Drug abuse etc and a family that's too wrapped up in the strain of the economy making it difficult to meetup with the demands of parenting in a very demanding, morally decaying society of these days. No excuses to the parents still but bad governance takes first pick when we're on the issue of national leadership.

Drug use is relative alright, and one of the relative factors affecting it's use is poor governance, economic and otherwise. No one is pinning anything cause when you talking around an issue, you study how it affects different areas of life.
