I have seen the video, and all I see is a case of poor parenting. They are 11 and 13. With the way and the styles she was giving the boy, it was certainly not her 3rd time. Infact, the school assumed the roles , duties and obligations of each and every parent of the child they took to Dubai.

Third, a female child/ pupil was sexually molested and raped under the watch and guardian of the school.

Fourth, the school found out and tried to bury it so as not to soil their brand or the avert any negative consequences their negligence could inflict on their brand.

Fifth, the school knowingly lied to the parents of the victim with the intention of profiting from their acts of criminal negligence. And also tried to pervert the cause of justice as this is a weighty criminal allegation.

But what then is the position of the school in all this?
