be very sure.

When i did mine last week, they injected the dye repeatedly ,and at some point they asked be to lean to a particular side.

If you have PCOS try work on your weight and eat healthy. Portion control and intermittent fasting work best at reducing your weight(not eating after 5 to 7pm, take your first meal at 8am earliest). Some mamas got BFP with PCOS using Metformin and fertileaid. Don't take Metformin the same time as fertileaid. Give 2/3 hours gap.

Check with The Ark Fertility Clinic, Lagos. The owner has track record of handling PCOS cases. She TTC herself before God gave her children. She battled PCOS too. She is good too. If you need more info about her...like her direct contact etc get in touch with me.

Mama, it is well with you, a lot of people are going through issues oh, at times when it seems they have resolved what the problem is another issue would just resurface. Most times they are spiritual attacks. If you are a Christian please watch Apostle Selmans recent message, complete deliverance part 1, 2 and 3. There is an health issue I have been battling since end of Jan. On Tuesday night after seeing the doctor and it seemed I had just began an endless intake of drugs and hoping to be healed, the holy spirit just told me to watch it with hubs that night and we did watch part 1. Did you know that by the following morning this medical issue had disappeared. It was like I was dreaming, I have never experienced such instant healing before oh, I used to hear people testify ni oh, this our God is good. The following day kiakia I watched part 2. On Sunday I joined to watch the part 3 live, it was awesome.

i personally if i have a child, i would not even border myself about ttc, but rather channel my energy on how to make my son or daughter to be better version of what ever she want to be in life. so you see, we all see differently. kindly let go of the offence.
